      From non-lucid dreamer to succes!

Im posting this since im new in this subject, but, i´m reading and learning everything i can, and still i cant have a lucid dream. Im reading Stephen Laberge right now, and this week im going to try the MILD technique.

Some years ago i did have a lucid dream, but thats it, only 1 and i think that i recognized that i was dreaming, so im guessing MILD is the one for me!.

Any tips to this newbie, from people whom had 0 LD and now has much more LD and can control it.

PD: Im having the Lucidty app and writing in my DJ, and do constant RC with self awarennes and cuestioning my reality since 2 days ago.
Will update this post everyday to let known my progress

      Hello and welcome to DV!

In my experience all you need is motivation.be sure that sooner or later as you keep your interest and practice for lucid dreaming you will see some results.Laberge's EWOLD is a very helpful guide, it has exercises and techniques that requires everyday practice and I think that these kind practise are very good to keep you motivated because they put you in a program.

Here in DV you can find many people to talk about Lucid dreaming and share your expierience, also check out DV academy forum you can find there courses that will help you with every technique you want to improve and of-course this will keep you motivated!

Check some tutorials here on this site. There are tons
I recommend to focus on reality checks and DILD oh and as you wrote some MILD introductions are pretty good for the start.
You need to realize that it's your own mind thus you can do just anything when you believe in it. Focus your mind on dreaming and perform RCs during the day. Make your sleeping special occasion where you are prepared to enter the world of your imagination!
      Good luck ^^

You should read some techniques and find whats best for you I can't suggest something because i am not you!

Be sure to practice one technique for at least one month before you try something else.

And final you should stick with WBTB try at least one every night.

Yea, its interesting when you want to LD but your schedule doesn't allow it. But thankfully there is a method for everyone bro XD

Here, see if you like Cycle Adjustment Technique CAT

That way you can still sleep. Some days you will even feel like your sleeping more!
