    1. First floating

      by , 12-04-2011 at 11:46 AM
Im laying in bed as I was when I was awake a few seconds ago. My uncle comes in my room and sits on the chair he begins telling me about his story from the evening before. I stand from bed and walk to the bottom edge of it. As we're talking I turn my head and look outside. I see the view out the window shift very quickly up then down kinda like tr bulding is falling but smoothly and I float up into the air and I hear water. I FEEL density, not like in a dream but real life. In the moment that I'm floating up I realize this is way to real and unreal at the same time I must be dreaming!!! I get to excited I'm not sure if this is a dream or real life but judging by the realness and density I assume it's a lucid. After what seems like 3 or 4 seconds I feel it fading and I am in bed again right as I was before my uncle came in the room. I don't move. I'm very excited that I felt lucid for a few seconds and I Allow myself to fully return and get up from bed. It was like nothing I ever felt because so much happened in those few seconds.

    2. The best morning Dec.2

I took GM 4mg and extra 300mg choline at 2.23am, when I woke up from first dream.

4.30am - I'm checking out a nice silver and black rifle with scope. There is a box of ammo for it,too. Bullets are silver, with ornamental openings on the shells. Pretty. This is first time, when I have ammo for my weapons. Sueet.

Then I got up at 7.10am and WBTB at 8.15am.

What happened next, I can only describe as the best night/morning, since october 1st, when I started with LDing.

      I didn't have any LDs,

but had first true geometrical HH, very pretty, clean, crisp.

Next, I had some elements of WILD - I felt the "headrush" - falling head first, while watching white stars streaking by my head on a dark blue background, like in hyperspace. That happend, when from beginning of SP I felt like my feet are floating upwards, so I just imagined, that my had must be going downwards (I had this feeling once before, so I was just recalling that feeling - last time it resulted in DEILD).

Next headrush was when I had a dream that I'm trying to wake up and I'm looking at my room, but from different perspective, as if from the other end of the room, not from my bed. I "saw" my room through eyelids, tried to open my eye but couldn't, I figured it's SP and went for a WILD. [On second thought - this could have been a FA - I should have gotten up - now I kick myself for missing it] I felt like my whole body got lifted up 10 inches of the bed and again I pushed my head down for a "headrush".

I had my first true "body shakes" - insane feeling, then I watched a sped-up video in black&white, of family at christmas time - at the dinner table, at the christmas tree. I saw every detail. Hairstyles and clothing like from 70' or 80', I saw faces and everything in the most detailed details. Then I saw dark canvas with purple words saying JA? JA? which is German for yes? and I was saying yes, yes, to the dream, take me.

    3. Criminal: Part 1; XXX Lucid; Criminal: Part 2

      by , 12-04-2011 at 03:01 AM (* The Sandman's Dream Journal o/***)
Last night was an epic night for me. I had several WBTB's, 3 of which were lucid dreams. My lucid powers are limited; I can fly and pass through objects (easy), and have sexual encounters (luckily). I'm a guy, so I did what I could. Female viewers may not want to read.

      Criminal: Part 1

I was driving my truck. I came upon two gangsters lying down in the middle of the road fighting one-another. One had a machine gun, the other--I don't know.

They were right in front of me when my dream started, so I ended up running over them. I didn't think that was so bad as they were both bad people and I couldn't really help it--but I thought it might implicate me somehow.

      Skip

      WBTB

I had low lucidity right away. I remembered a theme of passing through objects from a recent post, and a dream that followed that post. I saw a door and decided to pass through it to be with a woman. I did pass through the door and ended up in an empty room. The floors were filthy and old, and the rest of the room that I could see was also filthy. I decided any woman I would find there would be disgusting and so I decided to leave.

      Blackness

      WBTB

I was in a nice restaurant. There was a lady with family in a round booth. I wondered if I was dreaming because I wanted the woman and am hesitant to just take her in case I wasn't dreaming. I went ahead and took her hand. I got no resistance from the family.

I took her away and headed towards the bathroom. That was no good, so I turned to my left and there was a real room. I was with a beautiful blonde. I forget exactly what I did with her, but it was pretty nice.

I woke up, and as proscribed, I move around a lot. Nevertheless...

