After the SSILD, getting back in.

How should I get back into an LD with ssild once I wake up. I mean if it its too late to use deild, then do I have to do the cycles all over again, shorter cycles? Longer? Thanks.

If you miss the window of opportunity for a deild, then start afresh, get up for a few minutes and lay back down. If you are really sleepy then you can raise your arm in the air whilst you bang out 2 or 3 cycles of ssild so that you dont fall asleep right away, then put arm down, get comfy and perform a couple more cycles as you srift to sleep, you could even have an accidental wild at this point
