It's been a long time since my last lucid dream. I've been trying to get lucid again in a very relaxed half-hearted way for the last few weeks.

Last night I had an unexpected lucid dream that must have lasted 15 minutes or more. I found it really enjoyable and woke feeling grateful for the experience because I have never had anything like it before, and now I feel like I have experienced a true lucid dream.

I'm not sure how I got lucid. I was flying and realised that I could change how fast I was flying, no great ah-ha moment just the realisation that I was lucid. Nothing too amazing, but a relaxed waking within the dream, and an enjoyment of the flying experience. I made myself fly faster and faster over a futuristic city landscape, then flew higher up into the air. I've left it too long before writing this down so I can't remember much after that until the final scene.

I was in a room and decided to climb out of the window to get onto the ledge. I looked down and it was a blank canvas, tried to 'imagine' a deep ravine with a river at the bottom because I wanted to jump into it, but I couldn't get an image forming. I gave up and jumped anyway free falling down. Next thing I landed on a grassy field. There was a woman lying next to me... anyway I decided it was time to wake up then.

An interesting experience.

So, I have been trying to get LDs since I got more motivation for that. I have been trying DILD (with MILD kind of) but one night I accidentally almost got a WILD. Too bad I wasn't prepared and didn't realize what was happening so I moved... Too bad, because it would have been super easy to get to the WILD from there. But now, let's just get to the dream I had tonight:

I was in some park. There were trees and a stand of some kind in front of me. The stand was owned/run by some old guy. He was standing in front of the stand. That old guy was a bad guy somehow. He didn't do anything. He just told me that he was bad. It was something spiritual. I think some other bad creatures were supposed to come after me or something, I don't remember (the dream wasn't really clear). I just felt/knew that everything wasn't right even tought the guy didn't even fight me yet (very typical logic nonsense for my dreams sometimes...). I decided to avoid all that and just try to wake up. The scenery went a little foggy ro something after that decision. It was like Minecraft with low graphics. But because I soon realised that it was obviously a dream if I was trying to wake up, I decided to start flying away instead. It was a LD after that. The scenery was really unclear. Too bad I heard the guy's voice in my head. He said he would be "asking guestions" during my dream. I didn't want it at all (even though now I wish I knew what he would have asked) so I told him to be quiet. It didn't work right away and I was going to say it again but then my alarm rang. Yay.

Okay I honestly don't care that I woke up because the LD sucked. I only slept for six hours last night so that mich be the reason for that. I just hope that this nice memory of succeeding gets me a better LD this weekend.

Dream - To The Bachelor Mansion & Octopus Mario & The Runaway Karla & Just My Kitten Luck & Don't You Forget About Me

Dream No. 195 - Separated Sections

Dream 195 A - To The Bachelor Mansion
I don't remember how the dream started. I was at the bachelor mansion in Sydney but it looked nothing like it does on real life TV. It was day time and the property was this modern looking two storey farmhouse. The grass was very lush and green and although different from real life, the environment still suited the bachelor vibe well.

Two bachelorettes I remember seeing outside were Lisa and Simone. There were other bachelorettes there but I don't remember specifically who they were. I remember I was there, looking for Matty J. He came outside the front door and all the bachelorettes were crowding around him. I was trying to get through all of them so I could meet Matty J myself. I don't remember if I was successful or not.

Dream 195 B - Octopus Mario
It was night time during this dream. My memory of what happened at the start is also blurry here. I do remember that I was heading down Napoleon Road for some reason but I have also forgotten what the intention was... I was travelling down the road on foot (but on the footpath). Half way during my travels, I randomly encounter the bachelor, Matty J. He's waiting for me and when I get to him, he says to me “How you would you like to experience the bachelor hug?”. He then spreads one arm out and hugs me like he does to the bachelorettes on the show.

I continue walking now and up ahead, I see my giant Mario plush toy that has come to life. There was something weird about him though. I look down at his legs and notice dozens of them! Walking along the road just like me! Then I check to see how many arms he has and it's just the normal two. As I am walking down the road for a while, Mario is walking ahead of me with his dozens 'o' legs. I can't remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 195 C - The Runaway Karla
At the start of the dream, people were claiming that I had run away from home. I was at this unknown shopping centre when my phone went off. The call stopped before I could answer it. I had all these missed calls from mum, a text from JO urging me to return home as well as a missed call from my uncle. I decided to answer back to my uncle's call and it was a bad decision, he was yelling at me like a hair dryer on the highest setting.