      WBTB

I saw a lady with dark, wavy, gelled hair. She was kind of average, and kind of really cute. She was petite. I took her to a room--or we just ended up in one, and I started having my way with her. She was my most successful of the night. First, I felt her relatively small breasts (A full hand-full). I usually don't feel them so memorably, so this was nice. I surprised myself even in my dream. I then penetrated her vaginally and orally. Again, I was surprised at my success.

      WBTB

I was with a strawberry blonde woman, again--petite and with wavy, gelled hair. In waking life, I don't have a thing for gelled hair so, IDK?

This was really weird. I wanted to feel her breasts also, and she started to take her shirt off reading my mind, though I told her to take her pants off. She immediately did. She looked horrified. Knowing it was a dream, I continued,

I started looking for her opening. She reached behind her and unscrewed a bed-post. She was going to hit me over the head. I told her she better not and she stopped. I kept trying, but could never find her hole.

I decided to...dangle myself on her face. I did, but I didn't feel it too much.

      Criminal: Part 2

I was driving down the road with someone in my truck. He was a police type. I thought that he would notice clues to my involvement in the hit-and-run from the first dream I remember. I tried to act calm, and not give anything away.

We passed a movie scene as it was being shot. There were 2 guys at a dumpster, one giving another a shot from a hypodermic needle found in the dumpster. This was going to transmit a disease to the man receiving the shot.

I recognized the movie that was being shot as one that I had seen in the movies already (?), so I yelled out to the guys to let them know I was in on the whole thing. I wanted to yell out what was playing out, but then I didn't want to give the movie away, so I changed what I wanted to say so I wouldn't give it away to anyone (?), "I hope there isn't a biscuit on that!'

The movie I was think about was Contagion.

As I turned away from that scene in my truck, I saw a bicycle that looked like cheap art made from random pieces of scrap metal that could make a bike, and someone couldn't resist making it into a bike. It had a strange patch of gray hair on top of the handle bars as if it were an old bike (?).

My kids woke me up to go to a school Christmas function at that point.

    4. One Thing After Another

      by , 12-04-2011 at 01:29 AM (Death's Other Kingdom)
I've been slacking off on my lucid dreaming lately, so to get back into the swing of things I've decided to actually start using this dream journal instead of letting it sit around collecting metaphorical dust.

      My last two lucid dreams:

      10/15/11
      [Missing the Bus]
Upon coming out of the school and realizing that I have missed the bus, I become lucid and decide to take a little walk down Main Street to see what might come up. It is a beautiful, overcast, rainy afternoon with no one in sight-- just as I like it. I talk to myself to say lucid while I make note of the similarities and differences of Dream Main Street from Real Main Street. Enjoying the peaceful walk, I am a bit dismayed when fear seeps through me from the very air itself and I notice I creepy girl standing ahead of me in the empty street. She is chanting in a sing-song voice, "Twilight! Sunshine! Twilight! Sunshine!" She approaches me and stops a few inches away, still chanting. Clearly, she's psychotic.

I ignore the irrational fear and decide to have a bit of fun. "Hey, take it easy," I tell her soothingly, pulling her into an embrace. "It'll be alright." I see sanity return to her eyes, and I can't help myself: I press a gentle kiss to her lips. When she kisses me back, I push her against the wall of the store we're standing near, and we begin making out. After a few moments, however, she stops me. Apparently I have done something to anger her in the past, and she isn't yet ready to forgive me. In a rage, she nearly forces me to wake up.

*darkness, but I manage to bring the dream back*

It is sunny now, somewhat to my dismay, but despite the sudden scene change I am still lucid. Now I am walking with two companions along a grassy path, somewhere out in the country. The girl is still prevalent in my thoughts... I MUST find her again! Maybe if I hadn't been mooning over some non-existant person, I might have noticed the earth giant before he noticed us.

His huge leafy head slowly rises from the hill where he was sleeping, his mean eyes narrowed right at us. Oh, crap. "Run!" I shout, doing my best not to trip over the unstable ground.

Knowing I can't outrun him, I hide in some dense undergrowth and then sprint into the main forest as soon as the coast is clear.

After I take interest in some strange little paths that stretch through the woods, a narrator begins saying some stuff that I'm not really paying attention to. Once more, I'm having fun just exploring. Then I catch the narrator saying something along the lines of, "But little did she know, she was about to encounter the dreaded Mask People." Wait, what? Mask people? That's when I see them: little hairy creatures dressed in brown robes and creepy masks, each carrying a staff with some kind of animal skull on it. I freeze in my tracks, doing my best not to make any noise, because I have an innate understanding that the Mask People are blind.

