You have to write every dream for it to be effective, and not only that, a complete dream journal should be like this. http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-sign...l#post1992010l |

for those of you that experience LD's etc on a regular basis, what keeps you motivated to keep up with the journaling on a regular basis? do you document every LD/ other experience or do you start to single out the more memorable experiences only? for myself personally i try to document every experience as best i can to exercise my memory levels but it does become pretty tedious. would love to hear your thoughts. |

I like destruction and reality, and one invariably leads to the other.
'Dreams are real while they last. Can we say more of life?'
'We die to remember what we live to forget'
yikes. that format for DJ'ing is definitely not for me. i have a hard enough time not writing a novel each morning in mine without all that other stuff. |
