    1. Six Sharpeners OST + DA + DILD

by , 02-12-2015 at 11:38 PM (Inner World حلم Gamma Waves)
After being relentlessly attacked by mummies, I manage to escape and find 3 people outside. I ask them if they could help me? They all agreed as the one guy check for any further assistance. The other woman check in to the apartment I recently escape from. That person soon confirm that there was some sort of monster lurking around. That's when she ask me if I was beaten anywhere by it? I said yes and pointed to all the spots I felt were beaten by it. I also said that I was beginning to feel dizzy and that their voices were growing faint.

We all begin walking so I could find a hospital to recover in. I soon find myself waking up from a hospital bed. I must've passed out on the way here. As I re-evaluate what happened to me. I become lucid. My vision was a bit distorted though. I soon notice that the person who help me was sitting down near by. Once she was aware that I was awake, she showed a picture claiming that I was the young toddler in it. She then ask me do I see another person in the picture? I agreed and could see the person on the far right. She then ask me if it was a man or a woman?

I got sunk in to the device she was using to get a closer look. I stare at the person face to confirm that the person in the photo was a man. That's when I woke up. Lucidity time: 23 seconds

I woke up a 4, struggled with recall, got nothing. I got up for about 5 minutes, did some state tests and set my intent to recognize my next dream. I went back to bed and practiced MILD. I tossed and turned for what seemed like a very long time. I checked my phone and the time was 4:58. I realized I still had an hour to sleep so I rolled over and tried to get to sleep. Almost immediately i felt the "sleep onset body buzz" and started to see some mild HI, mostly lights and simple patterns. The dream follows:

i am at a run down strip mall. most of the storefronts are abandoned and on my left. there is an ice cream shop at the far end of the stores. i am on my bike riding slowly. i see a woman who i think i know (middle school girlfriend all grown up?) drive by as a passenger in a silver sedan. i keep riding and ahead i notice the silver car drive off, the woman is not in it. the driver is an overweight man with round glasses, wearing a faded red tshirt. i ride past the ice cream shop and see the woman seated at a little round cement table at the end of the row of stores. i ride past her and make a little left turn , headed up a concrete switchback ramp. The ramp looks like it would lead up to a second level of the strip mall. I see the first turn in the switchback and know that i am dreaming. "im dreaming, im dreaming." i say i decide to ride into the wall, everything gets bright and clear, very defined, i wake up.

I rolled over and checked my phone, it was now 5:05. The interval between falling asleep and recognizing the dream was probably about 3 minutes! Unfortunately the dream was very short.

    5. Miles of Gibberish

      by , 02-12-2015 at 02:06 PM
Night of February 12, 2015. Thursday.

I am sitting on our bed at our present address on W Street. I have a couple brochures it seems, although one is of stiffer paper. At one point I am actually holding one piece of thin cardboard with three unrealistically vertically narrow photographs (though apparently not cropped) horizontally arranged and attached to it (possibly by double-sided tape). It is of family members including our youngest daughter playing with our youngest son but from a fair distance and not that focused on the subjects. Just as I start to consider (or vaguely question) where it came from, it sort of “pops” out of existence with a slight breeze leaving me somewhat surprised.

My perspective shifts into more of an internal awareness (though not fully disembodied, just in some sort of realm of analytical thought and solely closely-rendered imagery as is typical of some “reading” or “studying” dream types - though at this point I think I may still be technically in the same bed - possibly lying on my side with my head up a bit). I am looking at some sort of brochure that is possibly related to a daycare center, possibly in connection with the “Ninety-Nine Red Balloons” daycare center of many years back. There is a young mustached male (of about twenty-five) with a cluster of balloons. He is standing near a van but it is crudely illustrated (without much detail) as if by someone with minimal drawing or commercial art experience.

From here, I note one of the catchphrases which seems more related to a travel agency. It is something about the “milest of miles” (“Enjoy the milest of miles?”). This annoys me somewhat and I try to work out if I am reading it incorrectly. I also ponder “miliest of miles”. I end up becoming “stuck” in an in-dream fallacy; trying to work out which is more grammatically relevant in this particular case - “milest” or “miliest” (or both depending on the intent of the faux “messages” in the particular part of the brochure?) - of course neither of which are actual words - typical in-dream gibberish, something I have enjoyed noting and documenting since I was about six years of age, just for the pure ridiculousness and amusement of it.

    7. Plants and coffee tables don't look good in my rum

      by , 02-12-2015 at 12:24 PM
I remember walking into my room, and there were 3 tables all making a U around my chair. The tables were coffee tables and were placed behind my chair and on the sides of it. There was just enough space to walk through the corners, there were plants on the tables, and I knew my mom had put them in there along with the tables, I got annoyed and said "Moooom" as I walked out of the room carrying the plants and putting them on other tables in the living room.

I thought my dream recall was getting better lmao

    9. Explosion, night osbservations

      by , 02-12-2015 at 09:34 AM (Snehk's Dreamlands)
I was walking down the street in a business sector of the city. Near one of skyscrapers was alley locked with gate protected by key code. No one knew the key code, even owners of the skyscraper. I decided to somehow break it down, and I did it. The alley led to industrial area, into a house of some family preparing for the end of the world. I went out and took a bus back to home. In the midnight I went out with my younger sister. We were watching the night sky, looking at the stars and observating the area surrounding our home. Next day I drove to the same plac, and saw construction workers planting explosives at the gate. Owners of skyscraper wanted to know what's beyond that gate. When the workers ran to safety zone and detonated explosives. The fire was raging. I ran closer to the gate and gave a horrifying scream. This brought their attention, one of the workers shouted The margins are burning! They all ran there to stop the fire.
    10. 12.02.2015. OBE+DEILD+3FA - Raduga style...