I decide to mess with them. I let out a sudden bloodcurding scream, and a few of them are so startled that they fall to their butts on the forest floor. I laugh hysterically at my little prank, until they begin to get aggressive. "Wait, I'm not going to hurt you," I say. "I'm a friend." Somehow appeased, their leader gives me a skull like the ones on their staves. I follow them and eventually meet back up with my companions.

It isn't long before I find that girl again, in some dream city, but she keeps running away from me. As I am searching for her again, I pass by a huge church that has a big electronic sign in which my name is scrolling by in big yellow letters. Maybe she's in there. I open the door and immediately see that this is no ordinary church. A service is taking place in which everyone is wearing some kind of disturbing mask-- not like the mask people, whose masks looked like tikis, but intricate masqurade masks resembling demons and evil creatures. I notice that the preacher, who is not wearing a mask, closely resembles Pan from Pan's Labyrinth.

I'm intrigued, but I ignore all of this when I see the girl in a long procession on the staircase, headed to one of the lower rooms. I leap over the banister and stop her, holding on to her arm. Some of her sanity has left again; she is going off on a crazy rant that I am not really listening to because her eyes are changing color like a kaleidoscope. "Such beautiful eyes..." I think to myself.

*there is a lapse in time, but somewhere along the line the girl has officially started trying to kill me*

I run with my companions up the hill to some beautiful houses. But horror fills us--- we've arrived at HER house. Great.

I confront her again, but suddenly realize that my friends have guns and are going to shoot her. "NOOO!" I yell and pounce on her, knocking us both to the ground. I end up taking all the bullets, which wakes me up.

      11/18/11
      [Alice in Terrorland]
I am with my mom and my brother to begin with, on a search for Alice Liddell, who is in some sort of trouble. We travel down a staircase into the basement of an old church where we come across a very formidable looking door. My mom tries to open it. "It's locked," she tells me.

Suddenly I "remember" that I have had this dream before. (It was a false memory; I've definitely never dreamed anything like this). "This is the Door Master's door. You need his key to open it. It should be in your pocket," I inform her. Just as she finds the key, the Door Master appears behind us. He is basically a giant key with eyes, arms and legs, who is very alarmed when he sees what we are about to do. "HURRY UP AND OPEN IT," I yell as the Door Master sprints toward us. We go through the door and slam it behind us so he can't follow.

Now we are in a long hallway with hundreds of different doors and passageways. I have been in this sort of place before; if we don't get proper directions, we'll be lost in here for ages. Shaking off my feelings of foreboding, I walk confidently onward, somehow aware of the general direction we should be traveling. After a while, I spot a familiar door. "What ever you do," I warn my companions (who are no longer my mom and brother; they are now an old friend of mine and a cat), "do NOT go through that door. I made that mistake last time." (Yet another false memory.)

All of a sudden, the Door Master is sprinting in front of us, going off to alert someone of our presence. "Wait!" I shout and begin to chase after him. "We need you to help us find Alice!!!" I follow him for a while, but then I spot Alice just as she darts through one of the doors. A strange woman stops us as we approach.

"You'll need to memorize this rhyme before you go any further," she tells us. "It will save your life." She then proceeds to recite a very ominous poem, which I have unfortunately forgotten. Something about "A terrible place called Wonderland." My friend memorizes it quickly, so we enter the house of Alice Liddell.

Her parents are standing in the kitchen when we walk in. "She's in her bedroom," Mrs. Liddell informs us, pointing to the far end of the house. As we head that way, I notice Alice's older sister. She is a tall, beautiful young woman with pale skin and reddish-blond hair, wearing an old-fashioned dress. She smiles at me when we pass.

Just when we reach Alice's bedroom, I "remember" that her sister is insane. Whirling around, I manage to throw up my arm right as she stabs a knife at me. The blade sinks painfully into my arm. Suddenly in a sort of berserker mode, I grab the knife and psychotically stab it into her stomach again and again and again until she falls to the floor, dead. Then, I plunge the knife into her back "for good measure," before taking it and following my friends into the bedroom.

