Thread: Nose-Pinch? WHY???

When you close your mouth, you'll reflexively breath in through your nose.
Thus, you close your nose while keeping your mouth shut to prevent any breathing from being possible.

Besides, people will hardly take it for anything other than scratching your nose when you do the reality check even if they do see it (people don't generally stare others in the face) since it just takes a short moment to do.

I would recommend maybe the hands through palm check? simply try and move your hand through your palm. Or try the time check. Look at your watch once, then look again. if the time changes dramaticaly you are dreaming. Good luck.

The way I do it, I never breathe in through my nose. I think my tongue naturally goes and blocks the nasal passage. It works for me, and it is much less obvious. That's why I prefer it.
