Whoa, negative schema alert!

Maybe because it is somewhat more difficult for me to wake up, I'm not sure, but I have made sure to remind myself before going to sleep when taking galantamine/choline that whenever I wake up, I am most likely still sleeping and to do a reality check! I have also found that it makes WILD's easier for me to perform as well.
Anyways, to answer Dave's question:
I take 4mg Galantamine and 500mg Choline
I think that the particular timing is probably quite individual! How easy is it for you to fall back asleep once you're awake? Have you experimented with WBTB much? If it is hard for you to get back to sleep, then probably a shorter WBTB before taking them would be better.
I usually wake up after about 4-5 hours and then wait about 40 minutes to take the galantamine and choline. Then I go to bed and relax until I get nice, fuzzy warm feelings and then drift into sleep.
What timing do you use?
