WILD Sensations

When I was a small child, I used to lay in bed for hours before going to sleep, and one of the terrors I remember is a sensation of falling forward, follwed by feeling you are very small and suspended in a vast dark void, then a horrible sensation I could only describe as - being all thumbs, which if I tried to explore it became unbearable - something like a sensation of having stumps instead of fingers or arm and legs.

Recently I have been trying to WILD when I go to bed every night and surprise surprise guess where I found myself...
Does this have a name, and what's it about?

Well I couldn't give you a name for it, but I have had a similair experience. Laying on my pillow trying to WILD i was face down. I felt like if I held my breath I would leave my body or I felt that I could give up the ghost and go out of my body on demand so I tried holding my breath. Of course that hurt and I didn't like the feeling.

After trying to push myself out of my body. I felt myself falling forwards and then I got excited and came back up. I let myself go again and it happened again although this time I went through my bed and into a grey/dark void. falling falling and then I stopped. My arm started hurting like the circulation was being cut off from my pillows so i had to stop... what a bummer... But yeah I've experienced a similiar happening it's wild i can tell you that.
