Day 0: Latex And Superpowers, The Amazing Future Smeargle

Supplement Dose: 10 mg Melatonin, 50 mg Zinc

Spoiler for Why I Took These Supplements:

    #1 - Latex And Superpowers [Non-Lucid]

There was a lot going in this dream leading up to this point, but where my memory really comes in was at a cafeteria on a college campus. I was really late for lunch so even though I looked around a bit I didn't really get to eat anything. At one point I went and waited by a doorway for M who was apparently on the other side of the wall but being held up by something, and it randomly occurred to me that I was wearing something like this:

Though, I can't remember if it was those colors exactly; I didn't pay much attention to myself. Two other girls walked up also wearing latex outfits and heels and I recognized them as more friends of M. Eventually the three of us decided to go see what was taking M so long and "get her out of trouble". (I wrote that in my notes, followed by "(they thought she was too young)", but I'm not exactly sure what it means now.) After a short talk I guess I forgot about M, and my friend J walked up and tried to kiss me on the cheek, which really weirded me out considering that it was coming from him. Our mutual friend S who was a grade below us in school was there too, and she claimed that she decided to get "happy and drunk". I randomly jumped up on her back so she was giving me a piggyback ride, and I told her that with me there we'd be able to phase through walls so she didn't have to worry about that. We started walking through walls randomly and talking about college, but around that time the dream was starting to become unstable, and soon
    I woke up.

Visualization came extremely easily after this dream. I probably could've done a WILD if I wanted to, but I was sort of focused on something when I woke up.

    #2 - The Amazing Future Smeargle [Non-Lucid]

This entire dream took place in third-person, and thus a lot of it is hard to recall now. I had the feeling that I was playing some new Pokémon game, but it was just that the screen was taking up my entire perception. Essentially, the plot was about some insanely powerful Smeargle who was completely dominating all of the Pokémon in the world in the future, and so the legendary beasts sent it back in time to get rid of it, but as a result others followed it to continue trying to beat it while certain organizations were trying to capture it for themselves. By this point in the game I already had it on my team, along with a few other fully-trained Pokémon, but I can't really remember what they were now (but I do remember something about fighting the legendary beasts). The Smeargle really was kicking ass; I'm pretty sure its moves were Fire Blast, SolarBeam, I want to say maybe Earthquake, and something else I don't quite recall now.... A terrible spread, but it was doing pretty well in-game. X) Not long after a battle ended, I woke up.

Also, thanks for the idea for this, RobStar. It's going to come in handy.

      Hi Aly,
I'm glad anything you gleaned from my Menthol posts helped. However you should take the credit for actually doing it.
Good luck with the testing by the way. I've been trying exercise at WBTB to increase my dopamine levels, although I'm not sure how high they need to go to notice any effects regarding dreaming.
I would say that you did more than likely incubate images from the Sexy hawt girls thread. As soon as I read the post (before I saw the pic incidentally) I thought I know where that's come from.
Incubation definitely works - you would be amazed what you do remember and pull into your dreams. For example, that seduction dream I had and that ginger headed girl you have on here made me think? (I did see that pic earlier in the week.)
Good call! I congratulate you on your taste. I like the one in the purple; The blonde who is lying down. (I'd have no chance on the No Fap challenge!)
Regarding the extra visuals, etc. and menthol. I tend to get more when in a light sleep. I think it was you who mentioned trying a Vwild. I think I'm going to try this myself in future.
      Cool dreams by the way.

Thank you! Hmm, I wonder about exercise.... Incidentally, I have heard that getting a good workout before bed can make it more feasible to WILD when first going to bed rather than with WBTB. I always thought that would be a cool skill to have, and get so good at it that you can WILD every time you're falling asleep. :O Have you considered trying anything like that since you're already exercising anyway?
Oh yes, but I look at latex pictures quite a lot. I'm sure it was incubated, but I do think the supplements may have lent a hand as well. The less prolactin I have, the more latex seems to be on my mind. X) The style really does match my LSD trips, and even my psilocin trips to some extent (though it doesn't have the same twisted feel to it). In a perfect world for me, we'd all be wearing latex. =P (Of course, the laws of reality would also be considerably different - more demented, recursive, sexual.... )
Hehe, thanks. The blonde in purple is just tantalizing, that picture is so small. >w< I'm not sure how well I'll do on the challenge this time, but hopefully well enough to get some good results with this. It's really a matter of perception for me; I can easily go for a good amount of time without it until I actually start thinking about how I'm not allowed to do it lol.
And that makes sense to me, as long as it wasn't enough to wake you up a lighter sleep does get you closer to lucidity. Good luck if you do try that, I'm guessing it'll be much easier with menthol. =)
Aaaand thank you! I enjoyed them.

