Unhappy Problems with "tricking your body into falling asleep"

I have tried the things in that thread, but some issues came up:
      1) i willfall asleep and not remembber anything
      2) i will rarely have a strange full-body twitch just as i am going to enter the dream
      3) i have such a strong urge to move thaat it makes me no sleepy sometime

      Hi RXC573

      1. Are you keeping a dream journal and being consistent with journaling even the most minutest of details? Also, when you awaken, do you jump out of bed and go through the motions or do you lie motionless, trying to recall your dreams from the night before? Being consistent with journaling in a dream journal and lying motionless right after awakening to recall your dreams from that night both help dramatically improve ones dream recall.

      2. It's not needed to have a "full body twitch" as you're about to enter the dream. Btw, are you able to enter sleep paralysis consciously at all?

      3. It makes you so sleepy sometimes or "not" sleepy sometimes?

Dream journaling is the absolute most important thing you can do to help yourself. This takes practice. Lots of it, with dedication. Best of luck.

I do keep a dream journal, since May.
I dont know if i ever have gotten sleep paralysis, my body will feel kind of heavy, ut i am still in external perception, and also, I have never experienced any symptoms of sleep paralysis.
And finally, it makes me NOT sleepy, but i usually end up moving by then
