It makes sense. I remember times when I woke up with a runny nose(still half asleep though)and I thought I had to play musical intruments to make my nose feel better. So yeah, it can definitely be distracting.

Sorry to hear you have a cold too! I couldn't sleep properly last night for the same reason (+ a cough!)

I believe in the Chinese theory that runny noses are caused by build up in the lower digestive track
but then what causes the build up, I think must be to do with lower chakra blockages also
essentially worries in other words suppressed subconscious stuff LMAO
