This Mornings OBE and Lucid

I am lying in bed and nod off for a few seconds. I wake up now and keep my eyes closed and don't move. I can feel the vibrations and hear the cracking and crunching noise. I think to myself "ok, I'll try and sit up now" but I wasn't ready yet so I relax again, after a few seconds I know I'm ready. I now begin to sit up and my Astral body sits up. I open my eyes, but realise that my real eyes have opened so I quickly shut them again.
I now feel my Astral body separate fully, so again I open my astral eyes and this time I have astral sight. I look at my bedroom window and just fly out of it hands first. I'm now flying over the green outside my house. I also remember flying around the woods opposite and flying around the streets behind me, it's fantastic and so exilerating!
My sight now goes a bit blurry around the edges ((I've never experienced this before)) I call out "clarity now!" My voice echoes a little. I rub my hands together and my scenery stabilises.
I love being fully conscious and in flight, I feel so free. I fly for ages and end up at a beautiful place where the fields are luscious green, and the flowers are beautiful and enhanced. I now see my 2 Daughters "L" and "S", they are flying and I call over to them, they see me and wave. I shout over to them "girls you're dreaming, this is just a dream!" "L" isn't too sure but "S" comes over to me and has a fly with me. I now wake up in real life and "L" and "S" are still in bed fast asleep

Last Nights Lucid Dream

I wake up in bed and feel vibrations so I keep my eyes closed and will myself out of my body. My dream body rises, still in the lying down position and then I tilt so my feet are now facing the floor. I lower down gently to the floor and I'm now in a standing position.
I look around and my vision is blurry and my eyes feel funny so I call out "clarity now!" and rub my hands together. My vision is very crisp and clear now, even better than in real life, which is usually the way it is. I think "hmmm, what shall I do?" I now call out "I want to see my Nan Futrill".
I now end up at another place, my surroundings have changed. I'm at a place which, well all I can describe it as is a massive building with big tree roots there. There are about 3 to 4 levels to this building and I'm now on level 3 I think.
There is another woman with me, she's about my age and I feel a connection to her, like I know her already.
I'm now calling out "Nan Futrill" but I don't see her so I keep calling and she now comes. Nan looks so happy and I feel so much emotion for her, I'm so happy that I've found her. We don't really talk, it's more of a telepathy kind of talking and strong emotions. I remember that my Nan was wearing a light blue apron. Nan now fades away as she walks out through a door. I shout "NO!" and the woman who's with me now comes to me from the other room. She says "she has to go now but you will see her again" and she hugs me. I start to cry now and she says "don't cry, you will see her again, but just not yet".
I'm now wondering around this level and I'm shouting "NAN, NAN PLEASE COME BACK!" I now see my Cousin Richard ((who died when he was 6)) he cuddles me and holds my hand. Me and Richard fly around for a while just enjoying each others company.
Richard now tells me that he has to go back to Nan, but says they will both come back to see me. He hugs me and then goes through a door. I go through the same door but I don't recognise the place, so I go back to the area that I'm very familiar with.
I'm crying so much now because I want my Nan back. I keep shouting her, hoping ill get her back again, I'm absolutely blarting my eyes out.
I'm now flying about and then I feel myself back in bed. I will myself back to the same place and suddenly I'm back there. I see a young baby boy lying on the floor and he's wrapped up in a white shawl. He's also wearing a white babygrow. As I float past him he wakes up, I think "he can't be comfortable there" so I pick him up and cuddle him , he calms down so I take him to his cot. He looks very much like me and has lovely dark brown eyes. I put him into his cot and say "there...is that better now?" He nods and goes back to sleep. ((He's about 2 and a half or 3)). I now gently tuck his shawl round him so he's not cold.
I now wake up again, so I keep my eyes closed and keep still and will myself out again. I do get out and am now in my dream body and standing in my room. My vision is blurry so again I call out "clarity now!" and rub my hands together to stabilise my dream. My vision is now crystal clear.
I see knitting on my floor, I can see every detail, this always amazes me, it's like having HD eyes lol! and my voice no longer echoes. I will myself back to the place I was at and I'm now back there.
I'm now on the bottom level by a desk, it's like a meeting up area. People are sitting around chatting to each other. A group of men now stand near to me. 1 man is looking at me, as they pass they whistle at me, which makes me chuckle. I now go more into the socialising area with the woman who's with me. 1 woman I met there was called Anita. I say "ill remember that because my friend is called Anita". We are both sitting on the root of an old tree. It's a big root and they're all over the place in here. Me and the other woman I'm with now go into the room next door and meet the old man in there. I feel some kind of connection to this man and feel that this man is very high here in authority, if not the highest.
I am floating near floor level and taking in my surroundings. Suddenly I spot the most beautiful item I have ever seen. It's a glass box which is pyramid shaped but a bit longer, like its been stretched slightly. The edges of it and such, apart from the glass, is made out of silver. The silver is shaped in the shape of a rope. Inside the pyramid are beautiful gems. There is a gorgeous gem which is green in colour, it really caught my eye!. I can honestly say I have never seen anything as beautiful as this pyramid in all my living life!!!! This box is sealed with silver, no one can get into it because its so special and precious.
I ask the elderly man if I can fly up and take a better look, he says "of course". He flys up to it and turns it around slowly so I can have a good look at it. This man explained everything about it to me. I now depart and have a good fly around just enjoying the feeling of being free and then I wake up.

