These are some rough notes I threw together. I may try to clean it up later and add some pictures.

Finish 30 minute WBTB and BTB around 430am *Several times I think I woke but didn't look at phone/time in order to give me best chance to keep going back in. Finally do look at phone at 637am and am dumbfounded at amount of lucidity and scenes and time lucid! Some waning of lucidity but often quickly recovered and seems like at least 90% of the time and experiences that I remember were lucid.

Seems not more than 10 minutes of SSILD and I start with, what I told myself during one of the FA's, must have been an NREM lucid. It was short maybe 1 minute and very basic mostly dark but interacting with a woman. It leads to multiple FA's each one different. Several were in a busy house with lots of kids and a few adults. Hands clasp from IWL in bed become hands in bind by girl trying to free my hands. House party like. Outdoor patio girl, wife voice, both can have me! Later indoor house gathering (one of several house scenes) with an older lady still beautiful and I tell her I'll make her young again and morph massage her face and it works in the end with odd results along the way. When I finish I see a female, her niece it seems, with her back to us. She has long curly black hair and I gently take her and lead them both to a bedroom. Mall ladies sex and after a while of that I say I need to do the TOTY, car one sounds good. I try to form a car inside the mall main way but it never becomes solid enough so I look toward an exit and see a whole street of cars parked parallel, not the typical big parking lot you'd see outside of a surburban mall. I see a maybe late 80's Honda that has seen better days but it was the first car I really focused on. I open hood just from front of car but do reach my finger in for the typical final release lever under hood and open hood, it stays open and I reach in and grab the whole engine block and all and rip it out easily like picking up an empty cardboard box. I think about breaking the window with my elbow but I am able to just open the door. I decide keys will be under the visor and yes one key on small key chain tab. I stick the key into the on position and start driving like a maniac. Very quickly transitions from asphalt to dirt trail on a hillside area that brings back memories of bmx trails. I get to a top look out point and see 8-10 guys in bathing trunks just below me maybe 20 feet. Maybe they're heading to a hidden beach below. At first I guess a couple of them near the back of group look gay but as they gather it doesn't seem like anything sexual, just a bunch of guys who may even want a lone guy to beat up on. No worries though, this is my dream. I call down to them to look up at me and shoot off into the sky quickly. It becomes night and I float in the sky and marvelling at the stars. They look fairly normal but a beautiful experience none the less. Visuals fade after a minute or so and I spin in the air, still a black void, so spin few more and a FA. / some busy outdoor area at night sexual with several girls. Also at Mall and at house scenes. Unbelievable! I just keep going from scene fade to scene fade after early part where it was from FA to FA. Also Vegas casino hotel with wife she found which hotel, nice but great deal, lucidity fading, maybe gone for this final scene before waking. I am forgetting so many details. I was setting reminders in the new scenes and I have whispy memories of what those reminders were but still trying to grab them fully - I'm sure I haven't caught them all. Lots of solid, vivid dreamlets including snow falling on a couple in dark brown or black winter long coats.

Sun, 05 Feb 2017:

I think I came into this scene with some awareness from a WILD style entry perhaps from DEILD but I don't exactly remember. I am in this rocky canyon area and feel boldness to fly and start to fly fully realizing I am dreaming. I then remember the plane TOTY I tried last night with some challenges. I land and start rubbing my hands together and saying how I will have a nice long lucid dream. There is no great spot to take off from traditionally with good size rocks everywhere on the reddish brown dirt but this is a dream anyway and it's a better spot than the empty sky off of the building I was hoping to materialize an airplane from the night before.



So I imagine I am climbing a small ladder up making the movements and I get into what is a vaguely forming cockpit. I imagine the key is in front of me and go to turn it with my right hand and the cockpit is looking good now with some controls and instruments that look like they belong in a plane. The engine sputters and is very rough sounding and I say okay that vague shape there on my right is one of the wings and I see them form like a small Cessna plane in off white color. The nose then forms with the blurred image of a quickly spinning single propeller on it and I have blue horizontal stripes on the nose and feel the rest of the plane behind me.



I take off using a gas pedal on my right foot to accelerate the engine and propeller, moving forward now and then pulling on the two-handed rectangular control (yoke?).

I fly up over the rocky area and off of a cliff with no issues. I fly around the canyon area a bit and remember that I need to open up a time breach before getting to my destination so I decide that what looks like the end of the canyon area is my destination and I mentally will a time breach to open and it looks like a big light-blue tunnel. As I go through, the visuals fade but not to black, more of a blur of shapes. I continue to hold my hands on where the controls were and fly forward willing myself to slow down but keep going forward.

Having exited the time breach perhaps, I eventually a small European village looking place forms with 2 story stone buildings and narrow cobblestoned streets forms.



I fly around the corner of one of the buildings having gone from a sitting position to a standing flying position. I see what looks like an attractively shaped girl with long black hair in a red dress from behind and I float up a little, like like I am exiting the no longer there cockpit.



I land behind her and tap her on her shoulder. She turns around and is indeed attractive and we start kissing passionately. I take her hand and we walk around another corner that becomes a room. She wants to

Awesomely fun lucid dream. Felt like about 15 minutes long, no supplements. There would be so many sexual content spoilers so I will just leave the pictures here for now for my own quick reference and if anyone wants all of the sordid details, you can PM me.

