    1. [Psychedelic]

Another old dream I forgot to record. This one was incredible and vivid. I'll do my best to describe it as I remember...
So I became lucid while dreaming I was in my house in the foyer. Facing my front door, I was excited to discovered what waited beyond. When I opened the door I gazed in utter awe at a gorgeous and vivid night sky. In the sky was a nebula-like image. It looked like a tree made of purple stars outlined with gold ones for the leaves. It was amazing- one of the most beautiful things I'd ever seen. I decided to enjoy the psychedelic ride as it became more nonsensical and magical. I soared over my neighborhood and watched all kinds of weird, imaginary creatures zip by me in all directions. I saw flying lizards and latched onto one to ride it. I rode the lizard forwards into the night and saw eagles fly over my neighbors' houses and giant dogs the size of a mall trample by. The scenery began changing as I soared on my light-green lizard, grasping its vividly scaly and wrinkly neck. I was in a restaurant now, flying throughout. The weird creatures continued to swarm around and eventually I met Neptune holding his shiny trident. We were going to engage in combat, but then I stopped him and said something along the lines of, "Wait- hold on. You know what's really frustrating? When you can't make your Ikran appear. You know what? Let's all just be friends. Why are we fighting?" And him and a bunch of people from school and myself walked on happily ever after. The end! Lol
    2. [Astral Storm] - LUCID - 9/04/2012

      9/05/2012

I became lucid in a dream which took place in my backyard at night. As I usually do when I first gain lucidity, I began talking to myself in a narrative way. This is my current method of maintaining lucidity (which hasn't been working for me all too well because I tend to get easily distracted with what's going on in the dream). It went something like this: "Okay, so I'm lucid dreaming and I'm aware that my body is asleep. I'm probably going to see some weird things in the sky because it's a dream." The sky had clusters of white stars. Then the ground started to rumble- everything started to rumble. "Woah, okay, so I'm having trouble standing up and walking right now so I'm going to go inside." I went inside holding whatever was in reach in order to maintain balance. I went inside. Things began to shake more and I gradually lost lucidity from here on out. Suddenly, as my father and I were holding onto things in the kitchen (or something like that it happened pretty fast and it was still rumbling like crazy), it felt like the entire earth dropped (like an elevator falling quickly) a couple times. Then, it felt like the entire earth sprung upwards at such a speed that each time it happened, the entire house would shrink vertically and I'd almost hit the ceiling. It was really weird. The chaos stopped. By this time I had lost basically all lucidity. I looked around and shouted, "Is it over?! It's over! It's finally over!" I proceeded to run into my mother's room to find her- wait for this- sleeping. I woke her up and shouted, "It's over! Mom, it's finally over! It was crazy! It's finally over!" She got up and our family and the neighbors looked around and talked. It was bright out now. There was clamor going on outside- people getting in and out of their cars- people walking around trying to figure out what had happened. Someone (who appeared to be a mayor or something) advised everybody to stay indoors, as the air outside wasn't completely safe to breathe, and NOT to touch the blue sediment dust that had settled in our houses and everywhere, as it is toxic. I saw this blue dust in my room- I had to be careful not to touch it. I don't remember the rest of the dream- I believe the dream changed to what I dreamed later on. Well, that was my dream two nights ago! Let me know what you think! Thanks for reading

    3. My first WILD!!!!

      by , 03-30-2012 at 05:22 AM
      3/27/2012

I just had my first successful WILD attempt!!! I discovered and learned so much. See, I woke up around 11:50 or 12 and I observed that I had the ability to slip into sleep paralysis (because of the vibrations). I gently slipped into the state and took myself out of it a few times to get ready I guess (kind of like dipping your toes into a pool before jumping in), and then bravely allowed myself to become paralyzed (after thinking I turned onto my back, when to my surprise I found myself in the same side position as when I originally woke up when I opened my eyes through the sleep paralysis). So, here I was, paralyzed. There was no turning back now. After a while, I was brave enough to be able to let go and relax myself deeper into the powerful vibrations of sleep paralysis. At one point, I began to panic, trying to move, but then I told myself in my mind, "Okay, you've read about this.. you need to relax, you're not in danger." Or something alike that. Luckily, I listened to my own advice and finally let myself slip all the way into complete relaxation. After a while, I began to visualize myself in a dreamscape room and before I knew it, the room and the objects I was visualizing became real. I could hear the sound of the doorhandle and felt it as I turned it (I could see it, but with a lack of vividness since I didn't get to submerge completely into the dream and make it stable). In the newfound lucid dream I spoke to myself, kind of narrating what I wanted to do and what I wanted to exist in the scene. I naturally slipped out of it and managed to re-create the scene again. See, what I learned, is that the SP state is actually like a drawing board for lucid dreams. Whatever you're thinking about or imagining, your brain begins to form into a dream. You go through this muscular atonia every night, except this time, YOU guide the creation of dreams instead of it happening by random. I discovered that once you fully relax past the powerful vibrational sensations of SP, those sensations become more gentle and relaxing, like a deep meditation. Thoughts drift, which is exactly what happened to me. I accidentally found myself thinking about Star Wars, and found myself in a brief non-lucid dreamscape about Second Life roleplay. I drifted out of it though. Overall, this experience has been mind-opening for me. It was INCREDIBLE. Time to make use of the SP I often get.