Once the call was done, I thought to myself that I never had intentions on running away from home and so I actually decided to return as possible. The dream then skipped to another scene. I had to contact my uncle for something else but I was really scared to do so based on what happened earlier. My mum said that it should be okay and that he may not be mad anymore.

There was the a big lunch happening at my dad's parents' place. We were all sitting on a round table in the small corner room of the house. I was allocated to sit next to one of the relatives but we didn't get along well together, so I asked the adults if it was okay to move across one chair, they said it was okay and that we didn't have to stay in the spot that was allocated to us. On my lunch plate was some chicken, rice and lettuce. There was also a pot of this mushroom sauce that we could put on our food... There was a catch to this lunch though. We were due to be eating at the other grandparent's house in a hour, so we couldn't fill up all the way.

There wasn't any mushroom sauce on my plate but I wanted some. Once again, the adults told me not to fill up too much. The dream then made it so there was only a tiny bit of mushroom sauce blended in with the rice. I tasted some and I said that the sauce tasted weird, it was very dirt-like compared to how my other grandmother made it. The dream ended before having a meal at the other house, which was apparently going to be the same thing!

Dream 195 D - Just My Kitten Luck
I don't remember how the dream started. From where I do remember, we were driving down the road but I don't know where we were going. What I do remember is that it was in my mum's car. There was this family of four kittens that we drove by... My mum was driving and my brother and I were in the back seat. While driving, we hear something hit the roof. I opened my window and a kitten actually hopped in the car!

Instead of driving the kitten back to join its other family members, we decided to immediately adopt it and take it home. Along the way, my dad randomly appears and he is standing outside the car. He is surprised to see the kitten coming towards him... He somewhat freaks out and tells that kitten to go back to me. I know the dream continued but I forgot what happened.

Dream 195 E - Don't You Forget About Me
I have forgotten how the dream started. From where I do remember, I was at my house and there was also this music equipment around the place that belonged to one of my dad's friends. There was this tiny little chair that I was sitting on and my dad and I were bound to sing some duet in the living room, facing the TV. We were going to be singing the song “Don't You Forget About Me”, which exists in real life.

Just as we started, my dad's friend thought that it'd be better if I stood up... I agreed because the chair was way too small for me and so I had a hard time staying on it in the first place. Another one of my dad's friends was also there helping mix the sound. We actually started singing and my dad did the majority of the song. When it came to some of the intros to the verses, that's when I joined and I was doing these really exaggerated mouth movements at the microphone.

I looked towards the front room of the house and saw Matty J sitting on the couch nearest to the living room. My mum appears and Matty J points at me, looking somewhat astonished. The dream made it so that while I was singing, I could also hear him quietly ask my mum, “she can sing!?”. The dream then ended.

Dream No. 194 - Separated Sections

Dream 194 A - You Took My Spot
I don't remember much of this dream. I was in my mum's car driving somewhere for practice. Eventually, I can feel some invisible force pushing me out of my seat. My mum somehow got into my seat and took over the driving... I wasn't happy. That's all I can remember for this dream.

Dream 194 B - Personal Assistant
I don't remember what happened at the start of the dream. From where I do remember, I was at Brandon Park Shopping Centre and saw NW in the car park. She told me she was waiting to get her legal marks from GA. I then saw GA further up the car park... I asked him what he was doing. He was entering marks into some very complex spreadsheet system (it was nothing like Excel). I was worried that GA was going to take forever to enter in the data. GA ended up teaching me how to enter the data... I then took over and entered it instantly for him.

I then went over to Coles and saw RH there, he was entering marks into a mobile system as well. I told him I could help, took the device off him, gave one tap and then gave it back. The dream afterwards made it so I had a really bad sore throat. I was shopping around and at the same time, trying to avoid a particular person. The dream eventually ended.

Dream No. 193 - Mum And A Testimonial

I don't remember what happened at the start of the dream. From where I do remember, my family were driving towards our holiday destination. In one car was my dad, brother and grandma. In the other car was me and mum but also LB. The holiday destination was approximately one and a half hours away from home and I was driving, with my mum sitting next to me in the front and LB in the back. We stopped at some park for a break. I found that LB would easily talk to everyone except me. She even confidently went up to my brother and introduced herself as “Alycia”.