3/28 - WILD-style entry but memory gap before entry. Nudge vibrations. Sound I decide will be shower and dream girl inside. Roll out of bed and despite poor visuals I interact with dream girl sexually. First G use, 4mg + 250mg C (commit to use it no more than once a week). #301

4/1 FA caught DILD. Suspect sound of alarm being turned off is not waking life. Hall too dark - should mean this is a dream. See a sign on bottom half of home office door with moving visuals and know for sure I am dreaming. Phase outside and end up back inside later and stabilize by licking and touching wall. I decide I will find Girl Friday in the house and do under some blankets in a bedroom. Interact sexually! 304

4/2 Day practices: This really could be a dream!
I reach for a cat that fades away…aha DILD. Flying among interesting clouds as far as I can see. 305

DILD Hose being pulled…by who? See no one and head to front door…it's ajar…break in? I bet I'm dreaming. Float RC, yes! Ends trying to stabilize rubbing the ground. 306

DEILD Although I feel myself back in bed, I get the idea to imagine that I can still feel the ground I was rubbing and I can. Eye clench vibrations. Lots more ground rubbing. Eventually get classroom scene with cute blonde nearby and sexual interaction. 307

4/5 DILD guard messing with me and I use dream actions to attack him in a van. Lower level lucid. 308

DILD I go into my familiar hall bathroom but the toilet is gone..aha! Sexual interaction with Girl Friday and her mother. 2nd ever G experiment. Same 4mg/250mg G+C dosage. 309

4/9 DILD guy pops out and I think whoop him like in a dream…I am dreaming! I attack him with multiple combinations and the move on to dream goal peg 1. 310

4/10 DILD narrow stairs and black lady coming down them. Start to move aside and then realize I can just float over her…ah yes I am dreaming. Float up to next level and low head space and mostly crawl through interesting halls and rooms. Some interesting toys remind me of one of my favorite lucid dreams. Attempt dream goal peg 1. 311

4/12 After some trouble getting to sleep and memory gap I have a WILD style entry. Dream started in bedroom and continued in house and bedroom with some involved stabilization on street. Completed dream goal peg 1 (subconscious question..should I..? Answer: "If you want to." Dream felt like 10 minutes. 3rd G experiment same dose 4mg+250mg. 312

4/18 vibrations and WILD style. Sexy woman in short skirt. 313

4/19 WILD style entry and maybe held onto consciousness throughout - remember thinking it is taking a while to get to sleep. Vibrations, ethereal experience, no visuals but feel I'm in my dream body. I remember my previous embrace of Girl Friday in a non-lucid, the warm hug and I start to feel her again. I rub my hands up and down her back to bring us both firmly into the same space. We have a very sensual, sexual interaction. Eventually vibrations and a fade back to bed. 314

After some minutes of patience, which is unusual for my DEILDs, normally feeling that if it doesn't happen in a matter of seconds that it won't...so perhaps more WILD than DEILD. Similar set of playing with vibrations and then backing off trying to let the vibrations ride on their own. So many voices. After a while I find myself at a busy conference. Rest at the same link above, TOTM. This was my 4th experiment with G + C and the first at a dosage of 8mg and 500mg. 316

4/24 DILD running down this beautiful wide set of stairs I am easily able to jump down to the next flight and 2 flights on the next jump fully realizing that I am dreaming. Joyfully float down to a huge open lobby area. Later FA where I am telling someone about the dream. 317

4/26 I seem to go in and out of lucidity for a good length of dreams with many sexual interactions and experiences. 2nd time with upped dose G + C 8mg and 500mg. 318

11/28/14 Epic sex LD. I am walking around the inside and outside of a house and seem to have trouble figuring out the layout and what leads to the backyard what leads to the front yard. When I make my way outside I go through what looks like the front but it is actually a fenced in backyard I guess and the gate leads to another unit I guess it is a duplex. I make my way back through what seems like the back and out onto the street and this whole time its just me walking around. I think that I'm already getting suspicious that this is a dream. I run into a guy out front and something about the previous scenario and something about this guy makes me realize I am dreaming. I float up into the air and get ready to fly but the guy grabs hold of my ankle and I motion and shoot an energy burst at him and he let's go but then another guy comes and I decided to try a more traditional flying left hook. After a few hits I'm able to get away and I fly off. I wonder if there was something I should have stayed there for and perhaps I could have asked those DC's why they were trying to hold me back and what they represent. (But then I probably wouldn't have had the experience that comes next.) I'm flying and the visuals have gone a bit gray on me so I decide to visualize where I'd like to end up. I visualize a huge crowd of beautiful women in bikinis and before long they start forming but not real clear but good enough and I land in the middle of the crowd of beautiful women, and just send out the message that we'll

This is one of those moments that can try to pull you away from lucidity especially after the fading transition from that extra-ordinary scene to this more normal setting. 11/23/14 Earlier dreams including playing some great music on a nice sound system and navigating a train platform with actual local trains being announced. After a late WBTB I have an FA in my actual sleeping location and soon find myself coming off of a train platform again and I realize I am dreaming. I think it may have been the odd transition from sleeping location FA to train platform after a brief moment of confusion. I am looking down a long street toward a largish group of people sitting on some benches along the road at the cross street of a T-intersection. I initially have some more adult ideas and I am flying that way not too high and not too fast and drop back down and walk up the people for the last 10-20 yards. I see it is mostly families and I drop the adult ideas. (What is up with this more tame me?) I walk up to one of the ladies and convince her to let me hold her 1 year old girl after some dialogue back and forth and had to use some Jedi mind trick type dialogue to close the deal. The baby is cute but is squirming around too much and give her back and I move to the lady with the 3 year old and have to do some convincing again to be able to hold her. I am surprised how much heavier she feels in the dream. The dream seemed to replicate the difference between the two girls quite well. I make baby faces at the girl playing with her for a bit and then hand her back over and start to look around and think about what I want to do next and lose the dream. Kind of short. I should have had some goals in mind but have kind of let goals slip into the back seat lately. Like yesterday I am able to float back to sleep with some interesting HH's including one of a gorgeous woman turning to look at me and her hair flowing. 237

