    had some dreams but they were all really abstract, one had white chocolate and I got washed over some cliff with giant white choc mountains idk

    Anyway I spent about 2 and a half hours trying to WILD, I will attempt again. I kept falling a sleep then trying again.
    In the end I got a super vivid false awakening of someone coming out from under the bed and woke up OO. Then I ran out of time. But I felt id had a nice rest anyway.

      At least you tried. Also, are u sure u weren't having the beginning affects of an OOB? Sounds like the hypnagogic stage.

      For some reason I think your dreams have been more random than mine. Which is odd cause their usually very random.Also, waiting for 2 hours and a half you really must have patience. So great job on your attenpt.

      Thanks, I think as well I must be learning something even if I dont really realise it i am becoming more familiar with the practise

      Your efforts will pay off sooner or later! When I was on the period of time when I had most of my WILDs, I usually had to wait 1-2 hours too. It's totally worth it at the end! Keep trying.