      by , 02-12-2015 at 08:51 AM
Wow! What a night! I had an OBE-like experience, a Lucid, and 3 FA - while doing 3 times the Raduga technique and feeling the separation! Wow!
Well, went to bed at 23:30, WBTB at 05:00 for 15 mins and back to sleep with my Rem Dreamer - lights only. I said to myself that if I succeed in Raduga again, this time I will be in my house - I will have an OBE (wanted to see if expectation matters, as it should). It took me some time to sleep (about 45 mins) and at some point I found myself in bed remembering the dream I just had. I thought I was late - some time has passed since awakening - but nevertheless I tried the Raduga separation technique. I felt a moving sensation, not strong but it was there. I alternated techniques, moving my limbs and then my body, and relaxing at the same time. I felt I was being dragged but not strongly as usual - I struggled to separate. But then in an instant, I floated out and I was flying in my living room! It was dark but I could see that it was my living room (and after awakening, quite strangely, it was - no false memory this time). I landed and walked a little bit - a sofa was out of place (I knew it then and same thing after awakening) and ...the RD lights went on - in bed again... Tried the separation again and in a few seconds, strong moving sensation again and I am thrown in darkness. I do a RC (nose pinch), negative at first and positive (breath through) a few seconds later! I am in total darkness. I take my RD mask off in order to see, but no use. I imagine I wear black glasses and take them off - no sight again. Then I just imagined seeing around and simply waited... A few seconds later I started seeing, and I was there: in a blue room decorated with stars. I'm wearing a silver spacesuit also with stars and the room is like a child's room, decorated with stars and planets - very beautiful.

I feel my hands in the gloves and try to stabilize by rubbing them and touching around and it's quite steady by now - not perfect, but steady. I'm very happy and I say my pre-planned affirmations: I am Lucid dreaming every night and I'm always calm and peaceful. Meanwhile, the dream starts to destabilize... I have difficulty speaking and...
my wife moves in bed and the RD lights go off again... I am in bed and in apparently no time I had a FA. I take my RD off and take notes about my lucid, when the RD lights flash again...I am in bed and tricked by a normal dream... RD Lights flash again and this time I concentrated and started the separation again. I feel the movement sensation quite strongly, but as I am about to separate, my wife turns around again (she was very tired and didn't sleep well) and I am back to bed.... slowly I take my RD mask off (for real) and take notes on all this....WoW, what a night!

    11. Blind as a Batman

      by , 02-12-2015 at 08:12 AM
Morning of February 12, 2015. Thursday.

It seems I “am” Batman, but not the “real” Batman - perhaps I am his stand-in while he is on vacation. There is not much to this dream - it has no plot; only a couple rather ridiculous scenes - one incoherent scene involving people I knew on King Street. I never catch on that I am dreaming. I am living with my family where we are now in real life (on W Street) in most parts of my dream, though again, there are also points at which I seem to be in La Crosse flying around.

For a time, I am wearing really unsuitable and ill-fitting uncomfortable clothes as I am flying around mostly at night (for example, a light-colored flannel shirt that is too baggy and long).

There is a Batman costume in my backyard near the shed near the final part of my dream. Oddly, there are only two sections to it; the bottom (boots and “pants”) and the top (which somehow comes down over my arms and includes the Batman head. First, I put the boots on with no difficulty, the sense of touch being slightly enhanced. It feels fairly nice. However, when the top of the outfit is complete on me, I realize that the mask has only very small horizontal slits which I can barely see through. In fact, I notice three slits on each side at different levels. None are exactly where the eye-holes should be so I have to adjust the full-head mask several times to see anything at all. It is still mostly like only seeing a thin horizontal bar of color representing the backyard (though I can see just a little out of the other two slits on each side - only at times). Still, I fly off into the air, not remembering in-dream that Batman does not fly in the manner of Superman. From here, my dream eventually fades.

Perhaps this dream is a reminder that, even though you can be anything and do anything in dreams (including being bodiless), perhaps weighing yourself down with too much costuming and deliberately blocking your vision is not the best route. Why would one need to wear a mask anyway? One can be his true self in a dream.

    12. Time Travel?

by , 02-12-2015 at 03:53 AM (One Up Seeker)
      1. Me, Dylan, and Patrick are walking down our friend Braden's street. The sky is overcast covered with gray storm clouds. As we walk down the street, we see an all blue car. The entire car is blue, not just the frame itself, and it is slowly driving away from us. We speed up a little bit to catch up to it. I look back for a second for some reason, and when I look back I see that the car is gone. Where did it go? We continued going down the street and we looked in each driveway for this specific car.
I noticed something. In every driveway there was an all blue car just like the one we had seen. I remember thinking, "Wow that's odd. A blue car just disappeared out of no where. I need to do a reality check". I almost did the reality check when something caught my attention. There was a house in front of us at the very end of the street, and the garage door was open. Inside the garage there were 3 or 4 grown men just talking to each other. We walk up to the house and walk in through the owner's already open front door. Once we get inside, I hear the men talking about leaving.
I tell Pat and Dylan that we need to follow them and get behind them so we don't see them. We then walk into the garage through a side entrance and we are all now in the garage. At this point, all of the grown men are outside at the front of the garage. I hide behind a door frame and Pat and Dylan hide too. Suddenly, one of them bump into something and something falls over which creates a loud crash noise. The grown men look back and they walk back into the garage. Now they see us, but they don't seem to care to much.
As they are now inside the garage looking at us, something comes to me: I am a time traveler. I realize that I had just traveled back(or forward, not sure) in time to change something. I tell them that I am a time traveler and one of the grown men tells me, "Oh well that explains everything. That makes complete sense". He was quite serious too; he wasn't being sarcastic at all about it. It's as though he already knew I was a time traveler and was cool with it.