Last Nights Lucid Dream

I feel vibrations after I wake up and I decide to will myself out of my body. I now hear my 2 girls in my bedroom and as my dream self gets to the bedroom door I see L giving S a piggy back. I say "L, can you see me?" She says "no" and shakes her head as if I've gone mad! I say to her "I'm dreaming, look". I now touch her sides and say "can you feel that?" L now says "yeah, but only because you're not dreaming!" She now looks at me again and says "you're awake".
I'm floating, but because of what my Daughter said I wonder if actually I'm REALLY standing on the landing in my real body, I think "I wonder if I'm real and something in my brain is telling me that I am dreaming and making me feel like what is real is actually a dream!" ((I feel like I'm going mad at this point))
I now see my other Daughter S in her room and L now goes downstairs. I now think "nah, I must be dreaming" and I go into S's room. I lie down on the bedroom floor, but instead of actually lying on the carpet, I'm floating just above it in a lying position.
I say to my Daughter S "look S...it is a dream because I'm floating. I now float across the bedroom floor to show her. I say "I couldn't float like this if it was real could I?". My Daughter watches with fascination and says "you are dreaming, it must be a dream!". I now wake up in real life while still feeling small vibrations going through me.

Last Nights Lucid Or OBE?

Ok, so after about 2 hours sleep I wake up in the night with vibrations going through me and the "vrummmm" sound with them. It was coming in waves, I would feel a vibration go through me from my head to my toes, and at the same time hear the "vrummmm" sound. It would stop for about 3 seconds and then it would happen again.
I lie here with my eyes shut and it slowly builds up, each one getting stronger and stronger. When it reaches its strongest I think to myself "float up". I stay relaxed with my eyes still closed, don't move and just go with it. ((Fighting it makes it worse and scares you more)).
I now float up out of my body and gently land on my bedroom floor at the end of my bed. It's nearly daylight but still a bit dark ((it was in RL as well)). I shout out loud "clarity now" and rub my hands together, my sight is now a lot clearer.
I now fly out of my bedroom window, my hands and body just pass right through the glass. I'm now flying outside, above my garden, everything is just as it is in RL. I can feel the fresh, crisp morning air but I don't feel cold at all.
Things now get blurry again, I'm in flight but can't see too
well. I now realise that I haven't got long before I'm back in the real world.
I now feel myself being pulled back into my body, I gently lower back into myself and now feel the vibrations again and hear that "vrummmm" sound associated with the vibrations. They slowly lessen until they are completely gone. I now open my eyes and awake for real

