I'm not sure I understand.

Do you mean dreams of transcendence, where we felt ourselves moving beyond our existence to touch something different, greater, perhaps even divine?

I've had visions of a place which consists of a holographic image of the people i love the most. Where we talk about our lifes here and what a long strange trip it's been.

sageous its like that and i also mean dreaming of something lucicd or not where yure sure its a past life i mean in the buddist aspect like (avatars and all)

As an experiment,while Lucid I have asked the dream space to "show me my past lives" before. My percepts were of various images: A barn and farm equipment, a soldier,his family and a stock ticker. Nothing verifiable,so I don't try to convince myself that these experiments meant anything.I could connect these dots anyway I wish to make a story...

I do however,take the idea of reincarnation seriously ever since I've read some of Ian Stevenson's material and the story of Shanti Devi. I now think it is entirely possible that we may become dissociated from the memory of existence in another body -in a way much like forgetting a dream in the morning.
