Hmm. basic guide. A couple of those work for me, not all, like dream spinning, that totally destabilizes my dream. There's A LOT more to learn. Everyone make sure you check the DV Tutorials in the Wiki for more information. Good job dreamdimensions.

      Hello dreamdimensions,

      1) When I go sleep I will relax my body and focus on my breathing
      2) When I start dreaming I will notice I'm dreaming and do a reality check.
      3) I will become fully lucid and try out my goals
As far as I understand this will work perfectly in the morning. However, it seems that you succeed in going to LD directly from the evening. Please confirm. I am very interested in this. Also could you please answer how many time ~ takes 1st and 2nd phase from the quote above? Also do you have the most LDs using this technique?

I am wondering because normally it should take about 1.5 hours before you get in REM phase. But I think it is possible to take control in a passive sleep phase too, I think there is even a some part of yoga is focused on being lucid during the passive sleep phase.

zetone, I was doing WILD's from the evening back then,
took a tired focus to do it.

You've had 1 lucid dream and you're posting a guide? Are you sure you're not overqualified?

My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

Yeah you also left out a lot of stuff too. One does not simply do reality checks.

n00bf0rlyf3 this method has been qualified by a number of people. RC's aren't the focus.
It's a basic outline of what I knew when I was a beginner.

LOL bobblehat, dont judge a book by it's cover.

Qualified by 6 people that say they've tried it, tried, not have had it work. Besides, this is pretty much just autosuggestion which is a bad technique when using it by itself, you need to add more details about DILD/MILD/WBTB/etc

It was posted in 2011, and it's a focus outline, not descriptions of techniques you learn after a few lucids.

You actually don't need more details, imo you walk into LD's inspired and after a 10+ you learn the library of techniques.
