Today I changed things up again. I found a new source of video's. Thx, Nimbulus. I used one to induce a nap today & my Lucid Dream lasted a really long time. I had headphones on & I wore a facemask that holds your eyelids shut. I'll start off w/ what I ate & then write my dream. I tried to eat a glass but that didn't work. I think it was because I have reoccurring dreams where I eat my teeth. ( I secretly hoped I would have become lucid in that nightmare & that would have easily have met the challenge). So I tried for what else was near me because I was afraid I Would wake up & not complete a task. I tried to each a pencil first & it was just the tip & tasted like lead, which I remembered from using all those yrs in school getting pencil lead on my hands. It was just too hard to eat the whole thing. Then, I ate cardboard. It tasted like dirt & was difficult to eat & the texture was gritty. I ate a piece of paper which didn't have much of a taste at all, it was just chewy & my saliva broke it down. I also ate a piece of wood. It seemed to take on an easier chewy sensation. The texture was splintery at first but softened in my mouth & had a earthy taste, more than a dirt taste. It seemed to almost take on a taste that wasn't bad but, nothing I'd want to try again unless I was starving....

Now back to my dream. I was in a tavern, in a town that was dusty & old & there were alot of ppl. None of which I knew. I realized I was lucid & tried to open my eyes & since I had a facemask on in real life, I just dissmissed this thought & I could suddenly see even more clearly. I immediately knew to look for objects to eat & got that out of the way. I also tried to ask ppl if they were LD's instead of DC's so I could try for another task but the DC thing eluded me so I decided I had done enough for one lucid dream where tasks were concerned & decided to try & enjoy my stay. I tried to explain to ppl that I had come into my dream conciously, hoping someone would start talking to me about the subject. Saying something like. "I'm one of your Spirit Guides", or something. I spent quite a great deal of time looking for ppl like that. But then I moved on. I was healing ppl. The conditions there were not good. I helped to heal ppl while I was there. Something compelled me to do this which was really strange. But I'd put my hands on them & pull out their illness & then cast out the feeling by difuzing the energy first. There was alot of talking & alot of levels to the building we were in.... I spent a great deal of time flying. It's like an addiction in a LD. I just do it. I don't walk very much at all now. Flying through halls is alot faster. Of course I also had to fly outside to feed the rush. This was the first time I flew up to where I was above the earth, through the clouds and amongst the stars... This was so very new to me & incredibly enlightening. Its was such a free feeling.....

Some big catastrophe happened & I was living in this big mansion & it had beautiful grounds. The only person I recognized was one of my twin daughters, Ashley. We were trying to deal w/ a lot of people trying to get us to give them supplies but our supplies were running out. I felt terrible that I couldn't give more because they assumed that we were lying to them due to the big house but we just didn't have very much left & this was about survival. It was a constant battle to try to keep these ppl out of our house & off of the property. I had this sense of dread that we were going to die if they managed to get in & take the last of our supplies. I was very glad when I woke up but I wish I had become lucid so I could have used this nightmare to my advantage.

Dream # 2 this morning... My husband & I went to a house which belonged to my ex brother & sister-law (they are married to each other, not siblings) they've been in my life for about 27 years & have remained friends w/ me & like my current husband. ... Anyway, we were there to wait for some impending news. So we were frequenting this small town store waiting on the newspaper to come. The store was one w/ a front porch. If you're old enough you can remember what this little store/gas pumps look like but it was one made of wood. Like a log cabin kind of wood.... So we were going back & forth from their home to the store repeatedly. But while we were at the house my ex sister-law was mad at me & I just didn't understand why. SO she took me into her laundry room & told me to change my shirt because she thought it was inappropriat & she proceeded to have me change 3 times... I felt horrible, like I disrespected someone somehow but there was nothing wrong w/ my shirts & my husband told me to ignore her because he thought she was just maybe in a bad place in her life right now & was missdirecting her frustaions on me.... This whole story had meaning in my life right now, referring to my current sister n law who has been having a difficult time w/ decisions we've been discussing about my mother n law's current situation now that my other sister in law just died & was caring for her. The newspaper refers to my daughters children's baby daddy. He was just sentenced to 20 years & my husband & I were just watching "BLOW" w/ Johnny Depp last night & his daughter was about my granddaughters age when she was visiting Johnny Depp in prison. I had made a remark about this last night saying that that will be our granddaughter & grandson for the next 20 yrs & it was a very sad thought.

Dream #1. I was with my daughter & we were taking care of these house cats & leopards & they were beautiful & serene. It was just spending time w/ them as if they were very docile do to us caring for them & showing them affection. The cubs were just so sweet & the mother was just fine with us being there. Touching them was very vivid to the touch & the feeling of contentment & bonding was surreal. My daughter & I were experiencing a very unique experience.