Last Nights False Awakenings And Lucid Dream

I wake up in bed and feel vibrations and that strange feeling that I'm about to go into a lucid dream. I think to myself "float up" and with this I feel myself float up and land on the floor at the end of my bed. I can't see, but I can feel something stuck to me, I've never had this before. I feel my face etc. and there's something stuck on me. I pull hard at whatever it is and manage to prise it off and with this I can now see. I decide to get out of my room by flying out of my window. I go over to the window and go to fly out but my hubby now wakes up. He says "what you doing?" I say "I'm dreaming" and he settles and goes back to sleep.
I go back over to the window and feel for glass, just to make sure I'm dreaming. I feel a small boy with me but I can't see him. Well I can't feel any glass because there isn't any and I now know that I'm definitely dreaming, although I was already pretty sure I was. (( I didn't want to jump through my window and plunge to my death if I wasn't dreaming lol)). I lean out of the window and come back in. I decide to double check that my flying is working before I zoom myself out of my window. I fly from my window to my landing and I know I'm now ok to fly. I point my hands forward, do a jump and fly out of my bedroom window!
I'm now flying outside in the sky, it's quite foggy so I can't see much. I now call out loud "Nan F" but nothing, so again I call out "Nan F". I now hear my Nan calling me ((or who I was hoping was her)) she yells "I'm here baby" I call her again as I try to find her and again she calls back. I carry on flying, trying to get to her. Suddenly I stop flying and feel hair in my hands, it's a long plait. I now say "is that you Nan?" She rises up to face me and hugs me tight. I say "I've missed you so much" my Nan now says "you need to go back" we hug again and she says "I love you". I now wake up and feel my pillar uncomfortably behind my neck. I get up out of bed to go to the toilet and I hear a noise, it's a rattling noise, like an old knackered motor. It starts then stops again, then starts and stops again. I look at the space next to the side of my bed and there is some kind of machine there with a long handle, I perceive this as a lawn mower lol. I look at the handle and it's vibrating violently as the motor makes it shake. I now panic and see my hubby in bed so I shout to him "K look!" He wakes up and says "what?" I say "a law mower and its turned on" my hubby says "what the fuck!, did you do that?" I say "no!" sharply and my hubby now turns it off.
I now hear my mobile phone ringing and my hubby says "what the fucks going on?" I think to myself "it must be because there are a lot of spirits around me and there making everything go haywire!" Lol
I look down at the floor at the end of my bed and see a happy naked baby boy sitting in a baby seat, he has a blanket over him and his arms out. I make my way to the toilet because I need a wee. I get onto the landing and my sight is now blurry. I get by the stairs and my bathroom isn't there, it's gone!. I'm now really confused and look at the stairs again and I manage to force my eyes to see properly.
Again I look to where my bathroom should be and it's now there. I go into the bathroom still desperate for a wee and see a blue shower curtain around the toilet. I grab it and try to pull it from around the toilet but it feels like there is a force stopping me from being able to pull it away. I think to myself "maybe I'm dreaming again, I know I'll touch the mirror to see if my finger goes through it, and if it does then ill know that I'm dreaming!" So, I touch the mirror and it feels solid and normal, my fingers don't go through! At this point I'm really confused. I'm now not sure if I'm awake or dreaming. My hubby now shouts something to me and I hear him go downstairs. I now manage to pull the blue shower curtain from around the toilet a bit and I sit on the loo and have a wee. Wee now splashes all up the shower curtain and I can't understand why and think "what the hells going on, I must be dreaming" with this I wake up for real.

