I fell asleep for 11 hours last night and had about three to five dreams. The night before I watched the movie Inception. I dream almost every night but last night I asked myself, am I dreaming and I knew I was because I could fly away from my own body and saw myself standing in my own dream. I even felt like I was dreaming in my own dream because there were so much complications, places and people. I hardly remember the specifics.
That is the reason I'm starting this dream journal for the first time and researching into lucid dreams.