Night 4 of "meditating" on my dreams and continuation of day practices adding silliness to up attention to my RC and RRC's. During WBTB I keep a little more sleepy/dreamy and don't stay up long but stay awake a while in bed keeping the focus simply on my previous dreams with the occasional MILD-like affirmation...usually one or two thoughts only which seems to allow me to float into HH's with some light awareness. Once again immediate waking life showing up in my dreams though I guess FA's more commonly do that.

11/20/14 Earlier an incredibly vivid non-lucid and possibly a little semi-lucid in spots before my LD. I'm on a trip to a hauntingly beautiful Pacific Northwest town of "Ted"...was that correct? is there such a town? Town name given to me when told where I would take my blood to a "lab nurse assistant" in town..."Where's Ted?" "It's this area we are in." "how much do I have to pay?"(for the lab work) -I just put the hotel on my amex and wondered if i will have enough credit for the whole trip. (Rushed notes mostly for myself...sorry so sloppy...feel free to skip to the blue text=lucid dream) My #Dad is there. We have at least two rooms. A 2nd employee came shortly after I got in line to check in at hotel and he helped me quickly. At check-in they gave us a black vinyl record with a label indicating it is about the local area. "So each room has a record player??" Transition to us "watching" the record (record has an ability more like an old video laser disc?). So I am watching this tour of the beautiful local area in what is revealed at the end to be a VR motion simulator. The simulator is apparently where I am seeing the beautiful images of the coastal area and thickets that we are now flying over..."we would call those thickets because they are areas hard to walk through." The scenery and beautiful/gloomy slightly foggy "air" of everything makes me think of a dark crime movie where a young girl's death was being investigated. I even have the thought that this experience (which in hindsight is definitely a dream) could be affected by that movie...as if I am semi-lucid..? (About a week ago I was reading about the director's more recent movie and thought about having seen this older movie years before when reading about the director). People in lobby with a suitcase open, is it theirs?...girl friday I pretend I don't particularly care that she just arrived...where was she? oh yeah she drove separately and left later...I'm naked on bottom and I put my underwear back on and seemed confused as if I was in the middle of changing. My #eldestNephew is next to me on couch...larger group on trip than it seemed at first. #eldestBrotherInLaw says the #4 needle was perfect but the #2 needle hurt (bad) which makes no sense (possibly record needle to medical needle dream transition). Transition to where I draw blood in bathroom, no pain. blood spill...blood bag too full. 2 different hotel workers come by as I am now in hotel hallway. First one I tell him it's blood...2nd one named Hank is very curious about my cup...I now claim it's juice (after I moved blood into small white paper cup). Blood quite red at first but with 2nd guy Hank, in hotel cleaner garb, blood was purplish and cup barely filled now...blood seeping through paper? Wake.

Previous dream was one of those dreams that launches a thousand ships due to its awesome vividness...or at least a dozen!..launching a nice longish LD with multiple scenes! :

Later-morning LD...
(I think this is the beginning of my dream, so possibly quick DILD realization) I'm in a bedroom/living room combination and I hear the answering machine come on and it is "Jane Green of Columbia" asking me to call her back and I immediately recognize her name from my previous dream (though I can't remember the context...possibly false memory) and realize that this is a dream. On the other side of the room is my brother and I tell him how glad I am to see him and I interact with him a little bit . The dream then fades into what at first seems similar to dreamlets but I am able to enter most of them and watch many of them form in front of my eyes including a school hallway scene and in between would be void-like darkness where I used a rhythmic squirming motion (dream body is present) much like what I imagine a mammal with it's appendages would use to swim underwater or may be based on videos of such swimming. Weird! But it kept me moving and felt great moving me into scene after scene. I am hopeful that I was navigating some very brief NREM moments...otherwise my dreaming mind simply created such a dream with void-like gaps. Anyway some of the other scenes include being in a hallway and seeing the door that had a beach scene on the entire door kind of like a poster but more like a professionally designed door that led to a spa facility perhaps. I was completely expecting to phase through it and into a beach like scene but I think I did have in the back of my mind that phasing could collapse the visuals even though I have had no issue phasing at other times...I got a dark void again but wasn't the least bit concerned and I squirm/swim my way to the next scene. There was a scene with a bad guy in a black cloak and hooded outfit and I fly towards him throwing energy bursts at him. I get another bad guy in the next scene but ignore him and look around. There are quite a few scene changes that I am losing some of the details. Scenes with a sexy woman. And one of the last scenes I got caught up reading aloud a fairly long passage of text and seem to be lost in the moment before my awareness kicks back in and I realize that I'm back to dreaming again. I pause in order to commit all of these scene changes to memory and the blackness this time is the back of my eyelids....Counting as one long-ish LD and I am sure I am forgetting some details due to the vastly different scene changes. 233

I had a wake back to bed between that really vivid non lucid dream possibly becoming semi lucid and the subsequent series of lucid dream scenes. Instead of my normal SSILD I go back to bed and lightly and dreamily think about my previous vivid dream and go through my memories of it and this seems to keep my head in the right place to allow me to quickly become lucid when dreaming starts. Yesterday I also played with self awareness through a little silly dance or silly faces which seems to allow me to see myself from the outside more quickly than my usual clear light based perspective and found it clearly bringing more awareness to my self.