Last Nights Lucid Dream

I am with my youngest and I instantly realise that I'm dreaming.
I am on a broom stick and I am flying about in the sky and my daughter is sitting on the front of it. My daughter now leans to the right and nearly falls off so I grab her and hold her tightly. I now say to my daughter "J your dreaming, this is all a dream, your really lying in bed asleep!" I keep repeating this to her trying to make her understand. It's night time. I now fly into a cave because someone is chasing us. I fly to the top of the caves roof and see a hole going up further, so I fly into the hole, still on the broom stick but then I stop as I look into it further. I think "I need to get out of here because a dragon might be up there!" I had seen something up there and decide to make a quick get away!
We get out and are now flying above the caves. I try to move my stick upwards to fly up but it doesn't work, I now think "doh!, I need to think it instead" I now think "up" and we fly upwards.
I now see another building, a modern building which is situated on top of the caves. There is a party going on inside this 3 storey building. My daughter is no longer with me but I don't worry because I know it was just a stupid, dumb dream character! . I go inside and have a walk about, there are loads of people here, all drinking and enjoying themselves.
A man now comes around me, he's not at all good looking but he begins touching me while I have my drink in my hand. I say to this man "do you mind if I just freshen up first!" Lmao, he looks at me and nods. I now walk through the crowd and into the toilets. Suddenly I realise I'm wearing a skimpy white shirt, which is tied just above my belly-button. I'm also wearing a short, tight black leather skirt and black high heels. I have a wet and notice that the toilets are nice and posh. Usually I have dirty toilets in my dreams with doors missing so this surprised me. I wash my hands and look in the mirror, I look really good lol.
I decide to unbutton my shirt so I'm showing my breasts, I think to myself "its only a dream so its not going to hurt. I now walk sexily back into the party. A woman looks at me as if to say "why's she half naked!" Lmao. I pick up a drink and have a sip, it tastes fruity and bubbly. I put my drink down for a minute and when I go to pick it back up it has disappeared. I say "my drink..where's it gone?". I panic because I feel I need a drink to loosen myself up for this man . I now pick up a different one but then that's gone as well, I say "fuckin dreams...this is fuckin ridiculous!!" Lol.
A young man hears me and gives me his drink, it's pink and even tastes pink lol. I now go back to the man who is waiting in his room for me. He starts touching me up again and kissing my neck really gently. He slips off my clothes, leaving me in just my bra and skimpy knickers. I'm thinking "this dream is quite nice actually, and it is only a dream after all", I grin to myself and just let him touch me and then I wake up.

My Astral Travel Experience

I wake up from a dream this morning and keep my eyes closed and don't move. I can now hear loud cracking, crunching and buzzing and I can feel my whole body vibrating. I now realise this is my chance to astral project. I try to sit up with my astral body but I can't. ((This happens sometimes, you feel a bit stuck)). Instead, I decide to try and raise my hands. I lift them up slowly and decide to open my astral eyes. Things were a little blurred at first, but within seconds my sight became nice and clear. I can now see my bedroom clearly and everything is how it should be.
I move my astral hands about in front of me and I can see the outline of hand shapes but they were made out of what I can describe as heat energy. It's like the heat that comes from the top of a radiator, the heat that moves and makes the wallpaper look wobbly, that's what spirit energy also looks like. At the same time as I move my astral hands I can also feel my real hands on the bed besides me, it's a very odd feeling indeed! Lol
I now manage to rise out of my body a little. At this point I hear my eldest shouting at our dogs, although I didn't know she was awake and up yet.
I sense 2 other spirits in the room with me. 1 is to the left side of my bed and the other is to the right side of my bed. I don't feel any bad vibes from these 2 so I know they are quite friendly. I now feel myself getting pulled back into my body. I can hear the cracking and crunching again and feel the vibrations.
Now that I'm fully back in my body the noises start to diminish.

last night

I had 2 lucid dreams last night but unfortunately I can't remember much about them. I do remember that in the 1st one I looked down at my feet and suddenly realised that I was dreaming and I said "this is a dream!".
In the 2nd one I also remember saying "this is a dream". I also remember flying.

