      sensations and methods

over the past month or so ive been testing new methods of achieving LDs, found out that if i wake up in the middle of a dream im able to get a LD pretty all the time IF i actually put a little effort in.Ive been having a whole heap of transitioning feeling but then just lose it and fall asleep without knowing.

i have a small question though everytime i go into the transition stage it doesnt feel as strong as before does that mean anything? or could it be im so use to it now ?

PS: for the pple who really want to LD keep in mind it takes alot of trial and error unless you can naturally LD.

Last night I was lucky enough to have a chain of 4 lucid dreams each lasting 3-10 minutes. The first was due to a false awakening. I woke up in a strange room so I did the nose plug RC and found out that I was dreaming. I won't go into the content of the dreams here; the point is that when one ended and I woke up, I would lie completely still and focus on the strange room I had "woken up" in. I would tell myself that I would "wake up" there again, and sure enough it worked.

I'm not totally sure if this is what you are talking about, but I think so. I found that re-entering the dream became harder ever time, but that could have been because I had already gotten enough sleep and my body wanted to wake up. Anyways, it seemed like the key was to remain focused on entering the dream while staying relaxed. It seems somewhat contradictory, but that is the sensation I got when it worked.

Just a guess, but maybe you are getting used to the transition stage, and so it doesn't seem so strong. This has the disadvantage that the stage will not give you this mental kick, that tell you that you are about to enter a dream, and that you should maintain awareness.
But it has the advantage that you can remain calmer during the transition and those have less chance of waking up.

I like the idea of focusing on "waking up" in a dream room to initiate an LD. One could actually create a room in their mind during the day and incubate that you will RC if are ever in that room, then use this mini-technique. I'm gonna try this tonight.
      Control is Everything
      LD Count:33
      WILD:6, DILD:27, MILD:3
(At this point, I've completely lost count. Those are my last accurate stats.)