I'm gonna try this.

Dream #1: I started the dream w/ being in a group of ppl at a polical event for Hillary Clinton & I was supposed to be applying for some kind of position. Then my cat woke me up again & I lazily fed her & peed & laid back down(less than 5 minutes) & tried to get back into the dream.
Dream #2: This dream started immediately when I laid back down. I still had the last dream fresh in my head. I left off from where I had woken up but now we are going through a wing of this location where there are ER Rooms. It's like a big complex. And nothing really occurred except we were in there talking. Ppl were still trying to convince me to work for Hillary & since I don't like her I'm debating this because the money is good.

Is this chaining? I've done this for years so it just seems like some form of normal for me. Sometimes more than this. Usually it's due to the content of the dream which I'm enjoying & just want to dream more of this. But this time I wanted to go back in because I just wanted to see what would happen since I wasn't really enjoying it & it worked.

I was dreaming that my first husband's family & I were all at some shopping mall & bowling alley but it was all abstract & jumpy like scenes. I don't know another word to describe it. It's like the scene changes all the time. Like we would be talking in a shower, at a table, in a restaurant that has those half wall looking things that have those glass cubes. We all were just talking about what to do about something but I can't remember what it was. It wasn't the normal banter w/ these ppl but it didn't feel real off either. Dreams about these ppl come & go because my first husband was the bio dad to my oldest son & my twin daughters. My current husband is their dad however & I am the mom to our youngest son (his bio mom is not in the picture). I would have remembered more but my Meesha (cat) was all over me during the night. I found out she has worms so I guess she wasn't very comfortable but I bought her some meds today & hope she calms down.

Non-Lucid: I was in a flood & was helping a big family that was all split up & we finally found them all & no one seemed to be hurt. Then we were doing the normal emergency protocols for a big flood. Then I noticed we were in an unusual big manufactured home. There were alot of children. And then the dream took on some really odd turn, which I will now use a spoiler due to the content.

I noticed that a child about 7 was fondling his sibling who was about 5 & that child was trying to get away from that older one so I intervened & tried to tell the parents. But instead of being disturbed by this fact they were angry & wanted me to leave saying I couldn't be trusted now w/ their secret & I tried to tell them I would try & get some professional help for their family & that things would be okay but they weren't having any of that & wanted me to leave..... With that being said, this is a dream sign for me, which is quite disturbing. I have odd dreams of this similiar nature... So, on that note I have no quams w/ explaining why this is a dream sign for me because I'm a pretty open person...
In real life. When I was almost 14 I was removed from my hometown for fear of my safety.... First off, I lived in a town of less than 2000 ppl, & most of which resided on the outter limits... After my grandmother died my whole family fell apart. We lived on my grandparents land & my mom worked nights & she wasn't very maternal so I had spent alot of time w/ my grandmother being my mother figure & my dad was a very good father. So, when my grandmother died I started acting out & having sex, etc, no drugs, just not being home much, so my parents had taken me to a counselor which was worthless & gave our family terrible advice. And since I kept getting into trouble at school the school brought in a counselor for me who was given permission to tape our sessions... (It should also be noted, that no such counselor had ever even been to our small school, so this was drawing alot of attention to me to begin with.) During one of these sessions she somehow got me to talk about something that happend to me & it was recorded on tape... The following is what occurred: For the previous couple of yrs I was having sex w/ a married man from our church who was 19 or 20 when he was arrested so I guess he was 17, 18 & 19 while this was going on.... I had previouly told my father about this incident & he told me to not tell my mom which I ended up doing because I was a smartass & said my dad had told me not to tell her what we had discussed. She was livid AT ME incredibly. She called me a slut & a whore & in hindsight maybe that was why they agreed to have my sessions at the school recorded. (I was told the recording was for a degree the counselor was trying to achieve) Anyway back to the time of the arrest..... #1 I had a boyfriend who was in my class at the time, & who also was a cousin of the man arrested & I was not engaging in sexual activity w/ this man any longer. #2 My family, my boyfriends family & the family of the man arrested were the primary/prodominant families of our small town. Which means are families had been there for generations & had contributed to the small town.
So, on the day of the arrest I was in a couseling session during school hrs & she had asked me what I had done over the wknd & some how I referred to something about this man. It was in casusal conversation about a place at the school itself & had referred to an encounter w/ the man on school grounds.... I was very young but I knew just as soon as the words came out of my life that this man's life & my life would be destroyed & therefore tried to recant my statement but they called the police & made me give a full account of all my encounters with this man, which included many on the school grounds & in the school itself & of course the first event which took place almost in plain sight across from my church......Afterwards I watched as he was being halled off out of the office & into the police car all the while I was screaming at him that I was sorry. Again, remember I was young... (in all my yrs living there that was only the second police car I had ever seen in our town, so this was quite a spectical) At that point I was removed from my home for safety reasons due to the dynamics of the town & I sure didn't want to go home to my mother, whom as I mentioned, called me a whore & a slut when I told her previously this was going on. So I went to my first foster home & shortly after recieved I recieved death threats, due to his popularity as a star football player at our high school the previous 4 yrs. He also in turn lost his job as a janitor at the school, which he got due to wife being pregnant in her senior year..... I spent the remainder of my school yrs until I was almost 18 in foster homes & the last 2 in a group home... This event destroyed most of my adult yrs in various ways also until I met my current husband who has watched me go through phase after phase of bullshit, until 2 yrs ago when I finally found peace & joy in life. I'm so grateful for him that I can't even describe in words.... Just to be clear, this paragraph was in no way form a dream but a very real traumatic event that happend to me in real life. And yes I know this sounds like a crazy book & I wish it was & that I had never lived through it.....

