What does white and black mustard taste like?

I heard eating white mustard and black mustard give you good amounts of melatonin. I just wanna wonder how they taste like.

i don't know about effects of mustard but in my opinion regular and adequate night sleep is enough for high level of melatonin. i suggest you valerian root if you have hard time sleeping.
