I'm going to test it out. I'll probably be smoking some weed tomorrow, and I'm having a good week right now (I've been successfully recalling very longs dreams, over an hour each time, for the past few days), so I'll see what my dreams are like tomorrow night. Cannabis does inhibit REM cycles, but you actually get a REM rebound the next day. So you might not have vivid dreams when the THC is still in your system, but when it dissipates you'll likely have much more vivid dreams.

I have been wondering about weed for a while now just from observing that all the people I know who smoke weed regularly also happen to have had lucid dreams.
I wonder if it's got more to do with just lifting the veil to different perceptions of reality which then makes them interested in trying to lucid dream or if there is something else about the plant.

It's actually the consensus that people who smoke weed dont'regularly remember their dreams. In some folks it increases their lucid dreams. Or doesn't change them. It could be placebo. But most of the time weed hinders their ability to dream.

I rarely dream when I am smoking a lot of cannabis. However I have noticed that when I take advil pm to help me sleep I will be able to dream better, even when I have smoked.

Lucid dreaming is more rewarding and satisfying than any drug that I have ever taken. Not to mention probably more fun

Haha.. I was planning on speaking with you on some things. But I'll wait a while. It consists of Kundalini. Anyway, someone liked an old post of mine. I could make a deal with Ebbtide but that's an awful lot of work to keep my likes steady at 666.
