      Hey everyone,
Last Night I was attempting a WILD. I relaxed my body and after a while I went into SP. After this I remained calm and began to see HI. I was remaining calm all the way through this just focusing on aying "im dreaming" in my mind". After this I began to feel like I was beeing pulled and streched at an extreme rate. while this was occurring I still remained calm. After these extreme pulling sensations, nothing happened. I waited and waited for like 30 minutes still remaining calm. I grew impatient and just went to bed.

So what I want to know is what do I do after I experience these extreme physical sensations?

Thanks for all of your help.

Chances are good you were fully asleep all that while you were waiting. When I get to the place you describe, I will sort of throw myself forward. Nine times out of ten, I will find myself in a False Awakening - and thus instantly lucid and ready to head out into my dream world. I've read other describe "rolling out of their bodies". That sort of fits.

It is EXTREMELY convincing that I am really just laying there in some semi-awake state.
