LUCID NON-DREAM

I was sleeping in my girlfriend's house, sleeping next to her ...

Sleep paralysis occured, dream scene formed. I found I stand up from my body in her room. I went outside , I could feel the touch of the door knob ... I saw my gf's dad and her sister watching the TV and talking. But noone could see me.

Returned back to the body. 2nd and 3rd time woke up from the body I found myself talking to my gf about something I forgot ....

3rd time woke up, because this wasn't in my room so I was kindof scared of what if negative entities approach me.... ? So I made up a SWORD by myself (my mind created it!) This was awesome... And I asked "God" or "higher power" to send divine energy to the sword.... And I saw a golden light enter and lighten my sword ! That was awesome...

Then I created a SHIELD and did the same thing to it ...

But then the excitement made me wake up for real

Woke up in the morning .. Lied back to bed and could feel vibration in the lower portion of body (i.e. my legs )

I wanted to do Lucid Dreaming/AP .... So closed my eyes and wait for it ..
After a while it didn't happen but just soft vibration so I forced it ...

I looked up in the void of my closing eyes , tried to find a spot to concentrate on .. Here it was ... somehow like a fingerprint in white , a point of focus (I thought that was my third eye's point of focus ) ... focusing on it ... and here it went ... I saw somehow like a spiral that sucked me into it ... and I saw dream scene began to form in front of my eyes ... Here I was ..... in my room again

Today it was better than yesterday or the day before .. I did lucid 3 times today , all ended up in somehow the same scene ... In one lucid I even looked at my hand , it didn't look like my real hand , a different shape .... then I tried using index finger to put thru it but I could not put thru it but I could see somehow gave me a funny feeling ... I laughed and flied outside the windows . It looked a much better scene , brighter scene than those lucid I'd been having those days .......... Flew outside and flew around the buildings , in 2nd or 3rd dreams I wanted to "stableize" it so I rubbed my hands together ... But the problem I am now facing is that I can't hold long in the lucid dream .. I always forced back to the body and I don't know why how to improve it .. maybe look up some articles here in DV

Got thrown out and back to the body several times ... cannot stay still in one scene

First and 2nd and 3rd scene happened in a room - not my room - no idea where it was .. but it was kind of old and had marks on the wall ...

4th scene decided to see something else outside no more in a room - so I saw myself on the sand near the beach . me alone . clear sky but looked like almost rain .... didn't know what to do so decided to "fly" up into the sky again but made me wake up ....

Felt sweat over body 'cause of too many attempts to AP/LD so decided not to do any more

~> drag back to some dream , with my mother in the dream but forgot the details through out the day ...

Woke up in the morning , want to have a lucid/AP so I lied down and close the eyes . This time Sleep Paralysis happened just so fast right away after I closed my eyes . Call upon the protection of Archangels and my Spirit Guides , I saw bubble white light , and I projected me out of my body , up to the ceiling as usual .

At first the scene before my eye was my room , not very bright . It was my room in my 2nd house in Vietnam (my family had changed house so no longer lived there) .... It was not bright and I thought of a way to "escape" the room . Suddenly I thought of "destroying" the whole room . And I thought that I should go ahead and "create" a rocket out of my mind , and I could improve my visualization skill as well too !

A great idea - I thought . So I went ahead , used my hand to create a layout , but nothing came out first , I wouldn't be discouraged , and kept trying , eventually some light-green formed , following a rocket's shape .. Then finally a whole rocket had formed (but I didn't know why it was in green) ... And I fixed the rocket so it looked alike a real rocket .. While I formed the rocket , the room became a lot brighter (maybe because I was happy) ... But then , the scene became blurry and I was throw back into my body , although I didn't want to wake up this soon ... I want to destroy the roommmmmm ...

Woke up , want to lucid again , so i closed my eyes . I felt itchy in my ear . But it already went into the sleep paralysis state ... I wanted to take my hands up and scartch my ear .... Yes I did it but with my ..... non-physical arm , and it was still itchy T_T ... So I wanted to wake up , I breathe faster and after a while I woke up .... LOL

Dream fragment #1:
Take a bath in the washroom . This was a digusting dream ... The bathtube was very dirty . I only knew when I let the water drain away ...... Sh*t kept showing ............ EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW


Dream Fragment #2:
Saw Long and Uyen .. I went with somebody couldn't remember to a park .... Was quite a beautiful park but it was cold ... We were sitting on chairs that could be pushed up and pushed down .... Long and Uyen sat behind me ... I played with my chair .... I saw a kid on a bike biked pass us .. Somebody told me it was my Dad's Friend's Kid named "Bi Em" ... I wondered if he was this big already (but really , he wasn't big in my dream , why the heck I said that?)

