It doesn't really matter what I'm trying to remember. I will just forget about remembering it. I don't know how to fix or improve it either. If I can't remember to remember the daily dreamsign, then I won't get better at it. I would have to get better at remembering to remember to remember it, which would recquire remembering to remember to remember to remember it. |

I did very badly yesterday despite caps being a very workable target. So many times I had a moment walking away from the fridge and realised I had missed the sign. |

Yea, isn't that the trouble with DILD You really can't specify how or what exactly is helping you reach the lucidity All I know is, my LD count and stability went up with the last DD thread so I'm gonna keep it up I'm glad to hear that this is probably helping you a bit, too |

"probably" helping? I've NEVER questioned something that didnt make since in my dreams before. The only way I've ever DILDed before was by incubating the dream then recognizing the incubated dream. So this is like a major breakthough. |

My problem is that I will only remember this at random points in the day. For some reason, I will see the trigger (sports) and just not realize it. |
