Hopeless Wanderings

Just a fragment and some short dreams but really trying to work on dream recall!

-in the mountains, beautiful mountains

-I was at a Taylor Swift concert, I got front row. TW was singing and, at one point, held onto my shoulder and sang to me. I was sooo happy and was thinking, "if only I could have gotten a picture with her, but oh well, just this memory is enough!" and then she went back on the stage and started singing a song by another artist.

-there was a group of kids and a male swimming instructor. All the kids were black girls and had matching hair and bathing suits. The swim instructor told them to do front flips into the water, and one by one they did, except for one kid who wanted to show off. She got a running start and jumped so far she ended up reaching the ledge on the other side of the pool and crashing into it.

Didn't write this dream down when I woke up so don't remember as much, but it was pretty cool.

I was at some award show, like the MTV music video awards, and there was a camera pointed at me recording my reaction to the performers. I didn't realize this at first so I was on my phone half the time and then when I realized cameras were pointed at me I pretended to look happy and surprised. They soon got bored with me and focused on some other kid. Afterwards, I somehow ended up in Taylor Swifts dressing room but I didn't know it, and she soon came in. Her hair was a lighter blond than it is now and her voice was higher than in RL. She was really nice and me and some other people were talking to her for awhile(wish I could remember what we said). Before she was about to leave, she asked me if I had ever been to her concert. I said, "no.. but I would love to go! That is.. if you're ever coming to Milwaukee" and was thinking she was gonna give me concert tickets. She said something like, "oh.. so you wanted to talk to me because you wanted concert tickets?" in kind of an annoyed but still nice voice, and I replied, "no, no, of course not! I'm just happy to talk to you! You don't need to give me concert tickets." And it ended with her saying something like she was gonna talk to one of her managers to hook me up with tickets.

In a DEILD, I started to wake up from a dream and felt funny, so knew I was dreaming. I was outside of my house with Dani. I walked around a bit and then decided, for the millionth time, to try to summon someone. I expected her to be around the corner, but when I walked around it there was no one. I think I did this twice. Then I shouted her name, which started to wake me up so I stopped and focused on the scene for awhile. I had no idea what to do so I jumped up in the air to fly but only made it like 10 feet then fell back down. I couldn't remember my dream goals so I just kinda walked around for awhile until I lost it.

edit: ok, NOW I remember what my LD goal was. It was a goal I was very excited about. Darn. I have to repeat the goal before I go to bed so I remember it.

Me and a friend, a tall girl with bronze, long hair,(who I don't know at all in RL) had tickets to a Taylor Swift concert. Apparently my friend was a HUGE Taylor Swift fan so she was beyond excited. I wasn't a huge fan but I knew a few of her songs so I have to admit I was a bit excited also. When we got to the huge arena, our tickets indicated we were to sit all the way in the back row, farthest away from the stage. My friend was being all nervous and happy with anticipation, like people do when they go see their favorite band live. Then out of nowhere, Taylor Swift herself shows up behind us and says to my friend "you can come with me! I'll give you a seat in the front row!" because she could see how big a fan she was. My friend just about screamed with happiness. I slouched in my seat. It didn't really bother me that I was alone in the back, but I was just sort of hiding and looking glum. Taylor saw me and I guess she felt bad for me because she too invited me to the front row. "really?! Oh my gosh thank you!" I squealed, pretending to be her second-biggest fan ever. So we got a perfect spot, right smack dab in the center of the first row. The concert started and my friend was singing along with every single song. I felt bad for not knowing any of the words because Taylor probably thought I was some huge fan.. so I just hoped she would play some songs I actually knew. At a few points during the concert, she would stop and start singing a random song(not one of hers) with no music or anything. One of these songs just happened to be Blue October's "The Feel Again(Stay)" and I got super excited and started shouting out the lyrics. Me and my friend kept having to leave though, and do things. (I think it was because I woke up twice during this dream and when I fell back asleep it would continue but some things would be changed) At one point we had to go home and do something(I forgot what.. grab something I think) before we could return to the concert. I was worried the concert would be over by the time we got back, but we rushed back over in time to see her singing some more. One time she started singing a song a knew, but then it sort of changed to a song I never heard before. Also at one point during the concert Taylor invited my friend up to the stage to sing with her. She went wild, singing off-tune and dancing and flinging her hair all over. It was quite a sight.