Woke up in the morning (by myself) ... wanting to have a lucid so I just went ahead and lied down , waited for the sleep paralysis to happen ...

Closed my eyes but still could see the scene in my mind's eye ..... I could see my ceiling ..... Then I felt vibration all over my body ... And the scene in my mind started to change (the ceiling changed) ... I knew that I was about to projecting my mind to have a lucid dream .....

Ceiling changed from my normal ceiling to a ceiling with a fan .... I laughed myself thinking "what the heck is my subconscious trying to do here.." ..... Then the scene fainted .... I took my non-physical arms up and cleaned my non physical eyes ... Opened the eyes again , started to rise up ... and finally I saw the scene in front of me .... There was a clothes shelf (very old clothes shelf) with a mirror on it ... I saw myself in the mirror ... That was me a long time ago , when I was in grade 8 ... with long hair , wearing glasses , I was pretty slim (much slimmer than now....) , wearing that pink shirt and a short ..... I didn't take much thinking about that part ...... I wondered what would it be outside the windows ... I had a glance first and it looked much better than yesterday's scene ... But when I got closed to it .... Scene changed to a much more darker scene with more destructive features ..... I didn't mind exploring it although it looked sad and somewhat looked scary (although I didn't feel much fear) ... Decided to fly through the windows but this time I could not fly through the windows's net ... was because I was thinking in my head "maybe I could not fly through this?" - and I did not really fly through it .... I was sad .... and the sadness drew me back to the physical body ... no more lucid ....

Woke up for real for some quite time .... When I closed my eyes again , vibration started to bring up again .... But this time I didn't want to go out of body anymore because I was discouraged .. So I just lied there and read out loud the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" .... Scene in front of my eyes started to change .... I was physically covered with the blanket and now the blanket started to appear in front of the mind's eye ... It was all gray-scale at this time (I usually dreamed in colors not in black-gray-white..) There are some words on the blanket .. English words and then the explaination in Vietnamese was next to it ... I only remembered one word clearly , that was "Teetee" , I couldn't remember the explaination well but I knew the explaination for the word "Teetee" was somehow regarding a rat/a mouse .... There were some more words but I didn't remember them ... I was discouraged because I could not hear or talk or see or feel my Spirit Guides ... I asked them to show up but I didn't see anything yet ... Later on I heard a male's voice speaking in some language I couldn't understand ... My mind's playing trick with me again ?

Then I woke up for real ...

This morning I suddenly woke up at around 7 something in the morning .... While falling back to sleep I felt my body vibrating ... and I want to have a lucid dream ... So I let it be .... The vibration became stronger ... and eventually I floated out of my body ....

On the way floating up from my body , I saw 2 stuffed animals on top of the shelf , a smiling Pikachu and something else I didn't notice . In my room there were no such stuffed animals ....

I was completely out of the body , and was too excited . I smiled and I flew out the windows , wondering what kind of scene I would see ahead ....

And I saw a small room , like a lecture room or a theatre room filled up with many people ...... The room was medium light , not very bright , but kindof dark like an afternoon's light .... Many people were sitting below me .... (All are Dream Characters...) I began to shout out loud "I'm Dreammmmingggggggg....." .... and then I saw the room were not bright enough , and there are no exit in this room ... I wondered how could I escape this room ...... Then I became a little bit feeling insecure .... I close my eyes and want to imagine a brighter room ... But when I opened my eyes , the room was still not bright ... I began to freak out a bit and try to find the switch to turn on the lights ... I turned the switch on but nothing change ....... I gradually lose my consciousness and returned to my body .. and then I woke up for real ..

My mind awoke after a dream and body still asleep .... I didn't know what trigger me to awoke but that moment immediately transited into a Sleep Paralysis . In my mind's eye I felt like I was creating some rainbow ... I felt okay , almost no fear at all anymore . Began to separated from the body and the scene transited into a dream scene .

