      DILD Techniques and Help

So DILD is the most common method of suddenly lucid dreaming. I love this technique but for awhile my dreams were not vivid enough for it. BUT now i have started ADA (all day awareness) and my dreams are more vivid and im more likely to get lucid. Now i read about ADA in a Forum and wanted to know does anyone else have great ideas for DILDs.

Keep practicing recall, awareness and reality checks, quality and quantity will increase with practice.
If you have time after you wake up, you can give a try to WBTB, which is waking up, staying awake right enough to get more aware but still be able to fall asleep, like for 30 minutes or hour, time varies from person to person and you have to experiment a bit to find the right time, in that period of time think about lucid dreaming, do mantras, awareness and so on to get into the right mindset, and then go back to sleep. Alternatively/additionally if you have time during the day you can try doing naps, naps are golden for lucid dreaming because of higher awareness and often going very quickly or even straight into REM.

those are good links! You must read to be skilled at this LDing game. I would say working on recall is one of the best ways to increase DILD, because it is seemingly gives you more chances for DILD and more "Conscious dreams" which are the easiest to become lucid in the most fun to become lucid in. Check out:

and the Dream Journal method in my signature for good ways to increase recall. If you have any other questions about recall or DILD in particular, ask them here or send me a PM.

      Great advice guys,
Mind if I copy that post checker so I can use it later

Remember to keep your spirit and confidence high. Know that your dreams will become clearer and more lucid, tell yourself that and believe it. The power of expectation can go a long way, especially when coupled with the techniques outlined above.
