(DEILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID
I caught myself waking up from a dream. I laid still without intending to and then I realized I could try DEILD. I continued to hold still and SP/HHs set in. It was just a light buzz and small vibrations. I tried to stand up but I couldn't.

I imagined laying in my dream bed and then got up. I fell a short distance from my bed while getting up as if my bed was taller. I walked through my door but everything was dark. I reminded myself to link the dream with DEILD in case I woke up. I wondered if my alarm would wake me up soon, and it made me too aware of my waking body. The dream started destabilizing but I held on by putting my hands on the roof. I then realized I was in the staircase of my old house, a spiral staircase. I tried to stabilize by rubbing my hands but the dream crashed. I held still and felt SP again.

I then started hearing one of my profs lecturing.
I assumed I had fallen asleep and had a LD in the middle of the lecture. I raised my head and sure enough I was in the middle of a lecture, and didn't bother doing a reality check.