I was having difficulty remain lucid in this dream . I flew outside and went to some building . Then I decided to "fly up to the sky and discover what's there" . And I "swam" up the sky ..... That moment it was around afternoon , the sky was falling dark , but when I reached the "upper part" of the sky , it was all filled with light ...

It was bright and I was standing in the Clouds . I saw a couple of people (not very much) , they all busy doing something . I talked to a person (a Dream Character) and I said I wanted to meet the angel . That DC pointed me to another place and told me to come to talk with the lady there . I walked there . She taught me something but I forgot , this was when I lost my lucidity and I also forgot most of the parts here ...

Then I woke up for real and realize I lost my lucidity in middle of the dream

Dream Fragment:
I was going to an entertainment park (like DisneyLand) with my family and friends. Suddenly there is a wife and husband with a big black animal that looks like a dog walking after us. The "dog" approached me and it bit my fingers. However, I felt no pain. I asked them "Is this a dog?" - They answered "No, it is a aniki" (it sounds like "aniki" I am not sure how to write it). Somehow I got the idea that it was not a dog but a type of wolf. I wondered that wolves were not allowed in this entertainment park. Something happened in the middle of the story........ And then we all saw that the wolf was attacking people. We all ran away from it, hiding from it. Me and my mom was hiding behind some washroom's door. I was talking to her, and then I realized my finger (which was bit by the wolf) was bleeding hard. My nail was taken off half way, my index finger was cut in half (because of the bite).... And it felt somehow hurt.... Then me and my mom moved to another place (still hiding) ... We could see the wolf attacking people from that position (but they all ran away).... I wondered if we could run from here and not letting the wolf know that we were hiding from it. Then suddenly someone told us to just run, it wouldn't see us.... Then we ran away to our best... I noticed that my index finger felt so numb now, I could not feel it anymore or felt like blood had stuck there .....

Then I woke up and saw I was lieing on my .....index finger and that was why it felt numb (real numb) LOL


Dream Fragment:
We were in a house, looked like an old mansion from the 1800s.... I was packing clothes and stuffs and got ready to move out with Tina... Then she said she wanna take a bath and went out of the room. I wondered where the bath was and followed her. She was in a round bathtub now. I saw a kid in black - that kid was a girl, short hair, and her back was facing me. I asked Tina "Who is this little girl?". And then Tina replied "WHO?". I said "This kid here". She said "Which kid? I didn't see any"... Then I suddenly realized that that kid was in fact a ghost. I told to Tina "She is a ghost. We need to get out of this house asap". The kid turned her face to me and said somehow like "How are you?". To my surprise I answered her "I'm good thanks". LOL, I was a bit scared at first but not anymore. The kid went outside. I held Tina's hand and ran all the way up to our room (which was upstair). I told her "In fact I saw her (the kid) and some other kids when we were packing already. But I thought they were your friends or neighbours so I didn't ask. But then she followed you into the bathroom. I have no idea what she was doing there so I ask you." - And this is true. I remembered seeing the kids when we were packing before Tina went to the bathroom but I didn't care for, although I somehow had a feeling that I was seeing ghost instead. Then I heard the kids' laughters (the ghosts). Something happened..... faded.....


Now I was still at the haunted mansion. I was taking off the shoes. There was a huge shoes self there in the mansion. And I took one pair out of the shelf to wear.... When I read at the bottom of the shoes it said somehow like the shoes were made in the 1500s.... belong to somebody who had already died....

Dream faded...

But in the end, this one wasn't a nightmare to me because I didn't feel so scared or anything like that

Just remember something during middle of the night ...
I was calling for axiatonal Attunement earlier last night ... During middle of the night ... Half woke up- half slept seeing white lights in front of closed eyes , and felt soft vibration , maybe some soft heat during body

Dream Fragment:
I was in Vietnam .... my friends wanted to gather together and celebrate a party .... Then I was sitting with Hanh I believed ? She told something about Tri and something about she was always the first one to appear with me whenever I invited her? But today she was kind late because of something?

