      Two Possible OBE's?

I don't even know why it takes me this long to share and ask people about these things, but I'm curious..

A few months ago, or maybe it was a year ago? I've just discovered phantom wiggling, reading information that it was one of the ways to help with WILDing together with a few other techniques. I had difficulty doing this, since my body would still be going along with whatever actions I was trying to do. One night though, I was extremely tired, and as I tried phantom wiggling, rotating my arms in a circular motion and I felt my dream body separate from my physical body. I was sure I did, since I was under sheets, and as I rolled around in my bed, there were none that restricted me from doing so. I didn't take a chance to open my eyes though, I feared. After that, I immediately got sucked into my bed, and I had this sensation of falling really quickly. I think I was dreaming during this time, since I found myself in a hospital with a few patients and doctors talking to me.

I've only done it once by chance, but I would love to know how to do it again, and how I could possibly overcome the fear (entities? never being able to go back to your physical body?)

I'm not quite sure about this one, since it's a totally different situation from the last one.

I was soon in a mission, and I flew using a wand (not HP). I remember feeling how it was like meditating, focusing all my chakra to where I was going, and the surroundings around me were so vivid and beautiful. I flew with precision, with control, and I flew fast. I remember the intense sensations I felt, feeling energy surging through me. I flew quite a distance, my surroundings being really vivid and bright.
I dreamed this during one morning. The day of it, I had taken a bus to go somewhere, and I had passed by this familiar set of houses, and trees. I realized that I had passed by it as I flew in my dream that morning.

      Any thoughts?

Phantom wiggling is epic. That sounds awesome, very weird.

Really cool. You are very close The only way to overcome the fear is with practice. Remind yourself that you dream every night, and nothing ever happens to you, nor can it. Remind yourself that you can break sleep paralysis and wake up at any time - just alter your breathing and sleep paralysis quickly dissipates. Then do your practices. The fear will go quickly ps I suffered with a lot of fear of the sensations for a long time, but when I put my mind to beating it in the way I just described, I overcame it entirely within days.

Hmm.. It's not the SP I'm terrified about. I'm already used to Sleep Paralysis, but in terms of OBE's, I'm quite terrified of the fact that I'll be able to see other entities (from what I've read). . . Good or evil, the thought of what I might see still scares the crap out of me once I enter that realm of existence.

I wouldn't worry about encountering negative entities when oob just stay positive and foucused on your goals. Wondering about negative entities only attracts that to u. If u desire to have a peaceful exp. Then that's what will happen. Remember form follows thought. Happy obe'ssss . Namaste

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
