I've been using the reality check when you hold you nose and breath in and it's really been working!
In my dream last night the first thing I did was my RC then I realised I was dreaming so I manifested Heath Ledger! then I was on a date with him but in my dream his face would go out of focus but then I would just say his name a few times while touching his face then it would come back. So there we were just walking around then I spotted a picture of this woodern plane/boat thing and I asked Heath can I make that? and he replied "sure you're dreaming" so I manifested the woodern plane/boat thing and we continued our date flying around in this thing.
It was awesome!

Last night I tried the Finger induced lucid. It worked well when I finally tried breathing throught my closed nose I could do it! I was so surprised I woke myself up

Cant remember any of my dreams

I had a dream I was in this beach resort place but I had lost my baby (I dont have a child and I'm still a virgin) so anyway my baby has gone missing and i was distraught looking for my baby I was hysterical, crying, it felt like I had been punched in the gut my chest felt heavy and I was just crying and crying and I knew it was hopeless That i wasn't going to be able to find my baby and I just felt dead inside. When I woke up the feeling of depression lingered.

Sexy suicide cats

Let me first say that before I went to sleep last night I tried to visualise what I wanted to dream . . . and this is what I got.

My boyfriend and I are in this house that i've never seen in my life it was modern but had the weirdest lay-out. My mother is making dinner and tells us it will be ready soon so we both decide this would be a great time to do naughty stuff to eachother. While moving from room to room to aviod being spotted by my mom there are these weird paintings and images on TVs of these cats that are super fat and just deformed in some way, The cartoons were called suicide cats.

I woke up and tried really hard to get back into this dream but it failed.

Ninjas

Last night I had a dream about a ninja trio all were asian. One was a cool misunderstood male, the other a sexy woman and finally a dorky, third wheel, guy. The first wo were in a realationship. In one part of my dream the couple were kissing but the guy was trying to tell her something very important in manderin. The last thing I could remember is the female jumping from building to building naked being chased by the other two ninjas.
