    What is the best method you've used to help you lucid dream?

      Uhh... I don't know why you said this isn't anything about your dreams only to immediately turn around and ask about dreaming induction methods, but I'm gonna try and help you anway...

      What is the best method you've used to help you lucid dream?

      No method works for me.
      MILD and WBTB are powerhouses (with a few RCs on the side for good measure.)

      But these kinds of questions would be best kept to the forums under attaining lucidity rather than the Dream Journal system.

      I'm sorry, I'm a sucker for specifics, but we induce dreams every night. What you meant to say was lucid dreaming induction methods .
