Im posting this since im new in this subject, but, i´m reading and learning everything i can, and still i cant have a lucid dream. Im reading Stephen Laberge right now, and this week im going to try the MILD technique. |

Well im going to try MILD for a while, and if dont work try another until i can have LD, WBTB Its not an option to me right now because im working from mon to fri and i DO love to sleep, maybe weekend when im not that full could take a chance with that, thanks for the advice! |

Yea, its interesting when you want to LD but your schedule doesn't allow it. But thankfully there is a method for everyone bro XD |

So i wake up (in the first week) 90 minutes before my normal time? and then i go to sleep or stay awake? |

Yea first week you just wake up earlier all week, but to work u really have to keep to the sched, if you stay in bed it won't adjust ur internal clock |
