    Thread: Praticing MILD for 42 days.

      Post Praticing MILD for 42 days.

      Hello everyone, I was lacking the feeling of being conscious in my dreams, and I want to re-feel this feeling of becoming conscious in my dreams.
      And the only way to motivate me to practice lucid dreaming is to create another topic, as some of you know that I had old topic about practicing MILD for 21 days which I've got a lot of success.

      This is my resolution for 42 days(6 weeks); I will practice MILD for 42 days.

      Here are the steps:

      1.Wake-up at 4 o'clock in the morning.


      2.Focus my intent.
      Repeat like a mantra: "I'm dreaming".

      3.See myself becoming lucid.

      While repeating like a mantra, I see myself becoming lucid.

      I will try to pose a review of the 42 days everyday if I can.

      Sometimes I am caught between thinking about the feeling, or thinking about the dream I just had, or chanting the mantra, for me they conflict with each other

      1) If I focus really hard on the feeling, I can't recall the dream I just had
      2) If I focus on recalling the dream, I can try to do it while visualizing myself become lucid in that scenario, but not exactly having as strong as a feeling if I had just focused on the feeling
      3) I think I do chant the mantra a few times, but once I have the feeling I just stop and focus on that instead

      I'm sorry I can't help. If you have difficulties with focusing(which is hard sometime even for me), it's a big problem for lucid dreaming because every lucid-dreams methods(WILD, SSILS, MILD, DIELD,...) required focus. So the only thing I can suggest you is: keep Trying/Practicing until you get it, or create a thread and ask help.

      Day 1:

      I went to sleep at 22:00 and woke up at 4:30 I watched some Youtube videos.
      and went back to bed at 5:00 trying my Mild, no lucid.