11/15/14 Unstable OBE after SSILD and vibrations, didn't get very far, should have been more patient at the beginning. 232

I had to put this somewhere...I just saw Jessica Chastain in last night's Daily Show interview...and I must say my heart fluttered...dang is she so lovable and stunningly beautiful in that interview! Maybe I can go on a date with her in dreamland!

*The earliest part of the dream I remember, I think that I am either #lookingFor whoever I'm with or I have #lostMyWay. I come across a group of people including 1 guy with long curly hair and he seems to be coming after me #chasing for some reason and my first response is to just take off #flying. Ah, I'm definitely dreaming! I think what if he flies after me and sure enough the dream complies. I turn around and he is flying up behind me and I throw a right cross in a downward motion and slam him to the ground never to be heard from again. I fly a bit and then I turn to the left and find myself in some kind of busy underground #highway. This is very cool, there are so many things going on in here! There are big rig trucks and double-decker buses and so many DC's that I am just fascinated. Some of the DC's look at me amazed that there is someone flying above them and others don't seem to notice or care or look at me nonchalantly. I fly over one of the
double decker buses and there are people on the top open air part of the bus and I'm looking at all the people and half way looking for some sexy women but this is quite a bit of fun just flying over so I continue. A lot of the people look like tourists. Oh and it is very #windy I remember as I'm flying amazed at all the wind that my dreaming mind is creating! I am mostly flying Superman style but also hovering, floating and some swim like moves to make slight changes to the left and right when hovering over the double decker bus checking it out. I also seem to be blown around by the wind a bit. By the way, I later surmise that all of this wind was likely brought about due to being at quite a windy place yesterday IWL. Anyway as I am being pushed around by the wind a little bit I think that I should check behind me every once in a while to make sure that I'm not about to get hit by a by one of the big rig trucks. On the last of these occasions I look behind
me and the whole underground highway is quickly emptying out! Some of the vehicles exiting straight ahead some of them exiting to different exits on the right and left of this huge underground room. I decide to follow one of the vehicles that went through an exit on the right but I am the last one out and the door is closed but I smash through. The next room is like a huge long sound stage and I continue to fly towards the end of it and as I approach, the walls part a little bit as I go into another similar but differently colored sound stage. I continued through several more of these and they seemed a bit ominous but I don't seem to be scared at all knowing that this is just my dream and I can handle whatever comes up. Then I start getting directions from the dream in the form of arrows suggesting that I should go over to the right instead of the main opening straight ahead to the middle. There's a couple of openings that angle off to the right with
flapping doors and the dream suggests that I take a hard right and take one of these exits but I instead take the one between that one and the one that's straight ahead basically up and to the right a little bit. As I enter into the next room it looks much larger than the already huge rooms I was in before and I think even though there doesn't seem to be a lot going on in this room perhaps I should land and examine things more closely. As I'm thinking this I fade back to bed. I lay still for a while recalling details of the dream and the other dreams before it not feeling like rolling over and writing it down at this point.

Other dreams included being at a #waterPark that seems familiar, perhaps even familiar from another dream. I don't remember becoming lucid though. Another dream to do with the Los Angeles Dodgers moving and becoming the Dodge City #Dodgers #baseball. I also had a meaningful one involving my #highSchoolBestFriend meeting up with him for #dinner and as I look around the table I only see his kids. In the dream he has three sons but not so in waking life. Upon recollection, his wife seems to be substituted for my cousins wife, the boisterous blonde though there are some similarities between them. As I am wondering aloud where he is, he makes a grand entrance grabbing three huge oversized shots of liquor and bringing them to the table I give him a huge hug and he, my wife and a third person take the shots. I decide not to because I am driving but later noticed that I am finishing this bottle of some kind of #alcohol and I wonder how I could be so mindless. I
think that this dream was created by subconsciously uncovering some high school memories while (in waking life) looking at my wife's cousin's son's sports trophies yesterday. #dayResidue It involved the same sport that me and my best friend enjoyed together and of tournaments we participated in together just like the ones that some of these trophies are for. I don't remember specifically thinking of those memories yesterday but I strongly feel that they were somehow uncovered subconsciously and brought up during the dream. It has been quite a while since I have dreamed about my old best friend who I haven't seen in person for decades. I also had a fairly strong #emotional dream involving sitting across from #GirlFriday at #dinner and the eye contact we made while she was talking about moving a good ways off to a different city. It involved me with a sad feeling and sad look on my face and her looking at me for my reaction as if she wanted to know how I
truly felt about her.

3/30/14 *!! **

1145to bed, ~130son home, 152wake from LD#1, 202 til 219 DJing awake thinking 257-305still+earplugs 425wake from LD#2 550wake from LD#3. Factors for early LD & 3 in one night=awareness raised by my son coming home. The timing of this early awareness would be best replicated with a DEILD alarm. Plus apple juice maybe 6 ounces and lots of milk with cereal before bed=effect?

