Wake up every time I realize I'm dreaming?

Alright, so first of all I haven't been doing it for a long time, I started around 2 weeks ago.

I feel that I've had an unusual amount of LDs though, I've already had 6 LDs so far BUT the problem is I wake up every single time in a matter of seconds.

Every dreams where I become lucid goes as follow.

1. Just doing whatever I'm doing in the dream.

2. Find something unusual and hits me that it's not normal.

3. Do a RC, such as check my hand.

4. RC successful, my hand starts being distorted and shit.

5. Realize I'm dreaming.

6. Everything turns pitch black

7. Stuck in limbo (sleep paralysis) at this point I just wait until sleep paralysis is done to open my eyes and wake up.

8. Wake up.



So yeah, basically everytime I realize I'm dreaming everything just turns pitch black in the matter of 1 second and at this point I'm just like paralysed in pitch darkness and have to force my eyes open to wake up which takes maybe 5-10 seconds, or sometimes more because I open my eyes and they just force themselves shut again.

This is normal. Just keep doing what you're doing and naturally that'll stop happening. But if you're in a hurry I guess you could practice some stabilization.

It´s all in your head. What you think will happen, happens. I believe the key is to really believe in yourself. It´s easier said than done however.

When you get lucid, simply accept evertything. Don´t try to force your self to stay in the dream, simply observe the dream. If it gets black, just watch and wait for a new dream to come up.

Same with me, last night I got a false awakening, but I did an RC right after I wake up and then realize that it was a dream.
But after that the dream fades and I started another normal dream.

What i'd suggest is to relax. Now i don't need to since i know im not going to mess up a dream by destabalizing from overthinking, but for you i suggest once you understand your dreaming relax. In a dream i used to breathe in, and then out once. Just calm down. Most people make the mistake of going OMG OMG I"M IN A F$$#$% dream. But try just staying calm. It will work if you believe it will.

Well, that's the problem I'm not that excited.

I just go, "Oh I'm dreaming" then it mostly immediately turn pitch black and I'm stuck in limbo for awhile lol.
