Incongruities VS Dream Signs

So far in both of my lucid dreams I have noticed incongruities with family members (my dream sign)

• My sister isn't asian
• My dad isn't a mad man

In both instances I became lucid after realizing this

In reality I'm really good at spotting incongruities and doing reality check if I see something significant (like a dream catcher), but I'm still absent minded. If I see my sister, colleagues etc there's no cue in my head to really question reality. Does this come with time? How many of your dreams are dream sign induced? So far I haven't had any (unless with incongruity)