I remember being lucid just before so it was either DEILD > lose lucidity >regain lucidity...or DEILD attempt ++awareness > DILD > lose lucidity >regain lucidity within same dream for LD#1. In the last part where I regained lucidity I had a terrific experience! I am in my car operating some car elevator that moves a car on or off of a ship. I decide I need to go back and in operating it back down it malfunctions and my car starts falling and falling. The way that I am falling makes me realize that I am dreaming. I begin to fly on my own and I'm above a city with lots of hills, green hills but very built up with so many things going on! I have the feeling that this is a foreign city, a very busy foreign city. There are not usually so many things going on in my lucid dreams. I see the word Hacienda on a sign. I think to look for more words and landmarks and see "lower level" in the stadium section of seats and I hear the crack of a bat hitting a
baseball... It's a baseball stadium! But I flew by it so quick and the stands are set up very unusually as if each section was separate and not immediately congruent to the baseball field. I keep going and I start thinking of looking for something to examine close up. This place is so green and I'm swooping around at quite a speed. Green hills within the city and DCs everywhere I am just amazed at all of the graphics processing of my brain but realize that the resolution is more like a great video game than HD reality. I find this house on a hill top and see a sexy woman. Another woman says a warning to the sexy woman and she runs inside and I try to follow but I stay bigger than the small area I'm trying to enter, it is staying small like it was in my view from up above. It is as if my brain did not correct the size when I swoop down to this house or it is as if this was always a miniature world and I a flying giant. Anyway, I try to approach the
woman but she won't stop running and screaming so I grabbed her gently like a giant grabbing a miniature dollar something looking at her, she is very cute. I start taking off her clothes but my fingers are so big I feel like King Kong with the damsel but more frisky I guess. She does not seem to mind anymore! I carefully pinch my forefinger and my thumb together several times until I can grab a piece of the fabric of her blouse and pull it away. I am very curious and I find that underneath she is wearing a black and white striped bra and I repeat the same steps to remove it. I start fading back to bed trying a quick DEILD but I seem to be at the end of that REM cycle and I can hear my son on the phone so I get up to see what is up. I lay back down and attempt to induce my wife into an LD by telling her that she is dreaming. 127

LD#2 is a WILD attempt where at first I think I'm just getting a dreamlet of a bank scene but as it continues I realize that is a full fledged dream that I'm completely inside of and I am in the bank with a gun, an automatic gun and apparently I am robbing a bank for some reason . It sounds like fun so I continue with the scenario. Some hero from the bank is running around trying to mess me up and I start firing the automatic weapon chasing him around the bank with the bullets and after about 20 plus rounds of bullets the gun jams up. The scene fates into very intricate grid pattern. I have gotten good patterns before I always find it fascinating but this one was more intricate than I remember previous ones being. Like I was in the movie Tron or something. It is also kind of similar to floating through space but instead of stars there are lines everywhere and I just enjoy it until I eventually fade back to bed. 128

LD#3 I can remember the beginning of this dream quite well , the non-lucid part. There is a female cop on the run for something that she didn't do. There is a Native American cop like reservation police who is looking for her and feels that she is innocent and wants to help her. He calls out for her as he is standing several feet from his truck and the truck starts rolling away. It rolls over a fence and is heading towards his partner as he runs after it . It knocks his partner in the head with a glancing blow and he falls to the ground but there are more wheels to follow and one runs over his head, gross! I cover my eyes a little bit and now this whole thing is playing out like a movie. The Native American cop witnesses his partner's head being ran over and vomits a bright green fluorescent colored vomit! I think to myself "I didn't need to see that...that didn't need to be part of the movie!" I seem to wonder about the color of the vomit perhaps
semi-lucidly. I feel myself back in bed and there is a heavy weight on top of me. I recognize this feeling and stay calm. I decide that it is a woman on top of me even though she feels more heavy then the average woman. I make a few thrusts upwards in an intercourse motion and I am able to mentally reorient myself to where I am on top of her and fully in the dream. I am on top of a beautiful sexy woman and we proceed to have sex until I fade back to bed. 129

A couple of key points that I noted in my dream journal were that I was staring at the back of my closed eyelids and as images formed I would look past them like the way you might stare off into the distance. It felt like a key to dealing with HI's and dreamlets. This was used in my WILD attempt.

3/27* I wake up from a non lucid dream where I saved a baby but the baby was partly unconscious but the father was already assuming the worst and heartbroken and I could not get him to look at the eye movement of the baby as proof that she would survive. I am able to convince the mother who comes up running. I have this feeling that I was lucid earlier perhaps in the dream before this one and I think was I flying? No I don't think so. And then I remembered it involved having sex with my wife! I remember this while I was reading the above dream in my bedside dream journal! It all started coming back to me! I realize that it is easier to forget a lucid dream especially earlier in the night when you have regular dreams follow it and your recall is not the best. Heck I forget things from waking life. I won't go into full details but someone had just left the room and my wife's mom or my dad I think was the one who just left the room. I feel like I am
probably dreaming but not as sure as usual for some reason and there's also danger of that person coming back in. I do the nose pinch and I can breathe through but I wonder if I really close my nose and I decide to look at my hand and at first I think it looks normal but then I definitely count six fingers. I proceed to have quite a time with my wife and we do a number of things that we don't commonly do and a lot of interesting things happen that don't quite make sense but very enjoyable. I am leaving out the details for obvious reasons but the sexual experience lasted maybe 4 minutes I would say, so not the longest LD. I fade back to bed. 126

One more note of interest to myself at least...the next night waking up on March 30th I had a dream involving something like 40% of the details of my evening out that very night! I usually find that the connections are a little harder to make between the residue and the dream content.