Dream Fragment:
I was in my 1st house (nhà Bà Chiểu) in Vietnam .. Dad was preparing something for me ... There were too many luggage I carried .. I was preparing to live Vietnam and flew back to Canada. I wondered where was my blue case ?(vali) I could put so much in the blue case and ended up only have to carry the blue case and one additional big backbag ...! I was kindof surprised my parent's didn't yell at me or something because I didn't quite prepare and they didn't care either.... So I went to my room, found the blue case, pack everything again and went to the airport . Then blue case turned out to be Green... But I was afraid I would be late so just proggress with it... I said "Tina woudl't like this Green Case!" Only one friend or a dream character stayed by me. Something happened... I was sitting with some friends - anh Dồ ! It was 5 something or almost 5 ? This time I took the airplane ticket for the first time and looked at departure time . The Departure Time was 4:40 ! But it had passed ... Or 3 something? I screw anh Dồ for booking too early ? He said he didn't mean to book that early? But anyway I had to come to talk to the airplane receptionist... 2 woman checked if it had departured ... and said no .. but I had to give them MONEY so the could told the pilot to let me in (Common sense in VN) ... I gave each $50 (but was speaking Eng?) .... Then they said would be another half hour for me to get into the airplane ... SO I didn't get into airplane but ... walked away? .... Faded.......

Dream Fragment:
I was back in Vietnam, in my 2nd house at this time.... There was sis Hien who watched over the Pharmacy, and my Father in the Room waiting for patient.... I was told something about a girl I couldn't remember... But the moment she appeared, she looked quite pretty, wearing a dress somehow pink-purple. She was tall. I wanted to make friend with her. I didn't remember if I said anything to her. She reminded me of Ms Trinh here (who was anh Sang-Song's sister)

Then something happened in the middle... We moved to a mountain scene... I was at the other edge of the mountain. What was in the middle of where I sat and where the mountain lied I couldn't remember. The mountain had many steps on it... Some family members or some Dream Characters were on the edge of it.... I was told (or I told myself) that she was a very active girl and very strong/powerful characteristic. That was why I saw her jumping from one edge to the other just like she jumping rope... Then some other girl (maybe Tina?) imitate her and do the same thing....

Something happened in the middle... Then I saw my past-away GrandPa sitting in front of me.... He was wearing some how blue-white... I think his clothes changed.... I think I was dreaming (but didn't fully know I was dreaming)... I knew he was already passed away.... So I hugged him and said I missed him alot... He didn't say anything (or say something which I couldn't remember....)

Then my consciousness drew my back to my physical body.... I was thinking on my head "No, don't think of your physical body!" ... But then the consciousness had already returned to my physical body that was lieing on bed.... I began to feel the vibration .... It was soft as first and then increased the intensity... I was a little bit feeling insecure... I began to visualize white and golden protective light around myself.... Then I called on assistance of the Archangels, my Spirit Guides and I said the mantra "Om Mani Pad Me Hum"....

Then I separated from the body (which I didn't feel the vibration anymore).... But the scene around me now was kindof clear - and then it became blurry - and then clear - then totally blurry - it was like I totally shut down my eyes .... So I remembered a trick I heard .... then I got my non-physical arms up and clearing my non-physical eyes.... I took my arms to open my eyes (of course non physical)... and the scene got clear again .... I flew outside the window .... And I was flying . I felt very great ! Eventhough I couldn't see my spirit guides ...

I looked below me.... The scene was like half Viet half Asian half European .... with a white and very wide road below ... some fountain ( i belived) and some kids were playing down there .... I flew ahead and I saw a flurry black energy ball .... I wondered if this "ball" is "good" or "bad" ... But I just decided to use my healing ability to "heal" it.... Therefore I created white light and somehow I ended up "sealing" it in a white material ... Didn't know what kind of material it was... It was white (not very clear white), it had somehow like snowflakes on it....(or flowers of life on it) , and it had holes in between... (what was that?) and I could see the energy inside the ball kept bump up and down (like it wanted to escape?) ... I bounced the ball for a while and saw some flying kids flew by me .... Here I think I saw another white ball like this or so ... Couldn't remember ... think of my physical body and consciousness drew me back there .. I felt the vibration again and woke up from a great dream

Upon waking up I felt asleep somehow again (but not totally sleeping)... Then I heard somehow like a bird's voice and it woke me up again (very loud bird's voice)