Alice, an 8 or 9 year old girl with black hair and sullen looking eyes, is sitting on her bed, waiting for us. "You're not my friends anymore," she says in the creepy, monotonous voice of someone who is possessed. "You're not my friend and you're not my friend and you're not my friend," she points at each of us as she speaks. That creature has taken her soul, I realize, preparing for the worst. "But you know who IS my friend? HE is!!!!" The closet door bursts open------------

Just as my alarm goes off and wakes me up.

    5. Our first date

      by , 12-03-2011 at 09:09 PM
This is about a wonderful dream I had last night. I wasn't lucid (wish I had been), but it was great all the same.

I went on a date with a beautiful girl, I don't know who she was but she was beautiful. She had long blonde (almost more white looking) hair and a pretty face. I don't remember what the date was like, I think we went to a drive in movie, but I can't say for sure. The most vivid part was the end of the dream when we had a little conversation.

"I had a great time." she said

"Really? Good." I said (relieved that she had fun, I've never taken a girl out before.)

Then we just stood and looked each other for a moment. Her eyes were beautiful, sparkling in the dark. Then, like I didn't want her to go, I hugged her. Grabbed her and hugged her. After a few seconds I let her go. She seemed shocked that I hugged her, and soon I felt that I had done the wrong thing. But, to my complete surprise, she giggled and hugged me. Then she walked away......

I only hope that I'll see her in another dream again. That's why I must become lucid!
    6. I need feed back on this matter!

      by , 12-03-2011 at 07:04 PM
I'm not sure whether this thing that happens to me is a gift, or just my imagination, but either way I need to see if it sounds believable or not.
I sometimes have these dreams-no- visions, that some times depict future memories. If you read my last post you'll understand what I might be rambling on about.
I never see anything major, just like a replay of something that happened to me only in the future. It's never very distant, only a week to a week and a half, but never the less, accurate to everything in the dream.
At first I though I was going insane, but then a few months ago something else began to happen. I would get these sudden migraines in small areas of my head. At first, I thought it was for no reason or a side effect of listening to my headphones loudly, but then I began to notice something. I noticed that when I got a migraine I would start seeing everything from the dream, except it was happening in real life!
I don't really see this as being deemed "Psychic" but it's does seem abnormal. In any event, I will try to look into this more and see what an official title would be for this "ability."
Until then I'll keep posting my dreams!
    7. The Beautiful Fall

by , 12-03-2011 at 05:24 PM (Just Dreaming)
      The Beautiful Fall: (non-lucid)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I'm walking in what looks like an abandon area in what I believe is in Rhode Island. The sky is shining bright baby-blue, and there isn't a cloud in sight. I'm in a clearing that is in the woods with a large road on my right. There are no cars driving on the road. There are multiple sets of rusted train tracks on the ground that are covered with orange and red leaves. The trees are all filled with this red foliage, and general scene is peaceful. I notice that a train is approaching on one of the train tracks. The train has normal train cars, but they are all missing tops. There is a person in on the front of the train. He asks me if I would like a ride, I say "yes" and hop onto one the seats.

The train starts to move. I don't feel the train moving, but I can see that the scene is changing. After awhile of peaceful driving, the train stops again and I get off. The man is no longer on the train. I see that there is another train that is parked, just like the other one with the missing top- but the train tracks it is on are different. After about 100 yards, the tracks go straight up into the air. I can't see where the stop, so it would appear that they are very high in the air. I get onto this new train, and it starts to move at a very high speed. It shoots up into the air on the tracks, and it is still gaining speed. The train gets high enough that I am now in space and have left the beautiful baby-blue background of the sky. The train finally starts to slow down. As it is slowing down, it is moving off the tracks ever so slightly. When it comes to a complete stop, it does a backflip- and I'm now looking down onto Earth. The train starts to fall- and as it falls it gets back onto the tracks. I try to look at Earth and see what is going on, but the train is moving so fast now that I can't see.

I don't know if I'm in a new dream on not- but I'm falling, and then peacefully land on the ground in a new area that I haven't seen before. The trees are still in vibrant color like that last scene when I was in on the ground. I notice that I'm on a small island that is the middle of a small pond. I walk around and see that there are black and red water snakes swimming over different areas of the pond. I can see the bottom of the pond, as it can't be much deeper than 5 feet in the deepest areas. The water is crystal blue and looks beautiful as the reflection of the different ripples of water can be seen on the light brown bottom.

