Just wrote about this. I had an interesting experience last night where I felt a complete presence of myself and my whole body in the present/moment/now the likes of which I have never felt before.

And my mind did not wander. It was cleared completely, and there was no desire to fill it.

It was one of the most intense experiences I've ever had. I'd almost describe it as being . . . Powerful? Without the immediate presence of power? Except the power that I have given myself, that I already possess . . .

I believe it does have something to do with the events that I cannot speak to at this time. But there was a definite shift in . . . well, being? I guess.

I'm curious, did anyone else feel that last night?