We received a phone call and had to stop our holiday before we even started. The Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull had asked to my mum to appear in a court and give a really good testimonial regarding the experience with her GP and so the Australian Medical System. I asked my mum if I could also drive back. The dream scene changed to the actual court room. I can't remember what else happened in the dream.

Dream No. 192 - Video Game Scramble

I don't remember much of this dream. Parts I do remember is that the dream was based on two video games I'm familiar with; “Ratchet and Clank” as well as “Spyro”. The first part of the dream was based on Ratchet and Clank where I think I was going through one of their themed levels myself. The second part of the dream was based on Spyro and was hinting the fact that Activision is doing a remake of Spyro. The remake was based on Spyro 3 but was very distorted and even had some very rude, mature themes in the game. That's all I can remember for this dream.

Dream No. 191 - Separated Sections

Dream 191 A - A Haunted Monster House
I don't remember what happened at the start of the dream. From where I do remember, I was at some strange place. Some happy looking place, claiming to contained all these “haunted monster” themed escape rooms. From what I heard from the staff the monsters were very violent and gory and some of them could potentially even kill you. The dream camera visualised one of the monsters to be a sandy coloured, boney and bloody mess. The lady told me I was doing hole number 14. I looked down there and my heart literally sank... I was not ready to go down there all by myself.

I then heard that participants would have a partner with them. I didn't know who my partner was going to be, the selections were random. I soon discovered that my partner was actually NN and I was ecstatic to hear this. I was relieved too because I know he would protect me and he wouldn't mind me holding onto him. I then came across NN who was in the foyer of the place, crouching down. I found out earlier that we were going into hole number 14 and so I told him. I then led him to the whole to show him.

I could tell that he and I were about to go down there as things started to get really scary. We came across this sweet bar but the lollies looked all weird. Some looked like different coloured lamingtons and had this blood smeared all over them. I had another look down the hole and came to the realisation that we were going to be going down there very soon. I turned to NN and told him I was absolutely scared. The dream ended before we decided to go down the hole.

Dream 191 B - Leave Her Behind
I don't remember most of this dream. From where I do remember, I was out somewhere with my dad and my brother. We were at this shopping strip and I wanted to go and look at all the shops there. My dad wasn't too keen on letting me go but I went anyway. There was one particular store I went into with my brother. I ended up falling asleep on the shop floor. When I woke up (still in dream), I discovered that dad had gone home... My brother was still with me and told me. There was now also a friend from my brother's university with us. For some unknown reason, I was trapped in the store and couldn't get out, it was nothing scary though.

The dream scene changed to the Mario characters who apparently heard about the rejection of me by my dad. There were three main characters in this scene: Princess Peach, Rosalina and Shy Guy. Rosalina was saying that they needed someone left-handed to pull the hoist and this would be the Shy Guy. An orange suited guy got onto a huge coil of rope and started pulling down on it. The dream went back to where I was and now me, my brother and his uni friend were outside. That's all I can remember about this dream.

Date of Dream: MON 4 SEP - 2017



Dream No. 190 - Too Old For Kindergarten

I don't remember how the dream started. From where I can remember, I was in a kinder classroom. There were three teachers doing assessments with the kids... Including me. One of the teachers asks me something like “how many times does heart go into two?”. I thought that was impossible to work out and so I tried some methods of complex problem solving. The teacher said my methods were way too complex and that the answer was three.

The teachers were now getting me to play with the kids, but not like a teen would. They were trying to turn precisely into a little, immature four year old. Mum and grandma were sitting at the side of the classroom, beaming with joy at the cute kiddy torture I was receiving. I'd had enough and shouted to everyone, something like, “What do you think you're all doing?” I'm too old for this place! And if you don't let me go, my Dream Guide will do something about it!”.

Everyone in the room went completely quiet and paralysed. They must have been scared of the fact that I was threatening Dreamy WB upon them. My mum was also somewhat scared but more disgusted and she told my grandma to leave with her. I then went of the kinder and into the carpark, which was empty... I felt like a free teenager again. I don't remember anything else about this dream.

