Hey Notoriousbig! I'd suggest trying out different techniques. If you want one that requires little to no practice, check out DEILD in the Dream View tutorials. Also try WBTB, which is a really good aid for WILD, also in the tutorial forums. One thing that will also REALLY increase your chances of having a Lucid Dream tonight is Confidence, mixed with some expectation. Tonight, before you go to bed, sit and think, "what do I want to do tonight WHEN I become lucid?" plan it out. And also, expect to have a Lucid Dream. Remember: It only takes one thought to become lucid in your dreams- its no where near as hard as everyone makes it. Try out these things. Something tells me you might have your first Lucid Dream tonight. Believe in yourself man, its crazy how far it brings you.

By the way, there are other techniques that are pretty good, so be sure to check out the other methods as well in the tutorials.

      Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
      -Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams

Stick with a technique for at least 1-2 months. Make sure it's a simple on no need to over complicate things. Also make sure that you're making the RC an intimate one, if you're just passive of it then it makes it pointless.
