10 dream signs ... now what?

Hi, i have identified 10 dream signs that i have had show up more than 4 time which are ...

      driving in a car
seeing my sister in law ( i see her twice a year iwl )
      poker cards
      beach
      cafe
      looking in a mirror

      and a few others.

So how do i 'lock' these into prospective memory for DILDS? Do i repeate every day 'the next time i see poker cards i will do a reality check, the next time i see loiuse i will do a reality check, then next time im in a car i will do a reality check, the next ...... etc

Im not likely to experience these signs in waking life so whats the best way to utilize my signs so that i will remember to reality check when dreaming

What if i had 50 dream signs, how would that work?

      Thanks guys

Figure out which one or few dream signs comes up the most in your dreams. Its better to focus on as few dream signs as possible so that your attention is less divided amongst them.

Now that you have your dream signs, you set an intention to catch them. In other words, you make it REALLY IMPORTANT that you catch it when it comes in your dreams. You want to make your intention really important to you because the more important your intention is, the more likely you'll remember it in the dream.

It's much better to sit on your intention than it is to set it and forget it. That's because if you forget it, it won't be as important to you and therefore will be more difficult to remember in the dream. That's also why it's better to focus on fewer dream signs.

It doesn't matter if the dream signs don't occur in waking life. What does matter is that you make your intention really important to catch them. Have a determined mindset to NOT MISS the dream sign in your future dreams. Otherwise, you miss the bus to lucidity, so to speak.

Thanks dolphin. How exactly do i do this (im a newbie) The 2 main dream signs i have is 'driving in a car' and being in the location of my childhood address. I can do these 32 thing in real life. I can get in my car and drive to my old address each day if it helps but what do i do? Should i repeat some sort of mantra? should i repeat a mantra about these 2 dream signs when MILDing? Any help greatly appreciated thank you

Repeating a mantra about the two dream signs sounds like a good plan. You should focus on what you're doing, though, which is waiting for the dream sign to show up in your dreams. In other words, don't let your mind wander elsewhere while you're repeating your mantra.

If you like, you could repeat the same mantra during the day while you're experiencing your dream sign. Perhaps you could also imagine you're in a dream where you become lucid. But, repeating the mantra at night helps more.

Your dream signs should show up in your dreams soon. If you miss your dream sign, that means you need to increase your focus on your mantra.
