      Question about WILD.

I can't seem to find any thread about wild here that explains how to do it. Maybee i have not looked hard enough, i don't know. But if someone would be kind enough to explain the how-to's about WILD i would be very thankfull. A url to a site explaining it would do.

Wild is another tecknque for inducing Lucid Dreams, kinda like MILD. It involves staying cososuie till you enter your dream. Then you are already Lucid and you take it from there. Lots of iffernt methods. If you go under google and type in "Lucid Dreaming", there will be plenty of websites that tell you a whole bunch o differnt Teckques.

      Thank you.
But would'nt that mean that you don't have to be in your REM sleepstage to have a lucid dream?

From what I understand, it's better to sleep for 5-6 hours before trying for that very reason. I've been trying at like 3 or 4 in the morning, but they say you should stay awake until you're not sleepy and I keep falling asleep. I tried one time as I was falling asleep around 11 PM and I almost made it, my body tingled and I began to hear rushing sounds, but it got too freaky and I snapped out of it.

Not nessarily, most dreams occur during REM sleep but you also do dream during non REM sleep, only these dreams tend to be less vivid and you remember less of them(due to the low vividness)