I continue to walk and start to walk through the water. I reach another small island that I didn't see before. I walk on the small beach it has until I reach the other side of the island. There is a man and a woman playing in the water and splashing each other. This makes me really happy to see them happy and playing, then the woman accidentally splashes a snake on the man. They both start to freak out and slash in the water even more- although now it's not playful splashing. Even though this seemingly scary event just happened, the dream still has a happy and peaceful mood. I continue to walk and just walk past the couple until I reach the shore of the pond. There is a rusted gate that appears to lead to some kind of industrial complex that looks abandon. As I approach the gate, the sun starts to shine even brighter than it was shining before. Everything goes white,
and I open my eyes to my room with the windows open and the sun shining in.

    8. Christmas Parade (Nov 30)

by , 12-03-2011 at 01:30 PM (Realm of Insanity)
The scene opens with me my dad and my little brother walking up to the end of our street. There is snow completely covering the ground. Everyones house has ligts around it and it illuminates the night. My dad sits down on a bench where a couple fiercly making out then coming down the street is the parade. It was amazing to see in such a vivid dream. Elves were directing reindeeres with lights that changes to the colors of christmas. Then the sleigh came down without a santa and then behind the sleigh was a loose reindeer. It went onto a ladies porch across the street she pet it, it then came over to where I was it came up behind me and bumped me in the back. I ran and climbed on to a van I then felt backwards/dizzy and rolled off onto the snow in the front of the car. The reindeer starts coming over to meet me as the parade still goes by. The dream ends.
    9. This morning, I destroyed the Moon.

      by , 12-03-2011 at 12:11 AM
Over black, I started to see a shape take form, it looked like a chromosome, changing from pink, to blue, to green and back to pink, aswell as shaking and shivering across my eyelids. I reached out with my dream arm (note, It was all dark besides the chromosome) and grabbed onto it. It disappeared.

Immediately after, I felt all my limbs start to flail, as if I was falling down an infinitely dark, bottomless cavern. Tumbling down the rabbit hole. I started thinking "Okay, the dream is about to start, I have to remember to focus. Im dreaming... Im dreaming.."

I was suddenly inside an unfamiliar kitchen, talking to two men, unsure who they were. I realised I was dreaming and told myself to stabilise the dream via activating senses. I knelt down and started to touch the lino floor. I remember saying "Wow. It feels so real!" There was some water on the floor too, I rubbed that in so it spread across the floor. Amazing, haha.

The dream clarity increased 10-fold. Feeling stable enough, I stood up and began to walk out.

Two women from my work came through the door at the end of the kitchen. I said "For fucksakes. Its a weekend, this is my dream and I dont want you here!" and walked past them. I turned around straight away, they had disappeared (Hahahah) Upon opening the door, I was on a beach at some beachside restaurant. There were about 7-8 people outside, sitting at tables. The sky was slightly grey and the ocean somewhat choppy and violent. It was here that I decided to try flying.

I stepped up on a table and told myself I was going to fly. I jumped. I noticed that I was the air for a ever-so-slightly longer time than I normally would have been, other than that, I just landed on the ground.

Being still very lucid at this point, I reassured myself - "No. This is a dream. MY dream. Anything is possible."
I relaxed and stared at the distant mountain, put my hands at my side and started to focus on flying.

Here, I noticed all the people around me had stopped talking and were all staring at me, silently.

I relaxed even further, realised I had now obtained all the power and began to rise. The more I rose, the faster I got. Until within about 10 seconds, I was in the upper atmosphere, with ever increasing height and speed. I was laughing with joy at this point. I looked forwards, the Moon, growing closer and closer. I noticed I couldnt control my speed, so I put my fist out, flew straight into the Moon, blowing it up.

Ecstatic, I lost control and the dream faded.

SO damn excited to do this again tomorrow morning!

I realise now I have to keep reminding myself I am dreaming. And also to engage my senses much more, so I can appreciate the dream environment more. (I think everything seemed grey and boring because I was more focused on touch?)

    10. Secret Passageways and Evil Dragons

      by , 12-02-2011 at 09:24 AM
      12/1/2011
There is a very strange vending machine. It has normal things like packaged food, as well as clothing on racks that are somehow attached to the machine, and other strange things. I put some coins in the machine to buy something, but the numbers indicating the amount I put in keep skipping around oddly. I get my coins back out and it's a different number of coins. I try this two or three times with similar results.

