This started as a nightmare, but eventually developed into a great dream. I had been with Arshia and Simon, and we were spending some time out of the city at some place. Arshia had made some mean-spirited bet about cleaning up a car or doing some task every day, and anyone who didn't do it had to pay a bunch of money to the other two. I almost lost and they were bein ghuge dicks about it. Then, the poltergeist came.

It wrested control of the body from you and filled you with a sense of absolute dread. Paralysed, nauseous, scared. And then it started coming for my friends. Eventually it came back every few minutes to get me, simon, and two others. Sometimes it was Melissa, sometimes jake. We suffered. Eventually I noticed that we could see this creature. It was small, like an ethereal raccoon, and would creep up your leg to the brain where it would take its hold then go on to the next person. I tried chanting, cursing, praying, nothing worked. Eventually I got infra goggles, and I could see it clearly as a cloud of black smoke. And I got two pistols. And then, I found the cure. When the creature appeared I would steer clear, and it would go atop a table looking to do a facehugger maneuver. I set that fucker on fire while it waited then filled it with lead, and dead it lay. Devon's poltergiest died easier, we just needed to stomp on it with a blanket covering. Jakes had to be actually cursed, and the final one we just destroyed with everything we had. Gramma witnessed, and as a reward she gave us massive sandwiches. Like watermelon sized sandwiches. It was glorious.
