Cities in the Astral

I was having a lucid when I saw my dad. I tried to talk with him, but he was pre-occupied. I felt like this may be my dad's spirit rather than a DC. He started telling me how water was overflowing and he had to take care of it. I wanted to talk to him. I said "Dad, do you realize what is going on? There is no water. You died a couple of years ago, and I am seeing you through a dream I am having." He broke down crying.