I am outside, in an area with a fence and a light brown colored building or garage. I get in a fight with someone/thing. I have a summoned creature servant thingy. It looks sort of like a large animal, and then I imbue it with some sort of blue energy. It's much larger now and has a vaguely human shape and rippling bluish stuff on its exterior. I think I at least didn't lose the fight.

I am somewhere snowy in the wilderness. A group of people are trying to take a very sick boy to a lady who can help him. The father stayed behind. He is no friend of hers. The child is accidentally left behind. I pick him up and go the rest of the way. The lady wants to know why she should help this child. I tell her he is the child of her enemy, not sure if that will help or make things worse. She might heal him just to keep him hostage.

I'm in my room. Some powder (possibly lemonade mix) got spilled on the floor and on my bed by the pillow. I try to clean it up, at least brushing the stuff off my bed, so I can sleep. I sleep in that bed at least two times while I am there.

I'm looking at the map of the world. The blue dots are fortresses. J is telling me where I ought to explore, mostly pointing at the blue dots.

I'm to leave the castle soon, for the exploration mission. I'm in my room, and I'm supposed to be packing my things. Instead I take a look around. In an alcove, there is a glass shelf sticking out of the wall a couple feet above the floor. The edge of the shelf has a gradual curve to it. Underneath the shelf is a sort of white statue (possibly of a cherub), that also looks like it might be a drawer. The bellybutton looks like it could be pushed. It's too awkward to reach under the glass shelf with my hand, so I push the button with my foot, half expecting the statue/drawer thing to slide out. Instead, a trapdoor opens beneath me, and I fall.

It's not too bad of a fall, but I can't get back up. I'm in a secret passageway. Cool. I go exploring. All the walls in this place (and probably the entire castle) are black.

I come across a sort of downwards stair made of chairs (they have green seat cushions and curved wooden backs/armrests) leading down into a huge room. The chair stair is awkward but navigable, until I come to a chair that isn't quite placed right. I don't think I can reach the next lower chair without knocking the whole thing down. I am considering going back up, but my current position is quite precarious. I lean too far forward and the whole thing comes crashing down. I fall, but I'm ok.

There are three black dragons down here, and they are neither nice nor happy about my presence. I have to fight them. I use the same summoned creature from earlier, again imbuing it with energy so that it looks like a giant furry humanoid with bluish stuff rippling on the surface. It's a good fighter and goes right after the dragons. I attack too, sword in hand. We prevail.

I hesitate to kill the smaller, younger dragon with the purple eyes, after the others are dead. What if it isn't evil, like the others? It runs away and almost makes it to some kind of portal. I summon it back with some sort of shadow bind technique. I somehow know it is evil now, and kill it.

One of the other people from the castle arrived sometime during this whole mess. She is a warrior, and she is the one who is to travel with me. She is in love with someone else at the castle.

After I get back to the main castle, I read about the adventures in a book. It's different than how it happened. I try to reconcile this.

I have to finish packing, to leave. The sleeping bag and pillow are already so bulky. How will I be able to take what I need without being excessively burdened?

This is possibly the most detail in a dream I have ever remembered and then written.

    11. Saving the Princess

      11/30/2011
I was hanging out with John and A. We left our backpacks on the ground by the car, and we left the girl/princess in the car. We climb up this stair thing. At the top we're joking and talking. Then we realize someone might steal our stuff. We rush back down. Our backpacks are still there, with most of our stuff still in them (mine had stuff in different places than I left it), but the princess is gone. We are worried that she will be raped.

I try to make a potion to find the princess. I mix nerds (the candy), chocolate, and maybe something else in water. I got the chocolate from A, because I only have a whopper, which hasn't got a lot of chocolate in it. A gave me two mint-covered chocolate balls. I put one of each in the mix and stir, waiting for it to dissolve. It's taking its time. I split one of the chocolate candies in half so it'll melt faster. I don't think it's working quite right. I show it to the potions master and ask him about it. He says the chocolate I used wasn't pure enough. He helps me get something working.

I'm at the place the princess was taken. I pretend to be her... owner? to get into where she is. I know the real 'owner' will come along soon, though. I tell the princess to make me a sandwich. I put mustard on it myself. When the real guy comes along, I'm prepared. He's dressed in red, and his hair and beard are dark. We exchange a few words, then I throw the sandwich at him. It explodes, due the explosive runes I wrote on it with the mustard. I know I'm dreaming, so I can use interesting powers. I turn into a dragon (sort of) and bite his head off.