Date of Dream: SAT 2 SEP - 2017



Dream No. 189 - A Plumber To The Rescue

I don't remember what happened at the start of this dream. From where I do remember, something happened to NB and so he was to be rushed to hospital. A white van with nothing on it came to pick him up. In parts of the dream, he would be in hospital but in other parts, he would be at home. Something was going on at home and so I didn't want to be around anyone. My brother, my grandpa's old friend and an unknown third entity were walking around the perimeters of the backyard. I was finding it hard to get away because they were following me.

Eventually, I made this mental cue for someone to help me and get out of there. Through no introduction whatsoever, Super Mario appeared, and he scooped me up off the ground. I was hanging on to the back of him while he flew down the backyard. The group of three were catching up and so I told myself we needed to leave the house completely. Mario started going upwards and went over the fence.

Once we were outside the property, just hanging over the neighbour's house, he put one of his arms backwards like to fasten me into a seatbelt. So for his flight, he had one arm forward to control his direction and the other arm behind him, wrapped around me. A good portion of the dream was him flying down all these different roads, taking me out places on an adventure. At some point near the end, he was flying down Wellington Road and I was worried that I was being seen again... I told him to go higher, so he agreed with me and kept ascending.

I told him to stop once we were just above the clouds, which were pretty low in comparison to the sky in real life... But it felt like a high altitude in the dream. When above the clouds, he would go really fast and there would also be a great gush of wind, making me feel like falling off at times. I told him I felt unsecured and so he stopped in mid-air. He gave me a quick massage and then tightened his grip on my back. Then he went super fast but although it still felt scary, I didn't feel like I was going to fall off any time soon. When he had descended back to the altitude of the road, the dream scene changed.

We were now inside my house but there were other people living in it. I was invited to a photo shoot with Mario and his “family”. The dream camera focused on what I was wearing. I was wearing this short dark blue dress with white socks and purple t-bar shoes. The dream showed a distant image of Princess Peach wearing the same thing. Apparently Mario had dressed me up like her but in my colour scheme. The dream then went back to the actual event where Mario was the only familiar one there and the rest were real life people, but strangers.

I remember having a really good conversation with a person called Mel. There was then a card for me, signed by two unknown entities, then Mel, then “dad”. Apparently Mario was claiming to be my dad in this dream. I don't remember anything else about this dream.

Date of Dream: WED 30 AUG - 2017



Dream No. 188 - Separated Sections

Dream 188 A - Sneaking Out
The dream took place at my old house. I don't remember what happened at the start of the dream. From where I do remember, it was Friday and AV was coming to take my mum out to Dandenong. I said that I wanted to come with them and the accepted my request. In my head, I thought “Yes! I'll finally get to see NN!”. Mum and AV were waiting for me as I went into my bedroom to pick an outfit to wear.

There were all these fancy necklaces hanging at the back of the bedroom door... I chose an orange one to wear with my outfit. I then went through a selection of many clothes. The first concern was the base top that I was going to wear, it ended being navy blue. I then went to another shelf to look for skirts. There were three skirts I tried on... I picked a black skirt with white lines and yellow flowers. I then put a yellow cardigan on top and the outfit was complete.

I came out of my room to find out that mum and AV had snuck off without me. I reassessed what I was doing in the bedroom. Apparently I went in there at 2:30 PM and didn't come out until 5:00 PM, meaning I took two and a half hours. I don't remember what else happened in the dream.

Dream 188 B - The Terrible Storm
I don't remember what happened at the start of this dream. From where I do remember, I was at the so called Killester, coming to support the Class of 2017 for their final exams. The place did look like a school but it looked nothing like Killester. I was walking around one of the buildings and that's when I saw NN and spoke to him for a while. I then continued to walk and that's when these really dark clouds started to come in... Even black ones.

Some of these clouds were coming down really fast, down to the ground on where I was standing... It also started raining. The sight of the really dark clouds and heavy rain terrified me and it was supposed to be day time but the sky was as black as night. I was wandering around aimlessly, having the intention of Dreamy WB's assistance but only seemed to call out “WB”. Additionally, I almost had no voice, almost like I had a throat infection of some sort. It felt like I was speaking her name over 50 times but even after that, there wasn't a response. I eventually gave up and I don't remember what else happened in the dream.

