      This youtube MP3 helped me get back to back lucid dreams

      Just played this youtube MP3 last night and had several back to back lucid dreams (at the end of my sleep cycle).

      This is neat, I've always seen these binaural lucid dreaming videos and honestly have been skeptical.

      Do you simply wake up at the end of your sleep cycle and fall asleep while listening to this?

      Binaural beats are not, by any means, a guaranteed success tool. In the world of lucid dreaming, no such thing exists, unfortunately. Though binaural beats can definitely help if used correctly. I'd say they would be most effective if used with WBTB, as is any lucid aid.