I'm back to my normal self. For some reason, I'm sticking to the wall in a corner, sort of spider-man style and closer to the ceiling than the floor. I think I tried to turn myself into the wall, to hide, when I was scared of that guy, but I ended up sticking to the wall instead.

Some guys (three of them) walk through a door, into this room. I think they are dungeons & dragons nerds. There are polyhedral dice on the floor. I use telekinesis to make the dice come to my hand, one at a time, throwing them at the skinny blond guy as I get them. One time, instead of using telekinesis, I moved my hand into a position so that it looked like I was holding the far away die because of an optical illusion, and then willed the die to be close rather than far.

I tell the blond guy that I am dreaming. I tell him that he is dreaming, too, but that's about when I wake up, so I don't get to see how he reacts.
    12. Skyrim Dungeon Delving, Spider Boss Battle

      by , 12-02-2011 at 01:52 AM (Robo's Dreams)
I was adventuring in Skyrim with my friend D, I know I have been adventuring for some time before this dream, but this is where the recall picks up. we are hanging out in the top of a tall wooden watchtower in the middle of nowhere. The tower is in the center of an indentation, the crater-like area is filled with lush, green grass. The area beyond the rim is snowy and Grey. there is a wide exit to the crater in one direction. I look down from the tower window and spot an entrance to a dungeon at the same time as D, we decide to explore and loot it as a cure for our boredom. As we approach the entrance, I see two female humanoid monsters approaching us. they aren't taking threatening stances, so I don't take hostile action just yet. they say they will attack us if we enter. we enter the dungeon anyway.

inside the first chamber is a short tunnel to some steaps leading to a small room with loot strewn about. There is a tunnel from this room to deeper in the dungeon. D and I each pick up a ring off the floor, but nothing else to avoid becoming overburdened. my ring is a silver color with an open loop, and a gemstone. I put it on my middle finger. we note things of value to come back for when we clear out any threats. we enter the second chamber.

After the stairway, there is a large open hallway and a pathway to the right that is just as large. it looks almost as if it is an old tavern that hasn't been used in some time. there are tables and chairs covered in cobwebs in the area to the left. there is sunlight coming from the windows in the pathway to the right. but the atmosphere is still gloomy. we continue forward to the end of the hallway, and open the door. The next room is filled with electronics, It is an exact replica of the room I slept in from the time I was three to about twelve years old. there are ps3 chords and controllers strewn across the bed, and old arcade cartridges are in random piles around the room. I hear footsteps approaching.

I peaked out of the room. the two female humanoid monsters approaching. I drew my sword and noticed I had equipped a fire-spell to my left hand at some point. one of the monsters transformed into a frostbite spider easily three times my size, and then some. it filled the passageway. we skirmished a bit before I realized I realized I needed a plan or my health bar would drop to zero before I knew it. I retreated back to the room, because the door was too small for them to get in, and I knew the other monster wouldn't prove too difficult to defeat. I asked D if he knew any healing spells, he equiped it to both hands, and golden energy started to seep from him in wisps. I opened the door, the non-transformed monster woman was right outside the door, laying down trying to seduce me. I blasted her with concentrated fire, and slashed her a few times with my sword, using more mana and stamina than I thought was a good idea. Nevertheless, we continued.

I threw a fireball at the spider, right between the eyes. It dodged with more speed than I thought possible for something of its size. my mana was empty, and I didn't want to get close to the fangs. I managed to slice its legs a bit, and with D's healing spell, the damage was minimal and quickly nullified, until he ran out of mana. the spider was doing massive damage to my health bar now, we were both just about dead. I didn't know who would win this battle.

Everything stopped. I had a small chunk of health left but everyone had gotten bored. D and I went back to the treasure room and looked around a bit, I saw a magaman game on the shelf, it had megaman, megaman X, and a megaman game I didn't recognize, or herd of. I woke up soon after.

    13. My Subconcious

      by , 12-01-2011 at 11:26 PM
When people talk about having dreams, I fail to relate. By this I mean that they talk about fantastical things happening to them. Things like flying, or the earth being destroyed or something beyond unrealistic. Personally, my dreams are quite nearly the opposite. My dreams are basically memories being replayed or even edited.

I don't necessarily dream lucidly, no, I can only react in those memories, as I would in real life. Now that might sound rather dull, but I assure you that it's much more exciting than any lucid dream I've ever heard described.

