      Arrow SSILD Tips

      Hi there, I'm a new forum user!
      Yesterday, I attempted an SSILD and it kinda worked (FA), but one big problem I had is that after doing my cycles, I simply could not go back to sleep. In the SSILD tutorial, it says the faster you go to sleep the better. Any tips? Usually I can go to sleep really quickly, but it took like 30 minutes and it was really frustrating.

      1. How long are your individual pre-cycle and main-cycle sense-focuses?
      2. Don't put that much importance on finishing all the cycles. Just relax and do them. If your mind is active, find a way to empty it.

      Building on what Jacob46719 said, the point of SSILD is to let go: you want to lose track of what cycle you're on.

      With experience and Lucids it will get less frustrating and more normal/you will be more at ease with the process