These are some quick recaps, mainly for my records but anyone is welcome to read. LD on 3/22 was interesting in that it was in one of those late dreams where my awareness usually starts to dip again and it did feel like one of those dreams but I managed to become lucid. The next two LDs were interesting in that they both had to do with my path/orientation in the dream and that they were recognizable as dream scenarios (general dream signs). I attribute this to my awareness work where I retrace my steps during the day with a view from the outside of myself and then from within where I am self aware in a more recent tweak to my perspective that involves noticing something you don't normally notice like the way that you normally don't see your nose (it blends into your view but is visible if you look for it) and to my review of specific and general dream signs. I feel like there is a shift in the way that I am becoming lucid lately. I am hopeful that it is becoming more natural and/or that I am solidifying neural pathways to easier lucidity (neuroplasticity I am hoping). I guess we will see. It also seems like I am having more awareness in dreams where I don't quite become lucid. I am recognizing DC's of people I know or knew IWL that I never think about and perhaps were always there but just didn't have the awareness to make the connection?? I don't know.

3/22 DILD: in an American style football game I played the first 3 downs in the quarterback position starting from the 20 yard line and there was a dirty play against me in the last down that made me realize that this was a dream and how I was just in bed trying to WILD. I thought it would be fun to throw off the helmet of the dirty player and start whacking him and did. After a number of whacks I am just laying on the playing field feeling tired and from there I faded back to bed. 123

3/23 DILD: I am looking for this woman I saw earlier and make my way outside and I notice that I lost my way and the path looks quite different from before and I am not progressing forward normally/~slow motion. I realize that I am dreaming and realize that I can just fly out of here but the dream still wants some control and I start flying backwards and just go with it and it allows me to start flying normally again up and away but then again the dream wants control and leaves me drifting towards space but I am not worried, I have been there and love it and it stops again and I end up on a very tall building. I think about jumping but I am wondering if that might send me into the void so I look at the building next to me and decide to do some Spiderman swings upwards and over to various buildings with what seems more like rope than web. I feel like a child again. I fly some more before what I assume was an FA. 124

3/25 DILD: I am on a porch talking to an old co-worker (N) and we see a group of guys go by and one of them looks like Tom Petty but then it is as if we just saw that on a tv screen or something and I ask something like "since when is Tom Petty on that show?" She said "Oh you didn't know" and I figured out we were talking about 2 different shows and the one she mentioned was a reality show involving fighting. I get the idea that the fighters in the show are coming for me and it is time to get out of there. Now no one is around and the area looks a little different like I don't know my way and all of this feels like a dream scenario, okay yes well I can just fly out of this confusion so I do and the flight serves as my RC. I fly down and around looking for the fighters planning on showing them a thing or two before either losing lucidity, waking up, maybe had an FA on this one as well. 125

Night 5:
3/12/14* <snip long cool dream trying to find way out of cult compound with many interesting rooms and old instrumentation.> I make my way out of the compound through the exit I was originally trying to convince the team to use but we are all now separated. As I find my way outside onto a busy street I notice a guy in a blue jacket and I wonder if he is security for the compound. I decided I should not be obvious and continue my path it will go very near his path and as I get closer to him I hear him calling over the radio something like "the guy is over here." I notice more and more guys in blue jackets with some fake Chase Bank logo and I finally realize that this is a dream. I use telekinesis to throw the guy 20 or so yards. And as more come I sling them aside one by one with telekinesis. I notice that there are quite a few and they may make ground on me so I use telekinesis out in a circular wave pattern and blast them all outwards - about 15 or 20 of them! Awesome! I then think that I want to move on to my goals for the competition and I fly up above all of the mess and stop mid air maybe 200 feet up and start to recall my goals and consider which would make the most sense to do next and as I am thinking I feel myself fade back to bed. I lay still to try to re-enter the dream but it felt like I was at the end of REM and was awake for now so I rolled over and wrote in my dream journal.

Night 2:
3/9* Excerpt for lucid part that came way late after 9+ hours in bed and getting over the hump of nothing but advanced dreamlets: I am driving through the neighborhood looking for her and I realize - wait a minute, this is not my old or new neighborhood but a dreamy mix of the two, I am dreaming. I am already driving and one of my top 10 lucids was flying in my car, so I pull back on the steering wheel like you would the yoke of airplane and I fly around a bit before everything turns dark and I end up in a very convincing false awakening that I don't catch! Ugh!

3/4*!
I feel like this earlier dream was an important reminder (from my subconscious I assume) to let the family of the deceased know that they are still in our thoughts and prayers(done this morning!). The deceased died very unexpectedly and way too young! In it I dreamed of M from A again, along with G who died almost 5 years ago this month (I think he was memorialized in dream the night before (foggy memory night before) that also had M from A for sure and who ties in closely with G). Yesterday it seemed like his name might have memorialized on jerseys which were green and blue. Tonight it was a memorial in a grassy hilly area and M gave me a State tie pin that was supposed to be connected to G.