When I say my dreams are edited I mean that it has fragments of memories folded, mixed, and smashed together to make something amazing.
For example, one of my favorite dreams to date is the one where me, my girlfriend (Redisreddish), and four others I know are in a skyscraper trying to fight off a horde of zombies.
Now that may sound crazy unreal, but it was too real. I have this weird thing where I can feel everything that's happening to me in dream. But the reason for this is due to the fact that everything I feel I've felt at some point in my life.
Other times the dreams are nightmares beyond comprehension. There have been times where I start out in the dream as me laying on a beach holding my girl and having a romantic moment (NOT SEXUAL!!!) and I feel knives entering my entire body.
People that lucid dream told me to just wake myself up, but you can't wake up from a memory!
At any rate, that's how I have dreams. If anyone reads this (but that I highly doubt) ask me more about my dreams if it interests you. I would also like to know if anyone else out there shares this kind of dreaming.
I'm also on facebook as Wes Hemenway.

A dream influenced by god knows what.*

It starts with me getting out of a white car with four other people. They were a family. Mom, dad, son and daughter. We were in the middle of a forest. There was a giant lake nearby, and there was a cabin right next to us.*

The dad spent most of his time locked in a room. There was a funny smell coming from outside. *The next thing I remember is that there was a giant white truck outside. The father gave the driver (my brother in law) a giant box, and the driver gave him a few DVDs of Breaking Bad. There were a lot of games in the truck, and when the driver was preoccupied with the dad, I stole them all. As we walked away, the father patted my head, saying "Just like I raised you."

It turned out I wasn't human, but an alien child he found on his door step. Him and I were a duo of thieves, but he didn't say what his goal was. I asked him what was in the box. "All in good time, son."*

I'm missing some pretty awesome details from my dream, but I know this part very well. The five of us started to go into a restaurant near the cabin, but we saw a bear. We went back to our car, which was now a golf cart. The dad told the son to get in the back of the cart, and the mother to drive as fast as she could. The son pulled out a Tommy Gun, and the cart sped off. The bear was keeping pace pretty well.*

The dad and I walked into the restaurant. The host looked at the father, and they both high-fived and laughed. Then a police officer walks up, and hands the dad a napkin. The napkin says:

      You are under arrest for*
      Murder
      Drug Dealing
      Drug Possession
      Petty theft
      Grand theft*
      Kidnapping
      Loitering

*I look around at everyone. The father has his hands in his pockets, the host is reaching under his podium and the officer is picking his nose. The dad yells at me to run. He pulls out two assault rifles, and then he rips his shirt, roaring. He runs around on a shooting rampage. One minute later, we're the only two left in the restaurant. "Check please," he says to no one in particular.*

We walk out, and the bear appears to be dead. The family hugged each other in a happy moment. Then the bear got up, walked over to the family and blew itself up. The forest became a giant wasteland, and only the father and I remained. He told me to continue the mission, and then he died.*

I just shrugged and walked away.*

The second dream I had wasn't as fun. I went to my first school, *and decided to say hi to all my old teachers. They told me to fuck off.

    15. False Lucidity?

by , 11-30-2011 at 11:05 PM (Dream Journal)
I am not entirely sure if I became lucid in this dream. But even if it wasn't, I feel like this was a huge step forward because I can identify something that caused me to suspect I was dreaming. The first time I had a lucid dream, I could not identify the trigger.

After becoming lucid (or not) the dream did not feel that real, it felt like I was laying down daydreaming with my eyes closed, rather than in a full blown REM period.

looking back to it, I think this may just be a regular dream where I dreamed about being lucid. It was nothing like the first time I became lucid.
I was in Tony's garage and I needed to move my car out. There was another car parked directly behind me (his mom's?), but there was just barely enough room for me to carefully reverse out. As I began to reverse, my feet felt extremely heavy and I could not control the braking and the gas, so the car just slowly reversed without my control. I should have already hit the car behind me, but my car just continued to slowly reverse.

At this point I realized I was dreaming. I became extremely excited and my heart was pounding, but still remembered to do a reality check. Still I had very little control of my body, and the reality checks I did was extremely vague. I plugged my nose and tried to breathe, but I don't actually remember what the result was. Also, this dream did not seem to change in vividness after becoming lucid. It ended rather quickly after this without me being able to do anything else.