last nights lucid dream

As I lay down to go to sleep, I decide that instead of going to sleep with my hands lying on-top of my stomach, I would lie them flat on the bed next to my sides. I lay there for about 10 mins, doing the usual count down from 100 to 0 and repeating it. After about 10 mins I feel a calm, beautiful wave flow through me from my head to my toes, like a lead blanket being placed gently over me. There was a slight weighty feeling but nothing too heavy. My head also felt light and a little fuzzy. My lucid dream now follows:
I'm lying in bed and feel myself lift out of my body and I float by my bed for a short while. I look around my room and its totally different. I now look at my bed and see my hubby lying there fast asleep. I want to see myself, so I gently move the duvet off my sleeping body and I can see myself. I know at this point that I am dreaming, because my sleeping self was wearing a pair of pyjamas that I didn't even own
I now know that I'm lucid dreaming. I don't have much control even though I am aware, which does sometimes happen and can be very annoying, so I just have to go along with the plot.
I now float over to my hubby who is still asleep in bed. I lean close to him and whisper in his ear "K,K". My voice echoes , this tends to happen sometimes in my lucids for some reason. My hubby now stirs a little, so again I say "K" and he now wakes up. He seems to look right through me so I say to him "K can you see me?" My voice still has that annoying echo to it!
My hubby says "I can see you!" and he seems quite amazed by this . He looks at me again and says "you look different, look at yourself in the mirror" I get a feeling that I'm just a ball of light or something. I think about looking at my reflection but I say "no, I don't want to" I think it would have scared me. Lol. I now feel myself get sucked back into my real body and then wake up for real.

Last nights SP and FA

I was getting vibrations as I was lying down in bed trying to get to sleep, I must have nodded off after a short while. I now remember waking up at some point in the night and again woke with strong vibrations and the electrical noise I hear with them. I now feel myself get pulled hard and fast into what I say, another dimension. I then feel myself in bed and I'm awake but, I'm no longer in the real world.((people who didn't know me would think I'm a tad crazy lol, but I'm totally sane..I think lol)) it's like a parallel universe to this one but with minor differences which, some experts say is true and explain this as an OBE.
I am lying with my head either at the other end of my bed, or I'm lying in a different position to what my real body is in.
Someone was in my room with me, standing at the foot of my bed. I don't know who it is but I think there are 2 of them.
After lying here for a while I wake up in the real world. I am still vibrating, but as I lie here calmly it soon wears off.

Last nights semi-lucid dream.

I'm with a girl and we are walking up a road by my moms house. I decide to fly instead of walking and I say to the girl "come on, fly!"
After a few minutes I say "I can see lots of clear, floating things like orbs, can you?" The girl says "no I can't" I feel amazing and very, very spiritual.
It's night time and everything looks so much more beautiful and amazing than normal. We now get to town and I say "come on, I wan to go to Dunelms"
We get inside and it's different. It's beautiful in here. We walk past some kids, but they don't look real to me so I say, "I need to touch them to see if there real and not spirit" so I touch them and find that they are real, they were sort of see-through but then they turned solid. . We now have to go up some steps and again I decide to float up them. I say to the girl who's with me "this is probably a dream" and she shakes her head like I'm a mad woman . I now know that I'm dreaming but I don't have full control, so I just go along with the dream plot. The girl with me says "why can you see spirit?" I say "I hypnotised myself and they said ill see spirit, and I need the stone in 4 days and this is day 4, so now I know I'm ready!"
We now reach the top of the stairs and come to an amazing room. This room is bright and shaped like a half-moon. In the middle of the back wall is the most beautiful and clear fish tank I have ever seen. On either side of this large tank there are green stone pillars carved with the most beautiful carvings. They are a light green colour and reminded me of a crystal called malachite. The colour and everything is bright. It's like a 3D fish tank lol. People are sitting on a half circular sofa and they are admiring the large tank. I think they were waiting for something or someone. We now go outside the room into another part, but I have to just pop my head round to take another look before I go on lol.
We now come to a lady at a till and she give me 2 small, thin tubes. 1 tube has sea salt in and the other has another substance in. The lady says to me "you look after yourself". I put the tubes into my coat pocket to keep them safe because I know they are important.
We now come to another area and 2 women are here. I say to the girl I'm with "I'll get my stone from here" ((meaning my green crystal)). I now realise I'm only holding 1 thin tube and panic. I panic because I need to swap these for my green crystal. I search my pockets but I can't find it or feel it anywhere. I now think to myself "it MUST be in my coat pocket!" I again put my hands in to feel for it and suddenly it's now there lol

