Basically, I started practicing becoming aware during the day some months back, but after a while I became really tired and couldn't keep it up at all so I gave it a rest. Recently I've decided to give it another go but the same thing has happened, although this time it's not so much being tired, it's simply a ''mental block'' that won't allow me to maintain awareness and I'm not sure why. |

If it is causing too much fatigue, schedule breaks for yourself. Plan on doing something where you purposefully lose awareness. I like to lose myself when I am painting or reading a good book. It is a good break. |
