Woke up and now cant fall back to sleep, what do you do?

So went to bed about 4 hours ago, got about 3 hours a sleep and woke up hungrey as heck. Ate a sandwich and been wide awake since. How the heck do you fall asleep again? Tried closing eyes and relax(forgot the name of it) but get out of that calm state of mind from cars driving.

Reminds me of a bad acid trip I had once.

Or have sex, that usually works.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

If you're not tired at all, maybe you shouldn't try.

I've noticed lately that to fall asleep my mind has to drift, in a certain way. It almost never fails to just let my mind drift. I don't try to think about anything. I don't think about the fact that I'm trying to fall asleep, and I make sure not to focus conscious attention on any thoughts, which usually means not thinking about big important issues. Just lie down, don't try to think about anything specifically and let your mind wander. If you've ever tried to meditate, you know this happens naturally, even when you aren't consciously thinking in words about things.