DILD: there is a party with family there and quite a few unknown people, quite crowded in some version of M Blvd but not really, perhaps my childhood home had some elements here as well. Someone says hey that sounds like a baby, do you hear that? I look around and I also then hear the crying and look down over my left shoulder and see very small baby newborn in a carrier on the ground. I go to pick up the baby with a big smile and very happy but then I realize that this baby showed up out of the blue and that I am definitely dreaming. I think of DutchRaptor-style tests of lucidity level and think to myself, since I am dreaming I have no problem dropping this baby back to the ground (from about 2 feet up) and I did so but it felt awkward and wrong before reminding myself...hey it's just a dream, move on. I think of the basic TOTM and I walk over from the living room to the kitchen and ask a female DC what her middle name is, there is a delay and I say nicely, I just need a name, your middle name. She says what sounds like "Frando." Then I am feeling a bit frisky and go around the house looking for an attractive DC passing my brother in law (one who moved about 1 year ago) and mother in law in a family room type area behind the kitchen and to the right of that my son is half awake on a bed in an odd spot in the open asking me what I am doing but I just keep going. I circle back around to the kitchen and two of my son's college age friends are there and I think, why not. I start kissing one after some flirtation and she gets a little too tongue-y for my taste and the other friend joins in kissing me as well...it becomes a little odd (too much tongue) and I fly up and out of the house. Looking at the night sky I think of the Bonus TOTM, alien abduction. I decide I will call out for them to come and get me but my voice doesn't come out right and it is garbled and I think that I was just talking to the DC with the middle name after becoming lucid, perhaps my SC doesn't want me to call out for aliens?? I think what the heck and I try again and I can talk clearly: "Aliens, come and get me" as I am floating maybe 200 feet up. I see a orangish-red circular coloration in the sky with a smaller circle in the middle but definitely not a ship, more like an aurora and nothing is happening so I say it again and then move on. I fly back down over a country-like neighborhood with maybe 4 houses including the one I came out of with the party. There is lots of space and land in-between and green rolling hills lit up in what looks like moon-light though I hadn't seen a moon so far. Out in front of one of the homes up and to the left from my downward view I see a woman in a long flowing gown with a young child just behind her and I swoop down. We talk and there is an obvious connection between us, I tell her that she is very beautiful. She looks a little like Scarlett Johansson (who I have been incubating an image of) but her cheeks are less pronounced and her nose more narrow. She grabs my hand and says, let me show you to your room. I say that I would like to stay with her and she says "but I have the kids (two) to look after" and I say that I can help her look after them but first I lean in for a kiss and we have a passionate kiss and I am so enthralled by the realism. I can hardly believe this is only a dream. She is so beautiful, she is so natural and not the least bit mindless and as we start to get on towards more sexual activity there in the moonlit grass I return to bed and I can tell that I am fully awake and there is no going back in but I am smiling from ear to ear, very enthralled. Perhaps this was my SC giving me a "true love" DC related to last months TOTM.

02/16/14***
Quick entries...at least for now.
Had a good vivid dream featuring my son about 12 years younger than now. So cute!

Had all 3 LDs late in the morning after getting over the hump of short dreamlets and mostly dreamless period where my awareness usually starts to wane.

Felt like a breakthrough on a new WILD technique for me. Similar to a few things I have tried before but with the addition of a kind of self hypnosis to put me in a relaxed but aware state. I was basically interacting with both HHs and actual stimuli. My wife moving around in bed I turned into Girl Friday getting into bed. That turned into the first lucid where I was in a bathtub with her we were both naked and I was feeling all over her and we were having intercourse I changed positions to pull her right leg over my left leg. She seemed to get smaller and her face became distorted as I focused on it. I continued kissing her though as we had sex.

Second LD, DILD inside sports arena getting ready to play. Red John is on our team this time...unusual. I am late and they are starting to play and I think about going out there without all of my equipment and then I realize I am dreaming I can just go without or...and I end up just putting everything on instantly. Our team scores as I'm coming out on the field and I decide to fly up for some celebratory sex with a woman in the stands. I think this is fun! Next I will go out there and score fantastically and I do; it is so much fun! I fly back up into the stands and look for my type. She is sitting in a skirt with nothing on underneath and we immediately go at it! Fade back to bed.

A bit later I have cool false awakening turned DILD where I am in a bedroom/office and I complete one last task and I look at the time and realized that I worked 38 minutes longer than I intended to. I turn around and the sun is shining blindingly through the window and I realize I am dreaming. The sun feels so vibrant on my skin but the light is a little too bright. I inch my way towards a bed just out of reach of the sun's glare and I restore my bearings. I turn around and there is another bed where the workstation just was. I look closely and see two feet overlapping each other but no one attached to them...at the head of the bed by the pillows! I find this cool instead of creepy and remove pillows to examine further. I touch the feet and they feel like feet, neither warm nor cool to the touch, maybe a little rubbery. I fade back to bed.

2/11/14 Car turns into a bus slowly flying over a huge construction zone and it takes several steps into logic/memory to realize that I am dreaming. More fun with Girl Friday after a bit of an absence. More odd early awakenings. Perhaps too many liquids before bed, ate a bunch of citrus + water. ~1120 ~1230 105 325 DILD ~630 Another apocalyptic dream earlier in the night that I didn't get lucid in unlike yesterday's but that one was later in the morning. Tonight's was a long, memorable tsunami dream in a high school setting featuring the whole school gathering in the auditorium, missing clothes, spilling sauce, senior prank with a (RC?) helicopter, some weird method from Spanish class of calming the crowd after the prank and then looking out to see a tsunami approaching and running up several stories to stay above the water.

