Astral projection

So, I read about what astral projection is somewhere on this site. It seems really interesting and I would love to learn more about it and how to do it. I felt like this would be the right section to post something like this considering all the critics in the lucid section. So if anybody has some helpful tips/info, or even some personal experiences they would like to share, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Here are some great websites Treatise on Astral Projection Astral Projection and Out of Body Experiences ( OBE or OoBE ) I can also recommend posts by karen659 here in Beyond Dreaming. How long have you been lucid dreaming? Have you had any WILDs? I sometimes manage to get out of body while trying to WILD. The method for a WILD and OBE is practically the same. I have also read, that the only difference between dreams, lucid dreams and out of body/astral projections is our level of awareness at the time. Not everybody agrees with this, and I'm just looking for answers myself. Best of luck, feel free to PM me.

I have been lucid dreaming for about a month or so now, have had about 10 lucids so far, but no WILDs. I came very close to a WILD though, I got to the what I think is the hypnagogic imagery state, Loud sounds, voices etc. But then I failed. Thank you for the advice though, once I get WILDing down I'll be sure to look more into this "astral projection"