Regarding the exercise before bed: Hmm, I will have to try that. Generally exercise can cause the inibility to sleep, but not with me - It must be the 'happy' chemicals that are generated in my head, and boy do I need those at the moment!
I confess that I'm really crap at WILD. I sort of have this choking throat issue at the moment, even when I prop my head up. However I'm working on it!
Yes, latex is great to look at. I dare say it has a certain tactile quality to it. You would have a problem however if you were allergic to it though.
The LSD sounds quite an experience though - do you get the so called flashbacks years after from it, or is that all media hype?

Well, the way I'd heard it was that you're supposed to exercise so much that you're totally exhausted and have no choice but to fall asleep, so I can understand that working. But I'd believe that, too! I've read that the euphoria from working out involves both endorphins and the endocannabinoid system... and those can certainly give you a calming sedation that'll knock you out. I'm actually not that good at WILD either, so don't worry about it. The only times I've done it so far were by accident, and they didn't really teach me much about how to do it again. Hrmph. Good luck with it, though! I think I'm about to start practicing at it again. =)
Being allergic to latex would suck, I can't imagine a more grim fate. >w<
Flashbacks are real, but most people don't get them. It's not really so much from the chemical changes of the LSD itself as it is the result of terrifying trips, basically PTSD, and those are a possibility. However, when you stop doing drugs they pretty much stop happening, especially if you come to terms with them (which usually isn't too hard to do, once you've given yourself some time to recover). Bad trips are generally the result of something negative brewing inside you, and so it's possible to use them to heal and move on. Flashbacks aside, it is possible to still get mild visuals for a long time after tripping often, but again this isn't common except with heavy users and will fade with time. It also doesn't have the mindset of a flashback; if anything it just comes with some depersonalization, but any kind of heavy drug use can cause that. I occasionally get things that could be described as flashbacks, but they're not like a total reemergence of past trips or anything, but rather just like brief periods of suddenly entering the same kind of detached mindset that LSD and other psychedelics can provide. They're perfectly harmless, but kind of hard to describe. It's sort of like viewing the human race from an entirely nonhuman perspective; all of the things we think of as "normal" just because we are humans specifically start to lose focus, people begin to seem alien-like in appearance (or like you can't recognize details as easily, like they're any other animal) and all of the things that people do start seeming really bizarre or pointless, like those instinctive reasons we do things are no longer understood. Again, it's harmless... it's just a feeling that passes quickly and doesn't convince you to do anything weird, it's just sort of a perceptual blip.
I actually wouldn't mind getting flashbacks if they were of good trips. I could happily spend the rest of my life on LSD. *sigh*

Yep, totally understand about the negatives brewing inside. (If you excuse the pun when reading the next part!) I've had that with alcohol. I tend to be emotional on it, hence that's why I'm not drinking at the moment.
However a very small amount actually heightens my sensory perception to the point where objects seem just that little more 'vivid'. It's a bit like an ADA thing with me, mind you I'm VERY sensitive to alcoholic effects.

Yep yep, same kind of thing, only with psychedelics the negative thoughts are actually splattered all over your reality and you're forced to face them for what feels like years.
Alcohol actually releases dopamine in small doses, but suppresses it in large doses. That's probably what accounts for the increased perception. Maybe you're just sensitive to those kinds of changes. I am now, after having done lots of other drugs. Small amounts of alcohol can seem almost psychedelic to me, though they don't do quite as much to me as they used to. But that's probably just tolerance, when I drink I tend to drink a LOT.