The earliest recall in my DILD started outside a sports arena(?) and I was getting into a car and Girl Friday was there shivering. I tried to rub her arms to warm her up but she was a bit stand-offish and got into the front passenger seat. I started off driving and was getting on a freeway where the shoulder was coned off and workers in orange safety vests were setting up a roadside memorial with flowers, balloons, etc. As I continued the slow lane was coned off and then 2 more lanes were coned off suddenly (must have been 4 lanes total in my direction) so I had to get over in a hurry and check my blind spot. At this point no other vehicles are on the road and the car transitions into a bus in which I am riding in the back (my recall of the transition is a little hazy but it obviously didn't make me lucid yet!) This bus is travelling past major construction and a huge tunnel-boring contraption that I could see digging a tunnel. The bus starts weaving around various parts of the construction that is in the way and I notice that instead of just being elevated like you would be in a bus, that it is actually floating. This part is hilarious to me because logic kicks in before memory when I think to myself "why don't they just float a little higher to avoid all of this mess?...no wait a minute buses don't fly!" I say out loud "buses don't fly, this is a dream!" I remember that Girl Friday was in the front passenger seat (from when it was a car) and I say something like "get on back here." She arrives and we start making out feverishly. I unbutton her blouse excitedly and reach my hands into her blouse and around to her back feeling her bare skin and undo her bra. She is wearing either pants or shorts and I unzip them and I remember the goal to slow down and look more closely at individual items and decide to focus on the copper colored button just above her zipper. It has an interesting pattern that I don't recognize from waking life. The dream starts fading as I try to reach out for her and I also try a closed eye teleport which seems to return me to my bed quicker or it was just the timing of being at the end of REM. I lay still and attempt to DEILD but only manage to semi-interact with some HH's or short dreamlets. One was maybe 10 seconds long and featured what looked like a giant toy ape and I appeared to be near it's midsection (possibly in it's hand like the girl in King Kong) and I managed to look around a little bit before it faded. 106

410 D: really cool ride at amusement park (any ride designers credit me!) Hybrid train ride on tracks for all ages. Some cars or seats move independently as it goes along. One kind rotates horizontally, some up and down like a Carousel as it takes you through a long stretch of the park. Wife and son are directed to seats on the near side and back of the train and I am directed to the far side of the train. Do you want me to go around the front of the train or under here (small clearance under train and tracks)? I hurry around the front of the train and it starts to take off without me so I jump on the train its a set of 4 seats in a circle and there are three older guys sitting in the other three seats. I sit down in the fourth seat and look back towards the back of the train and see my wife and son and they're waving for me to come on over. I hop off the train as it starts to move slowly and as I try to make my way over to them the train movement
becomes confusing and I can't make it over to where they are and I lose track of them. There is some kind of like water slide path that goes along the train track and I foot surf down the path having a great time. I wonder if I'm not supposed to be doing this and along the way I see a worker look over at me and I wonder if I'm busted but he keeps walking on. I find them at the end of the path. That was so much fun waking up from even though it didn't seem like I was lucid. If I was it was very low level. Definitely not counting it.

~6am F&Dild F: helping Sj M with something related to my business near the Capitol in a town south of where he currently resides.

DILD: amusement park again I take train as before one quick stop to where the bathroom is but this is more a traditional train but I got on the wrong train and it took me to completely different stop people that got off there were catching a connecting train so ask the conductor of that train where I should go and they said you can catch the same line you were on back to where you started and then catch the correct train. I walked away from there and I saw a girl in one of those corndog Hut like outfits brightly striped and ask her where the nearest bathroom is and she said over there behind such and such some feature at the amusement park and I see a animal faux fur hat/partial mask like for kids (pikachu etc) but a little realistic I think fox. I put it on and start skipping through the park acting silly and I think this may make me look gay to some people and sure enough my subconscious spawned a gay bashing closeted gay that steps into my path and
wants to fight I guess. I say hey dude chill (or something like that) I'm just acting silly and then I go ahead and skip on around him. I see the bathroom and go inside and wash my my hands first and look up at the mirror...Holy Shit I'm dreaming and I'm a black guy. I have high wide set cheekbones, wide nose, medium dark skin, shoulder length dark brown to black trimmed dreadlocks. I take my time to really soak in the face/look. I start making faces to see if like before there would be sync issues. Sure enough there was a delay..I would close one eye and moments later "he" would. It was fascinating! I then went outside no longer concerned with going to the bathroom. I see two boys walking and say look what I can do and I take off flying up ahead a little. Unimpressed I say how about this and I shoot up straight into the air at super speed and then shoot back quickly but slowing down at the last minute landing gently on my feet. Enough of that...I go
flying around the amusement park exploring and start fading back to bed. I woke up thinking the mirror thing was cool but now 12 hours later transcribing from my paper DJ I am a little "weirded out." I have read about one or two people seeing a different person in the mirror...but what the heck is that about?

~740 DILD#2 having trouble sleeping after a bit of a late WBTB. I just remembered about how I saw myself in HI's in the last night or two and note it down. Also noted how weird it was to look in the mirror during the WBTB right after that LD. I don't feel like trying to WILD. I think about how i didn't get to any goals or contest items and remember i need to do step 2 telekinesis which i chose because I don't remember trying it before. I eventually fall asleep. I am in this giant Conference Center like what I was in recently with escalators and all and I am noticing lots of beautiful women going by and then I notice but I'm floating around the place just above the floor and realize that I'm dreaming. I'm having a lot of fun just checking out all the beautiful women while fly floating about and I start to get a little mischievous and beside the try out the telekinesis. Using telekinesis, I am pulling down the womens clothes with a simple motion of my
hand through the air including one that looks a little like Girl Friday. Then something on happens it is like the scene is playing in front of me on two separate huge movie screens and I'm watching this group of 3 women putting another woman up like a pyramid for cheer and the same thing is happening over to the left as well but the one on the right is closer to me and I watch curious if they are able to perform the maneuver. They are also out of sync - the two screens. Could this be a residue from recalling the earlier lucid dream where the mirror image was out of sync? . The woman on top tumbles down and her hair gets stuck in the escalator and I have no interest in watching anymore of that. I look away or possibly close my eyes and find myself back in bed. (too tired to look for typos, gotta go to bed soon)