Dream 188 C - Movie Theatre Denial
Once again, I don't remember the start of the dream. From where I do remember, there was this movie watching venue I was at, which was mostly outdoors. There were some complications for my family but I forgot what they specifically were. The theatre manager said that we weren't allowed into one of the auditoriums. The reactions of my family are also a blurry memory. I do remember I became really upset at one point. My mum had told me that I lost my water bottle.

I walked out of the complex and just stood on the nature strip of the street. All these Mario characters started appearing but I said I didn't need their help. Mario himself was the last to appear and that's when I went running up to him, begging for his help. He picked me up and ended up hugging me really hard. He then carried me around the movie place, where we eventually came across my water bottle in a garden bed... He lowered me so I could pick up the bottle.

I looked around the bottle and discovered that it wasn't mine because there was graffiti of a stranger's name on it. Mario then carried me to a quiet corner and gave me some affection before putting me down. Then dream scene was then my mum talking to one of the staff members, a woman. The woman said that we could go into this other auditorium at 2:00 PM. The time came and the door was still locked. I subconsciously noticed Mario standing nearby, having a look of pity on his face. I then woke up.

Dream No. 187 - Mysterious Packages

My memory of the first scene is blurry. I think it took place at the parking lot of Stud Park Shopping Centre. My dad was talking to one of the TAFE teachers RH but I forgot about what exactly. The next dream scene took place at my old house. The post had just arrived and I brought it into the sitting room. There was a red envelope which was weirdly an invitation to one of my old high school teacher's wedding. I then went on to look at the next delivery, which was contained in a knapsack. The person who sent the contents in the knapsack had sent it for a birthday gift for me. Inside it were all these beads to make jewellery.

After I had enough examining the bag, I went to see my mum in the kitchen. I said that I was curious to know what the time is. My mum said it was six 'o' clock... But it was broad daylight. I looked at the analogue clock though and it most certainly read ten to six. I then asked my mum if I should go and check on what RH was doing in one of the other rooms in the house. She said not to worry about it as she didn't feel like going out for dinner. The dream ended there.

Date of Dream: SUN 27 AUG - 2017



Dream No. 186 - Gaining Powers

I don't remember the precise order of events in this dream. I think first of all, there were these TAFE classes going on, on a Thursday or Friday. I was then in this unknown area and didn't know where I was going. I said to myself that although it's not ideal to be following TAFE teachers around outside campus, KG was the only familiar person in this area. So I quietly snuck behind him and walked to where he was going without him spotting me. He ended up going to the public buses and I knew that this was how to get home.

I noticed that he had met up with KHa at the bus stop. My brother NB then appeared in the dream and he was planning to find his way home as well. NB and I both made ourselves known to KG and KHa. It was planned that NB would go back with KG and I would go back with KHa.... We ended up getting on the same bus. The dream played a bit of the bus ride and then I think the scene changed.

The next scene took place at my old house in the backyard but I forgot what I was dojng at the start of that scene. I noticed this pillar just next to the stairs that go up to the verandah. This dark grey stone pillar had the four elemental symbols carved into it. From top to bottom, the order of the elements were electricity, ice, earth and then fire. I figured out that the symbols were not active. I had to activate them by adopting the breath of that symbol and breathing onto it. The symbol would turn from its dark grey carving to the coloured glow of that particular element.

I got ready to breathe out electricity. I made a “z-z-z” noise and as I did, real electricity cake out of my mouth, slowly filling up the inside of the symbol with bright yellow energy. The next pillar symbol to fill in was ice. I made some sound that I thought resembled the ice breath. What came out was a light blue, cold mist with traces of small white dots in it. The ice symbol was full but then I looked up and realised that there was not enough electricity. The electricity symbol was only filled in about 2/3 of the way. So I changed my breath back to electricity and made the yellow symbol full.

I then moved onto earth, which was the easiest breath to release... It required the least effort and rather, a calm mind and body. The effect was the same as ice but the mist was green. Additionally, the earth symbol on the pillar was quick to fill up. The last symbol was fire which I took a really deep breath in to fill. What was released was indeed a very hot orange mist with warm white dots. Once all the symbols were filled, I stepped back from the pillar and noticed that I now had full power of the elements. I think the dream finished there.

Dream No. 185 - A Casual Visit

I don't remember how the dream started. From where I do remember, I was at Killester College again attending one of the assemblies. Usually in these types of dreams, I have intentions on looking around for WB but this time, I didn't find myself doing that. I have actually forgotten what exactly I was doing in this segment.

