Question Is there a way you can visit other people's dreams? And if so...how?

Ok, I dreampt That I was in a battle, and the character of my age, 17, Murtagh, formt eh book Eragon, had been erased with a magic token of some sort. I felt what he felt, that he was suffering, lost, and in darkness and he could contact me with his thoughts, and he told me that he was falling endlessly in blackness, tourtured by an unseen force, and I felt as if I loved him, and I had been claimed by him, and that he loved me, becuase he had claimed me, as out destinies were intertwined, his to fall in love with me and mine to free him, to help in anyway possible. I told him I would be back, but he slowly told me though feeling(he was unable to speak with words)that time is short. I need a way to continue that dream for many nights.....as long as I have to.

Is there a way people can walk in other's dreams?

I don't know if I understand what you are asking but I'll give it my best shot. If you mean going into someone else's dreams that lives in RL(real life) then no it is impossible. Some claim to be able to go into other people's dreams but they are liars.

I think you just had a very vivid and emotional dream. I had one like that a while ago. And about visiting other ppl dreams, you can't just go in other people's dreams. But ppl say you can dream share.

I'm not here to be a skeptic, even though I am one, but I've come into a few people who claim to beable to do it, one person impaticuler suprises me, someone I looked upto alot, and was very kind to me, and honest, he's the main reason why I think there might be the slightest hint of it being possible, not to mention he once prodicted exactly what my dog looked like by apearently going into a past dream I had.

Though he has a friend who sopposivly lost part of himself and merged with a some other powerful soul (I've met and talked to his friend), so I logicaly can't possibly beleive it, but I really want to beelive in what my friend says. It's just crazy meeting such a respected person who says stuff like that.

Not to mention he's had bad things happen in his life, so it's not hard to see why he would make something up to make him feel good about himself.

I just think there's things that are possible but we don't know about. Simply because it seems impossible in real life or because we've never tried.

As far as current science goes, no. I believe you can't. But some people believe it's possible.

No, this forum is for those who believe in lucid dreaming and love to do it, not going into other people's dreams.

      Actually dude, if you go to the main forum page and look at the description below the Beyond Dreaming forum you'll see this;

Here OBEs, dream precognition, sharing dreams, and other freaky paranormal things can be discussed. Note that this particular forum is ONLY for members who BELIEVE in the aforementioned topics.

I'm not saying that. I'm not saying I believe in this stuff. All I'm saying is that this is the place for these kinds of topics. Maybe some people really believe that them can contact other people in their dreams. You shouldn't be calling them all liars.

Wow, you're a huge hypocrite. You tell me that this forum is for people who believe that stuff ONLY and you don't even believe it yourself.

I didn't say whether or not I believed in it. Stop reading so much into other peoples post and calm down.

Actually, you're reading as much of other people's posts as I am so who cares.

Why did I accuse you of being a hypocrite? Just as I already said, you told me that this forum is for people who believe in that stuff ONLY and then you don't even believe it.

Quote me. Where did I say I don't believe in shared dreaming?

Ok you didn't flat out say it, but that implies that you don't believe.

No, I never implied anything. You what? Say it with me... Read it into my post. And I'm OK with someone offering an alternative take on topics in Beyond Dreaming. What I'm not OK with is someone calling everyone who had an experience that convinced them that something like shared dreaming was real "liars".

No I never said that someone that believes in it is a liar. I said that someone saying they can do it is a liar and I stick with what I said.