Therefore, this traumatic event in my life triggers really sick dreams like this occasionally & I try to get help for people in them usually, like in this last one. And also there is the reoccurance of people wanting me to leave for irrational reasons. And yes, these are very disturbing dream signs but they are nonetheless some I have.

So in my dream I was at this country music concert & gonna perform with a bunch of other ppl & Blake Shelton was there. We were all in a big dressing room & I dropped my eye shadow that had a bunch of colors in it & they all got jumbled & broken inside. Some woman suddenly started asking me for eye shadow & I told her mine broke but I have another one & she got all hoity toity & said she needed "high quality" eye shadow & I said sorry but I can't afford "high quality" eye shadow but she used it anyway. And I was thinking what a Bitch she was, lol. But after that we all went out to perform w/ Blake on the stage & per usual, my cat Meesha came & woke me up... Oh well, it was not lucid & it was only more of a sleep fragment anyway.. Hopefully tomorrow will be diffferent.

Dream #1 of 2 today:

So that this makes sense to anyone reading this you should know the following. I used to work at the place where my husband works which is called Eagle Picher Technologies, & they build batteries that go into the space shuttle, rockets & secret stuff etc for the government...(Both my husband & I worked in Quality Control) I was injured there & that's why I can't work any longer. But we call it EP. And second Petra is from the tv show "Jane the Virgin" & "Blake Shelton" is a country singer/a member of the show "The Voice." But then again if you don't know who Blake is you've been living under a rock, lol ... Okay, so in my dream I was at EP & a whole bunch of use were taking turns with a welder working on a battery & then Petra comes in & I follow her, but not like normally follow her, it was more like remote viewing her at this point for some reason. She's trying to steal a rocket. But as I follow her we run into some Russian's who had gotten there first & they see both of us & then my cat woke me up in real life & it was over... It was a very vivid dream but unfortunately not lucid.

Dream #2 today. I was w/ friends & family by a beach w/ a cool outdoor eating area where we were eating Chinese food hibachi style. For some reason I was being married off to some old Chinese guy which I wasn't looking forward to. But an old boyfriend from my childhood was there & we managed to sneak off together & get away from those people. It was a very vivid & memorable dream... My first husband was a Chinese chef & I worked in the industry & still have a great fondness for Chinese food & both of my sons worked also in the industry in there teens.

Dream#1 today~ I was at this strange abstract birthday party w/ some ppl I know & some I didn't. My friends & I were trying to cheat to not participate in some sick party gift game... The object was to give some of your organs, yes body parts, as gifts to a child for his birthday. Then we went to an after party for adults & ppl were drinking & getting wasted so that triggered me to get away from the dream. I quit drinking almost 2 yrs ago just as a lifestyle choice which in turn gave me more vivid dreams like I had had when I was younger.

I will be doing this! I don't mind the wait. Maybe I can get a few more friends on here by then. Any takers?

Right now I'm reading "So You Want to be a Medium". I was in this section at the library looking for Lucid Dream books & came across this. It has really good meditation technique's & visualization excercises so I highly reccommend it to others who need help w/ meditaion & detailed dreaming... Never discard a book by its title. I used the Keyboard Technique w/ my fingers & had a dream that I was aware of being in a dream & could change things but I did not have the higher state of consciousness hence, I did not open my eyes when that ah-ha moment occurred which makes the LD not genuine. True lucidity has to have this. For some reason, a lot of ppl don't seem to get this concept. My dream was about my son who's home from college & we were in a house arguing & he hit me.... I have a good relationship w/ my son & this would never occur but do to bickering over my new cat who is being territorial & relieving herself on his bed, this has made for some tension lately but totally normal & understandable.
