non-lucid

Me and Kourtney were captured by some people, and we were locked in some kind of office with a lot of random junk in it. So after the kidnappers checked in on us a few times, we took some of the junk and decided to escape and leave school. So then we stole some bikes(motorcycles) from the garage on our way out and then drove out onto the very nearby highway. All I can remember from other dreams was: Ben(my friend) was climbing on walls and things, and I was here(idk where "here" was) with my entire family including my grandparents from my dad's side. I also had to introduce some stranger to gym class.

I woke up laying in my bed and Jordan walks into my room and stops at the foot of my bed. Then I ask her, "Jordan, can I have a hug?" She kind of laughed unexpectedly, and said "Sure." So I got up, took off the blanket, and gave her a hug. Then I ended up picking her up and falling into my lounge chair, and she started laughing and telling me to stop, playfully. But I let go of her waist and she still acted as if I was holding on. She didn't get up until I told her to. And then someone, it must have been an administrator from my school because Kourtney(I didn't see her face and she disappeared right after)gave him something for the school. And then I got a little book to give to him too, and he rejected it and told me to keep it. After that there's a gap in the dream, but I must have asked Jordan something bad, because she said, "How could you ruin this house of God?" And then it got blurry and started to fade, I think she said, " We'll see" sometime after that." It trails off from there.

My first attempt to enter a LD/Sleep Paralysis
I laid down and relaxed, started to meditate, keeping my mind awake but letting my body fall apart from my mind. After about 30-35 minutes, I started hearing weird thumping noises. Then I had an OBE, and my "body" sank a foot into the bed, while my head remained on the pillow. After an excitement awakening, I must have drifted off and woken up 2 hours later. Then sporadic dreams throughout the night that I couldn't recall.
