Becoming Lucid happens about every 4-5 days for me. On the nights that I become Lucid, I seem to have great recall, and dream clarity prior to becoming lucid. As I wake through the night to write in my dream journal, I can tell that there's a high likelihood of becoming lucid that night, just because of how my sleep is going so far.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to make my night sleep more consistent, so I can feel like this every night?

I try to keep my evening schedule and everything very consistent already. Dinner and supplements at about the same times. Go to bed usually between 8.30 and 9pm.

Even though I try to keep everything exactly the same each night, my sleep is very random. Some nights I'll have a good night sleep, and others will be horrible. If only I could find out what it is that makes me have a good night sleep, I might be able to LD every night.

Any ideas?
