    TOTM Fail-ish

So this was from a few nights ago so I don't even remember when I got lucid, only that it was a DILD. I only recall thinking about the bonus task from January and not really wanting to do it. So I SOMEHOW came to the conclusion that the basic task was to "look at myself in a mirror or reflective surface, see my reflection, then cause the mirror to crack." Lol WHERE did I get that???

Anyway, I was in something resembling the Plaza of the Americas in Downtown Dallas, and I thought, "Hey! I can use the ice rink as a reflective surface!" I was up way too high to get to the ice, and thought about jumping over the rail, but didn't want to feel pain if I cracked on the ice. I was feeling incredibly lucid, despite my TOTM memory blunder, and saw a way to round the corner of the rink that would put me level with the ice, and an opening to the rink was there. So I ran to it, and entered the rink.

I noticed that there were ice hockey players practicing at the time, and they were so rough on the ice, that somehow the ice cracked in sheets and sunk mere inches below freezing water, right when I was trying to get to it to see my reflection. I had a moment of doubt about seeing my reflection on ice rink ice since it's opaque, plus the fact that it was now a bit under water. I plowed forward. I crouched down on the slowly submerging ice, looked down, and sure enough, I saw my reflection on a chunk of ice a few inches below the water. I looked at my face, willing the ice to crack, and it immediately split down the center with a crack!

Today, I recall nothing after that moment.