Last nights OBE

I wake up in real life with the loud noise of vibrations going through me, I can literally feel my whole body vibrating!
As I'm vibrating I'm fully conscious but decide to keep my eyes closed and try to leave my body.
I think to myself "lift out" and I feel a slight lift. I know I'm not fully out yet so I keep my eyes closed as I know my astral vision won't work yet and it would just cause my real eyes to open instead and would ruin my attempt.
I gently ease myself backwards, away from my real body and I sit up a little. I am now in a squatting position and I can feel the metal bars of my headboard against my heels. I now place my astral foot onto one of the metal bars, I now do the same with my left foot, I now basically climb to the top of the headboard. This is easy because there is no weight to my astral body. I now feel my astral body being pulled back into my real body, not with major force, just gently. I just slip gently back into place, I'm fully conscious as I do this. I now open my eyes and I'm very pleased that it happened naturally again but a little pissed off that it didn't last longer lol.

Last nights lucid dream

I'm in my bedroom and I'm floating and flying around. I now find a girl who looks similar to my daughter S. we are now both floating and flying around my house.
This part is now hazy, I can't remember it very well but I do remember the girl I was with pushing me. She is trying to make me fly forward with speed. I'm now saying "no stop" and I'm laughing about it.
We are now playing about with our flying and hovering abilities. I remember us laughing a lot and having a lot of fun.
The next bit is a bit of a blurr again, but I do remember waking up at one point and then I shut my eyes again, and again I'm flying around in my house.

A visit from my grandad in a dream?

I'm in the social club and I see my Grandad S, he's standing across the room from me. I'm lucid and go over to him and touch his leg to make sure he's really there, when I realise he is I give him a massive hug. (( he's deceased)).
I now say to grandad "do you know what they've done?" ((A big family argument)) grandad says "don't worry about your Dad, I'm looking after him, I'm sending him a bit of my magic to sort him out, tell him I'm here and love him always".
Grandad now takes off his top hat ((he's wearing top hat and suite)) which I think has a band across it, and he puts it on my head. Grandad does a funny dance now with his stick and says "I'm as fit as a fiddle now!".
I ask him if nan is ok and he says "yes, but she's buy cooking, she still enjoys doing it you know!" He then says "she's sending her love, now go and tell your Dad to stop worrying, I'm always watching, ill sort them lot out". Grandad kisses me before he goes and says "give this to your Dad" and passes me his walking stick, then says "he's going to need it sooner than he thinks" (( walking stick probably resembles the support my nan and grandad are giving him)). ((I did find out that my grandad had a top hat and suite when he was alive and the hat had a silver band around it))

Last nights SP and OBE?

I wake up in SP and the vibrations are very strong. I hear squeaking at the side of my bed and I think "is that a fuckin mouse?" I now feel a mouse jump onto my bed by my head and run across it. My hubby stirs a little, I look but can't see a mouse ((HH)). I can still feel the vibrations so decide to close my eyes and I think to myself "I want to go out of my body" I open my eyes and I'm still in bed. The vibrations are still happening so I try again. I again close my eyes and think "I want to go out of my body" this time I feel myself slowly lifting upwards. I open my eyes and I'm floating in an upright position next to the side of my bed. I can see my big mirrored wardrobe and everything else that should be there, although my vision is quite blurry. I try to move forward a little but I feel slow, like I'm being held back, so I decide to just stay by the side of my bed and just enjoy floating for a while.
I see a shadow by my bedroom door, and get a feeling that its a female. I now notice a white handbag next to me but its not one of mine. Someone throws the bag to me, then giggles like they find it funny! Lol. I now think "shall I go and find my nan S?" (Who is deceased) but I quickly dismiss the idea out of fear of getting lost lol.
A woman now approaches me and says "ohh, no ones here, they haven't sent you a guide yet then, ill sort that out for you!" I now wake up in SP again, so I close my eyes, feel myself spinning and then the SP wears off and I get up.