The dream had skipped to another day but I was at Killester again. Classes were running and I saw WB in front of a group of portables... Her hair was frizzed out and there was no style or colour manipulation done by the dream. She was sitting on a ledge, wiping her eyes with a cloth and some saline solution. I went up and said hello to her. I ended up telling her that I was at the assembly the other day... She asked why I didn't come and see her.

I said I thought she wouldn't be happy with me if I tried to see her. She answered that she wouldn't have felt that way. I can't remember what else happened in the dream.

I am on a street and look into a car. i hear a girl say "hey daddy the tires of the car are on the edge of the pavement." i notice that i have to pee. i see a underground garage. i walk down and notice that it is monitored. i notice a sign for toilets. one is for women and children and the other one for men and elder people... i see a lot of doorbells and a closed door. i find the same symbol again on a doorbell and ring it. the door is pretty far away and i only hear the buzzer shortly but when i reach the door it opens. i enter and see some pallets with contact lenses? i seem to have an appointment and hear a woman wants to advice me. i have shortly the thought: "hm contactlenses in a dream? what an effect". i remember that i want a toilet and move away and go for the bathroom. i see a sign that shows again the toilets and enter it. Next to it there is a Sign: "Lucid Daniel". And this makes me lucid. i stand infront of a pissoir and as so often i know it makes no difference if i piss in the dream or not because the feeling i have is from my waking body. but instead of not pissing at all i just dont bother and piss in big circles on the ground.
a friend of mine is entering and we start talking. i have a false awakening where i feel myself lying horizontally and opening carefully one eye. i close it again and find myself in the dream again. i stand around with same guy and do a nosepinch to be sure. i find myself infront of a bridge. there is a tabletennis plate standing. i want to make it go with TK but in the first moment nothing happen. i am irritated if i am really dreaming but i am sure so i try with more willpower and it flies away down the bridge. i want to play some tabletennis and ask my friend if we want to play TK TT over the whole bridge but he declines. i throw something to him but he throws it down the bridge. i focus and concentrate and the thing comes back via TK into my hand. its a 2€ coin. i let it fly a little bit around and shot it on the ground where it pins inside the concrete. i also have a 5€ bill flying around and i TK both the bill and the coin. i shoot the coin next to a random guy right infront of his feet. my friend notice that none of the dc´s seem to notice me but i answer him that they dont bother me out of respect.
we enter a building and walk around. we want pass a door and go outdoors again but finally i take a moment to concentrate on what do to with the lucid instead of trolling around and i remember my 3step task. instead of open the door i just phase thru. and enter a white room with with walls and ceiling. i want to start flying and i start hoovering but for some reason i dont move. (the idea was to fly thru several walls and teleport this way to a new scene) but again i feel like waking up and have a FA. i sit next to another friend and tell her about the dream and she seems to be excited. i am wondering if she is talking about the dream and if told her already. a kid is entering and she takes her on the arm and walks away and i wake up for good.

(Dream is entirely NON-LUCID) It started with me waking up in an apartment. Some walls were red and the carpet was black. The overall setup of the room was weird. I then set off on some long walks to go gather parts for a vape. (This is something i rarely think about.. huh.) I went to one store for the battery piece, another for the atomizer, and one more place for the juice. All the stores looked like your average run-down corner store. Then me and my girlfriend went to a forest, which also had some trailers and an in-ground swimming pool. I took some hits off the vape, (tasted a bit like candy strawberry) and then we went for a ride. The vehicle (which i had no idea what it was, might have been a horse carriage) took us to White Rock (a place close to where i live), but the weird thing is it was some weird chinatown remake of White Rock. The stores were very strange. One store was selling nothing but avocados and limes, and the other was an entirely pepsi-themed store. We drove down the rode for a few more seconds and walked into a semi-dark building with deep blue arcade style carpets and random stuff all over the inside. Some guy handed us these yellow grapes, still on their stem of the same color. The grapes weren't really attached to the stem, they were more so a part of it. The whole thing, grapes and stem, looked like one stiff object. I ate a few of the odd grapes and they were REALLY crunchy and juicy. They tasted like really old juicy bananas. They were really gross but i kept eating them anyways. The dream ends with us walking up some stairs, eating them more and more.
